Ease Release® 300 is a high performance, production proven release agent formulated for polyurethane elastomers and epoxy resins along with excellent release of polyurethane elastomers and microcellular foams.

Ease Release® 2300 is a high performance heavy-duty silicone release similar in characteristics to Ease Release® 300.

ULTRA-LUBET™ 160 is highly effective in improving flow properties of rubber compounds. This effect is based on a reduction of intermolecular friction and external friction against metal surfaces. ULTRA-LUBE™ 160 is outstanding during the compounding stage and after vulcanization as a mold release. Besides, it is highly effective as an internal release agent in preventing rubber compounds sticking to open mill rolls as well as to rotors in internal mixers. ULTRA-LUBE™ 160 has a stabilizing effect on the tendency of re-crystallization in CR compounds.

McLube® 916 is ideally formulated for double-wall parts, this release agent forms a durable, protective film with a high degree of slip. May be heat-cured for multiple releases per application.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 230 shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for commonly used fillers in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBE™ 230 leads to faster mold filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. ULTRA-LUBE™ 230 also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. ULTRA-™ 230 has a higher solubility limit than ULTRA-LUBE™ 200.

Ease Release® 2910 is a superior release agent for casting complex designs using polyurethane elastomers.

McLube® 787 is a water-based, heat-cured emulsion designed to prevent prerelease of large rotationally molded parts and provide multiple releases per application. Delivered ready-to-use.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 improves filler incorporation and release of most rubber compounds. Due to its low volatility, ULTRA-LUBE“ 220 can be used in heat resistant vulcanisates based on HNBR, ACM and FKM. ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 shows good plasticizing properties, which leads to reduction of injection pressure in molding process and prevents scorch. ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 is highly effective in polar compounds, like NBR to improve flow and release. ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 is especially suitable for peroxide curing system owing to its low peroxide demand.

Aqualease® 75 is a concentrated version of Aqualease® 50. It is an emulation of silicone polymers featuring corrosion protection and improved film formation. This formula is designed to release synthetic and natural rubber, microcellular and solid polyurethane elastomers, and thermoplastic resins.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 is effective in improving flow properties of rubber compounds. The release effect of ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 is excellent during compounding and after curing as an internal mold release. ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 improves the dispersion of both carbon black and mineral fillers.

ChemPlasa Materials L-1030 is Polarity Amide Wax which used as a functional additive in many industrial applications.

McLube® 857 is a highly lubricious release emulsion in water. Ideal for epoxy and some polyurethane applications. Cured when dry at room temperature.

McLube® 973 is a water-based, heat-cured emulsion that forms a durable, protective film coating with semi-permanent qualities. Contains a catalyst to significantly shorten the heat-cure cycle.

Ease Release® 200 is an excellent general purpose release agent for making molds and casting parts. This product will release polyurethane elastomers, polyurethane foam, epoxy resin, polyester resins, platinum silicones, rubber and thermoplastic polymers. Ease Release® 200 is effective on aluminum, chrome, platinum silicone, epoxy, rubber and steel molds.

Ease Release® 500 is a TEFLON™-like dry film mold release (and dry lubricant) that contains no silicones, oils or wax. Ease Release® 500 is non-migrating and non-staining. It is effective and improves efficiency in many molding processes including injection, compression, transfer, vacuum form and die cast molding.

Aqualease® 50 is a unique stable aqueous emulsion of silicone polymers formulated to release synthetic foam and solid urethane elastomers.

In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBET 200 leads to faster mold filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. Due to its low dosage level there is little or no effect on physical properties of the finished goods.

Ease Release® 700 is a general purpose release agent. Ease Release® 700 is designed to release polystyrene, polyethylene, wax, synthetic rubber, acrylics, phenolic, melamine and metal castings from aluminum, chrome, epoxy, polyester, rubber, and steel molds. Ease Release® 700 is also effective as a surface lubricant for assembling plastic and rubber components.

McLube® 3014 prevents undue buildup of the polyurethane foams used to insulate or strengthen some rotomolded parts. Easy-to apply and entirely silicone-free. May be easily wiped from the part once foaming is complete.

McLube® 1700L is a PTFE dispersion with binding additives offering semi-permanent, non-transferring release characteristics. Ideal for injection molding. Silicone-free. Also, an excellent dry lubricant.

Eralease W is a paste product extensively used in the conditioning of molds prior to mold release application. Its hard dry film is an excellent base for any conventional solvent borne release agents on all mold surfaces.

McLube® 1212 is a water-based dispersion of fluoropolymers and proprietary binder technology formulated for effortless release of epoxies and other resins and binders. No cure required. Dilutable.

ChemPlasa Materials L-102G is Ethylene Bis Oleamide which used as a functional additive in plastics manufacturing.

Ease Release® 2831 is a wax-based non-silicone release agent. It has proven to be effective when used to release polyurethane foams elastomers. This wax dispersion is designed to operate at mold temperatures ranging from 160°F to 200°F with minimal wax build-up. Ease Release® 2831 works with aluminum, steel, and elastomeric mold construction.
