SABIC's Specialties Business LNP COLORCOMP NX06514 is an unfilled Polycarbonate+ABS resin. Added feature of this material are: non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant with UL V0 & 5VB flame rating, improved heat resistance, balanced flow and impact. This grade is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including appliances, lighting and electrical. SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N190 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190 resin exhibits high impact strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches. *This grade is also referred to as NORYL™ N1900 in several regions.

SABIC's Specialties Business EXTEM™ Resin XH2315 is a reinforced, 30% glass fiber-filled amorphous thermoplastic polyimide resin that offers an extremely high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 267°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to the highest temperatures, as well as very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material. It is also inherently flame retardant, achieving UL94 V0 ratings at 0.75 mm and V0, 5VA at 1.0 mm and 1.5 - 1.65 mm. This material is RoHS compliant and is available in natural and black colors with a transparent amber base.

SABIC's Specialties Business FXE9330 PC-Siloxane copolymer is a special effects fluorescent with excellent processability and low temperature impact performance. Non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant product in most colors. UV-stabilized. UL rated f1/V-0/5VA.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN EXL9414 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque injection molding (IM) grade. This resin offers low temperature ductility, thin wall flame retardant capability, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN EXL9414 resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications, especially the housing of fast-charging mobile phones.

LEXAN EXL9111 polycarbonate-Siloxane copolymer resin is a high flow, high impact,non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque injection molding (IM) grade.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN FXEMPX1 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a UV stabilized injection molding (IM) grade with release properties. This resin offers good low temperature ductility in combination with high flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard IM PC resins. LEXAN FXEMPX1 resin is a general purpose product available in limited colors and may be an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. This product is available in a wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide range of electrical applications.

EcoFlame APP202 (Ammonium Polyphosphate) is a kind of ammonium polyphosphate, and it can be adopted for all applications where APP201 is used. Aside from this, this chemical additive has found other applications that it is extremely suitable for, and here are some details. On account of its low water solubility, our product is particularly suitable as an additive to polymers or intumescent coatings for exterior application. This phosphorous-based non-halogenated fire retardant could deliver good flame retardant performance to cellulose-containing materials, such as paper, wood, car's fireproof cloth, military cellulose materials, etc.

Phenolic resins are renowned for their excellent high temperature resistance, flame resistance, low smoke generation and low toxicity in fire situations. Phenolics are used in vehicle armor applications that utilize these properties in combination with E-glass and other high performance glass fibers. Phenolics are very rigid, although toughened versions are available with reduced temperature resistance.

P96/P26 consist of a flame resistant, polyimide resin system suitable for military, commercial or industrial electronic applications requiring superior performance and the utmost in thermal properties. These products utilize a polyimide and thermoplastic blend resin, fully cured without the use of MDA (Methylenedianiline). This results in a polymer with a high Tg without the characteristic difficulties of brittleness and low initial bond strength associated with traditional thermoset polyimides.

Essentium 9085 is a high performance polyetherimide blend made with SABIC ULTEMTM 9085 resin. Essentium 9085 has excellent long term temperature performance and toughness. The base resin meets FAR 25.853 and OSU 65/65 for flammability, heat release, smoke density and toxicity. Parts printed from Essentium 9085 are ideal for aerospace, automotive, and industrial components that must meet strict requirements for strength, temperature performance, and flammability.
