LIOSIL® TS 40 E is a microemulsion of a functional silicone fluid specifically developed as a softener for the tissue industry. It offers excellent softness and a very good hydrophilic nature. The product is easily diluted with water and exhibits high substantivity on cellulose fibers. It is a microemulsion.

PULPSIL® 955 S is a hydrolytically stable silicone surfactant that is water-dispersible and consists of a polyethermodified silicone fluid. It has been specifically designed for use in the pulp and paper industry. This product significantly improves the efficiency of paper deaerators, enhances the drainage and deaeration processes in pulp production, and acts as a booster for pulp defoamers beyond their cloud point.

WACKER® L 057 is a 100% water-dispersible, hydrolytically stable polyether-functional polydimethylsiloxane. WACKER® L 057 can be used in a wide range of applications, such as the textile industry, polishes, cleaners, and the plastics industry. WACKER® L 057 exhibits both special lubricant properties and antistatic action.

PULPSIL® 270 C is a highly viscous, relatively alkaline-resistant, extremely efficient, solvent- and water-free silicone antifoam compound, specially developed for use in pulp mills. It is particularly effective when formulated as an emulsion, making it an excellent antifoam agent for various pulp processing steps, including washing, screening, bleaching, and wastewater treatment. The product exhibits thixotropic properties, requiring gentle stirring to reduce viscosity.

PULPSIL® 850 E is a highly concentrated, medium-viscous, and highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion, specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It is known for its excellent long-term efficiency and very good knock-down efficiency. The product boasts a high concentration of active material, ensuring superior performance. Additionally, PULPSIL® 850 E is universally applicable to different types of black liquor.

PULPSIL® 246 C is a highly viscous, solvent-free, and water-free silicone antifoam compound specifically developed for use in pulp mills. It has excellent long-term efficiency and very good knock-down efficiency. The product is thixotropic, requiring weak stirring to reduce its viscosity. It also offers good handling during application. PULPSIL® 246 C is resistant to alkaline conditions and is designed to effectively control foam in pulp mill operations.

PULPSIL® 255 C is a highly viscous, solvent-free, and water-free silicone antifoam compound specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It offers excellent efficiency in controlling foam. To achieve high efficiency, it is important to ensure proper dispersion of PULPSIL® 255 C in the foaming medium. This can be achieved by adding the product in its neat form, particularly when high amounts of surfactants and/or high shear forces are present to facilitate good dispersion.

PULPSIL® 968 S is a hydrolytically stable silicone surfactant based on a water-dispersible polyether-modified silicone fluid. It was specifically developed for use in the pulp and paper industry. PULPSIL® 968 S offers the advantage of enhancing the efficiency of paper deaerators when used at a dosage range of 1.0% to 10.0% relative to the solid material of the deaerator.

PULPSIL® 959 S is an aqueous solution of a hydrolytically stable polyether-modified silicone fluid. It offers several key characteristics, including improved cleaning properties compared to conventional mechanical cleaning methods, increased processing speed, low surface tension, good wetting properties, easy processing, and excellent solubility in water.

PULPSIL® 238 C is a highly viscous silicone antifoam compound, specifically formulated for use in pulp mills. It is resistant to alkaline conditions and does not contain solvents or water. It is known for its excellent handling, good long-term efficiency, and very good knock-down efficiency.

PULPSIL® 745 E is a low-viscosity, highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It offers very good handling, long-term efficiency, and excellent knock-down efficiency. This product is also suitable for applications in antifoams for textile finishing and pulp-related processes.

PULPSIL® 960 S is a hydrolytically stable silicone surfactant based on a polyether-modified silicone fluid, designed specifically for use in the pulp and paper industry. This product is water-dispersible, allowing for easy incorporation into water-based systems. To achieve optimal dispersion, we suggest starting with water and gradually adding PULPSIL® 960 S while stirring continuously.

SILFOAM® SE 55A is a silicone defoamer emulsion with a medium viscosity, containing 40% active ingredients. It is specifically formulated to control foam in aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 55A utilizes Wacker's advanced silicone defoamer technology, making it suitable for use in alkaline and high-temperature applications. This product exhibits excellent foam knockdown properties and provides significant antifoam effectiveness over time.

LIOSIL® TS 44 E US is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion of highly viscous polydimethylsiloxane. It is specifically designed for formulating tissue softeners. The active ingredient enhances the lubricity and softness of tissue. LIOSIL® TS 44 E US can be easily diluted with water to create a ready-to-use emulsion. However, determining the optimal conditions will require conducting individual tests. It is recommended to stir well before use.

LIOSIL® TS 50 E is a specially developed microemulsion of a functional silicone fluid, designed as a softener specifically for the tissue industry. This product contains aloe vera, vitamin E, and a WACKER SILFOAM® antifoam agent. With its unique structure and orientation on cellulose fibers, LIOSIL® TS 50 E provides excellent softness and high hydrophilicity, resulting in a pleasant and gentle touch.

LIOSIL® TS 533 is a specially developed aqueous solution of a functional silicone fluid, designed as a softener specifically for the tissue industry. With its unique structure and orientation on cellulose fibers, LIOSIL® TS 533 provides a good soft touch and excellent hydrophilicity. It also exhibits high substantivity on cellulose fibers. Additionally, this product has obtained BfR/FDA approval.

Harcros Antifoam 10 Food Grade is a 10% antifoam emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane designed for defoaming aqueous systems. It is exceptionally easy to dilute and disperse. This product maintains its effectiveness at temperatures up to boiling. Although designed primarily for food applications, it can also be used in many industrial processes. For effective defoaming, concentrations ranging from 10 to 100 ppm are required.

Dispelair® BS 825 is a silicone emulsion defoamer and consists of highly effective processing aids that remove foam in production and during the washing stages of the pulping process. Typically, the foam control agent is added during the screening and washing of brown stock.
