PRF Composite Materials RS-M135 is an ultra low viscosity laminating system formulated for use in the manufacture of composite components from glass, carbon and aramid fibers. The system is suitable for components requiring high static and fatigue strength properties using injectin molding (e.g. RTM), vacuum infusion and pultrusion processes. At 25°C the mixed viscosity is approximately 200 mPa s and may be lowered further to a value of 100 - 150 mPa s by warming the resin (see page 5), thus even complicated parts with long flow paths can be injected without difficulty. With a mold temperature of around 30°C, the temperature rise with hardener RS-MH137 remains very slight, allowing thicker parts to be built at elevated temperatures.

GMS Composites EP – 530 is a flame retardant epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-530 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, glass or aramid. The product is self-extinguishing and meets the UL 94 V-0 classification. The flow and tack of EP-530 can also be varied.

SMCarbon® 80CF60-12K/2 is generally used in automotive, industrial sector, leisure and clothing applications.

G-Etronax® EP 11 is the composite material that does it all. G-Etronax® EP 11 as an all-in-one material. This is because the carefully composed resins combined with the glass base result not only in exceptional resistance but also amazing electrotechnical properties, making G-Etronax® EP 11 suitable for countless applications.

APCM DA 4090 is modified epoxy pre-impregnated system which can cure at 250°F (121°C) for one hour. DA 4090 | DA 4092 can be supplied on any commercially available glass, Kevlar, or graphite fabric. DA 4090 is a one sided pre-impregnated fabric yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4092 is the same system where both sides of the fabric are pre-impregnated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepreg systems can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

GMS Composites EP – 280 is a formulated epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-280 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, glass or aramid. The product also has good dynamic strength properties as well as outstanding hot-wet resistance. The prepreg has good flow and the tack of EP-280 can be varied.

PRF Composite Materials RS-L135 exhibits good mechanical properties after curing at room temperature. If high temperature strength is not required, finished products made with the selection of hardeners up to RS-H136 may be used without further heat treatment. Post curing (heat treatment) will further enhance the mechanical properties and will also increase the heat resistance.

Anchor Seal SY3002 Amber Clear is anchor-seal epoxy for potting compounds and encapsulants coils and transformers. It is good / stable shelf life, low viscosity, unfilled, heat and chemical resistant.

APCM DA 4518 is an epoxy prepreg designed for a temperature range of -67°F (-55°C) to 350°F (177°C), with a cure of 250°F (121°C) for one hour and or a cure of 350º F (177ºC) for 1 hour. This material needs to be post cure or cured to 350ºF to get the 350º properties.

SMCarbon® 80CF60-3K - Sheet molding compound based on epoxy resin and reinforced with carbon fibers designed for compression molding technology. These material with a weight reduced potential and a high design freedom enter different areas for structural application where high mechanical properties are requested.

LTC216 Prepreg is designed to cure at low temperatures whilst giving the potential for high temperature tooling. Typical initial cure cycles are 40 hrs at 45°C or 16 hrs at 55°C, followed by a 200°C post cure. LTC216 can be supplied on a variety of fabrics to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements.

Diamite CSC is a 100% solids, high performance epoxy compound intended for use as a chemical-resistant and containment coating to protect concrete, brick or block walls and floors. Diamite CSC is resistant to most acids, caustics, solvents and other harsh chemicals. Diamite CSC is applied to walls and floors of spill, splash and chemical leakage containment areas.

SWANCOR 2591 is a hot-melt epoxy resin with low temperature curing and low exothermic properties. The formula does not contain Diuron and volatile ingredients. It has the characteristics of light weight, excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.

CPP™ is a two-component moisture insensitive, 100% solids, high strength and reinforced structural-grade epoxy. CPP is truly versatile and can be used as an adhesive, patching filler, and as a high-build, stand-alone protective liner. The material can be applied as thin as a skim-coat and up to 1/2" per pass (vertical/overhead). Blended with reinforcing agents and various fibers, the Epoxytec CPP when cured acts as a fiber-reinforced- polymer (FRP) with high strength mechanical properties. Contains no solvents (no VOCs). CPP bonds to concrete, steel, wood, brick, some plastics and most construction materials.

CHEM-WET 2 is a two component, 100% solids, high modulus, medium viscosity, moisture insensitive epoxy system. This product meets ASTM C-881.

APCM DA 409U/G35-150 is a tough, versatile, modified epoxy resin prepreg that cures at 250°F, a standard modulus 150 g/m2 carbon prepreg tape which can also be supplied as a 200g/m2 or a 300 g/m2 prepreg.

Toray RS-1 is an epoxy prepreg resin that provides an excellent balance of mechanical properties, toughness, and modulus. RS-1 has been evaluated and qualified in areas ranging from marine to aerospace and dielectric structures. RS-1 is also available in a lower temperature curing formulation 80°C (176°F).
