PERMATEC 3000 CT is a 100% solids epoxy floor topping designed for cool temperature applications commonly found in food and beverage processing facilities. The PERMA TEC 3000 CT system consists of a two component resin binder and graded aggregate. It is applied with a trowel or screed rake at 1/8 -1/4 inches (125 - 250 mils) in a one coat application (Cold Temperature) including a silica broadcast. There is no need for a primer or sealer coat. An optional glaze coat may be used to improve the appearance and cleanability. The vertical formulation of PERMA TEC 3000 CT is trowel applied at 1/8 inches (125 mils).

Formasil H2O - Valve Sealant is chemically resistant to aliphatic liquids and gasses, including gasoline and kerosene, fuel and lubricating oils, natural gas and brine water. KALMATRON® KF-B as a protective and remedial coating penetrating into the concrete structure by at 15 cm or 6” designed for protection of concrete and masonry building structures as an ionic implant onto the structures in damp conditions to restore liquid/vapor impermeability, corrosion and freeze-thaw resistance, to stop rebar rusting and to rebuild structures by gluing of they broken parts. In a case if KF-B layer damaged, protected structure stays impermeable and densified. KF-B is best for repair of water supply and sewer systems; marine and fortification structures; facilities of the chemical and agricultural industries. Applied as a layer, it has no expansion in both the plastic and hardening phases without compensation of water. Layer of KF-B is a water impermeable under the hydraulic pressure at 14 [bar] and stable to aggressive environment at pH of 1.

Thermaguard™ CUI 650 is a third generation, pure inorganic single component, ambient curing polysiloxane coating formulated specifically to provide corrosion protection to under insulation environments where wet & dry cycling can occur. The coating conforms to the NACE SP0198-2017 classification, inert multi polymeric matrix coatings for Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) in both cryogenic & elevated temperature applications. Through specific formulation technology Thermaguard™ CUI 650 can withstand temperatures from -196 to 650°C, fully curing at ambient conditions eliminating the need for heat curing prior to service. Thermaguard™ CUI 650 has exceptional resistance to thermal cycling, hot saline water immersion & chemical exposure throughout its operating temperature range. Thermaguard™ CUI 650 can be used in both OEM (shop application) & maintenance work due to having surface tolerance to rusted steels which have been marginally prepared (St 2/3). Additionally, the product can be applied in service to hot equipment operating up to 260oC, removing the need for plant shut down periods.
