Lytex® 4181 is a chopped carbon fiber reinforced ESC® molding compound. It is easily moldable and provides parts that are high strength, fatigue resistant, with high heat resistance and a low density. The carbon fiber is standard modulus PAN based 12K tow.

APCM DA 4080 is 200°F cure modified epoxy prepreg system which can be prepreged on fiberglass fabric, woven Kevlar, or other woven fabrics. In addition to their low temperature cure capabilities, DA 4080 prepregs have excellent flow to allow for vacuum bag cure conditions. DA 4080 is a one sided pre-impregnated system yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4082 is the same system except that both sides of the fabric are coated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepregs can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

BONDiT™ B-482 is a two-part, state-of-the-art 100% solids, room-temperature curing flexible epoxy resin system. BONDiT™ B-536 is a two-part, very high strength, 100% solids, room-temperature curing semi-flexible epoxy resin system. Especially designed for adhesive applications in bonding to a wide range of engineering plastics, including polyolefin and metals, glass, ceramic, composite and wood. Typical example of lapshear bond strength is 1100 PSI for PEEK-to-PEEK and PEEK-to-Steel substrates. B-536 handles harsh environments easily and is effective against moisture, salt water, acids, alkalies, oils, and detergents. B-536 has high thermal stability and offers good corrosion resistance. The semi- flexible properties of B-536 permits assembly of materials with dissimilar thermal expansion and survive thermal cycling. Likewise mechanical vibration, shock and impact are easily absorbed by B-536 and protect surfaces and bonded assemblies.

Epovia Optimum® KRF-1051 - novolac epoxy vinyl ester resin, chemical and heat resistance, low color, low foaming, fast cure. Main applications areas are building and construction, chemical industry, industrial sector etc.

APCM DA 4518 is an epoxy prepreg designed for a temperature range of -67°F (-55°C) to 350°F (177°C), with a cure of 250°F (121°C) for one hour and or a cure of 350º F (177ºC) for 1 hour. This material needs to be post cure or cured to 350ºF to get the 350º properties.

Ply-Guard NS is a two-component, chemical resistant, non-skid epoxy coating system designed to perform exceptionally well in a broad range of severe environments, including in the presence of strong acids/alkalis and organic solvents. Protal ARO™ is a VOC free, 100% solids liquid epoxy coating formulated to be applied over FBE as an ARO coating (abrasion resistant overlay). It is a 3:1 ratio coating that can be spray or hand applied in the shop or field.

BONDiT™ B-755 is a unique low viscosity, two-part, high strength, 100% solids, room-temperature curing semi-rigid cyclo-aliphatic epoxy resin system with good scratch and impact resistance. Suitable for clear coat, conformal coating and electrical potting applications. The B-755 handles harsh environments easily and is effective against moisture, salt water, acids, alkalies, oils, fuels, solvents and detergents. B-755 produces very low extract products in soak tests and provides corrosion resistance.
