Akulon® Ultraflow K-FKGS6/B is a versatile family of high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 materials widely employed by global customers in automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging applications. In molded parts, these materials deliver an impressive blend of design flexibility and ease of processing, along with exceptional mechanical properties over a broad temperature range and diverse conditions. For extrusion, they set industry benchmarks, featuring remarkable strength, resilience, and ease of processing. The preferred processing technology for these materials is injection molding. Notable features encompass good or high flow characteristics, heat stabilization, and VDE certification.

Crystic® Brush Gelcoat 69PA is a pre-accelerated Iso-NPG gelcoat formulated for brush application. It has been developed to have exceptional water and chemical resistance and is recommended for use in sanitaryware and chemical containment applications. Crystic® Gelcoat 69PA is approved by Lloyd'™s Register of Shipping.

Crystic® Polyester Resin R115PA is a general purpose thixotropic, pre-accelerated, orthophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin. It has a 10-minute gel time and is suitable for use in buidling and construction, transportation and industrial applications by hand lay up or by spray application for the production of most glass reinforced laminates.

Crestapol® 1261 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a modified version of Crestapol® 1260 but with an extended open or work time. It is a low-viscosity urethane acrylate type resin that is suitable for infusion, resin transfer molding (RTM), and similar processes at room temperature and can be infused at vacuum levels down to -1.0 bar. This product produces laminates with high strength, toughness, and exceptional water and hydrolysis resistance.

Crestafire® GCS 1001E is a non-accelerated, low-smoke, fire retardant intumescent polyester-based gel coat designed to be applied by spray in a thin layer of 500μm. It incorporates new intumescent technology. When exposed to fire, Crestafire® GCS 1001 E forms a foamed cellular charred layer, offering a high degree of protection to the surface of the composite. It is restricted to a standard light grey color and is designed to be post-painted.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 702PAX is a pre-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin with low viscosity and controlled exotherm characteristics. It is designed for use in vacuum infusion processes. This product has Lloyd's approval and is suitable for use in marine, wind energy, building and construction, and transportation.

Crestapol® 1210 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a tough, low-viscosity resin with a rapid cure that can be highly filled. It is designed for use in closed molding processes. Crestapol® 1210A is a partially pre-accelerated grade that is available. These products are not recommended for open mold applications.

Crestafire® GCS 1005PA is a pre-accelerated, low-smoke, fire-retardant, polyester-based intumescent gelcoat designed to be applied by spray in a thin layer of 500μm. It incorporates new intumescent technology. When exposed to fire, Crestafire® GCS 1005PA forms a foamed, cellular charred layer, offering a high degree of protection to the surface of the composite. It is restricted to a standard white color, designed to be post-painted, and formulated to EN45545-2 standard to meet HL3.

Crystic® Orthophthalic Spray Topcoat 408PA White is a pre-accelerated flowcoat with excellent scuff resistance, designed for use in general purpose GRP moldings. It is based on a high quality orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin and is suitable for all general molding requirements. The product is pigmented using a highly UV resistant grade of titanium dioxide.

Crestapol® 1260 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a low-viscosity urethane acrylate type resin. It is suitable for infusion, resin transfer molding (RTM), and similar processes at room temperature. This product can be infused at vacuum levels down to -1.0 bar. It produces laminates with high strength, toughness, and exceptional water and hydrolysis resistance.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.8500PA is a low-styrene emission, pre-accelerated, orthophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It is a general-purpose resin that is suitable for non-critical and industrial applications such as liners, pipes, and tanks. This product has a 17-minute gel time.

Crystic® Ultra-Low Styrene Ecogel S1PA is an ultra-low-styrene-content spray gel coat. This market-leading, unique technology spray gel coat has only 16% styrene content, which cuts styrene emissions by over 55%. It is suitable for use in industrial and general-purpose applications in transport, building, and industrial markets. This product is also used for the manufacture of wind turbine blades.

Crestapol® 1216 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a tough, low-viscosity resin with a rapid cure. This product can be highly filled to achieve a high level of fire and smoke performance (ASTM E84 Class 1). It is designed for use in hand lamination applications.

Crestapol® 1211A Urethane Acrylate Resin is a partially accelerated, filled, tough urethane acrylate resin designed for applications requiring the highest levels of fire and smoke performance. It incorporates a selected grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH), which makes it suitable for the production of laminates where excellent fire resistance and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. This product is halogen-free and does not contain heavy metals.

Crystic® Fire Retardant Resin 1355PA is a pre-accelerated, filled, fire-retardant polyester resin that has been designed for contact molding applications. It has been formulated as an inexpensive resin and wets out the reinforcement rapidly. This product is supplied in a restricted range of colors.

Crestapol® 1212 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a tough, low-viscosity, fire-retardant, closed-mold urethane acrylate resin with a rapid cure. When filled with ATH, it has very high fire, smoke, and toxic fume performances, which makes it suitable for demanding applications in the rail market.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 701PAX is a pre-accelerated isophthalic polyester resin with low viscosity and controlled exotherm characteristics. It is designed for use in vacuum infusion processes. This product has Lloyd's approval and is suitable for use in marine, wind energy, building and construction, and transportation.

Crestapol® 1214 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a tough, low-shrink, high-quality, surface-finish urethane acrylate resin for pultrusion. When filled with ATH, it has very high fire, smoke, and toxic fume performances, along with an excellent surface finish. It lacks cracking in the central sections.

Crestapol® 1213A Urethane Acrylate Resin is a thermosetting resin based on methacrylates that is amine pre-accelerated and heavily filled with 170 phr alumina trihydrate (ATH) fire retardant filler to achieve excellent low smoke and low toxicity fire performance. This resin is developed specially for both hand lamination and closed mold applications.

Crestapol® 1250 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a low-viscosity urethane acrylate resin. It is designed for maximum wet out for pultruding fiberglass, carbon fiber, and other fibers. This product efficiently produces fast-curing, very tough, high-strength composites with superior water and hydrolysis resistance. Run times and formulation will depend on the geometry and complexity of the die. It will run very fast, making for very efficient pultruded parts.

Stypol® RSP10022 - pre-promoted unsaturated polyester DCPD blend resin. Main applications areas are agrochemical, agrobusiness, automotive, building and construction, composites, industrial sector, marine, mass transports etc.

Norsodyne® PT-104 - isophthalic resin for pultrusion. Main applications areas are building and construction, industrial sector etc.

Stypol® RSCA1500 - high performance, shrink controlled LRTM resin. Main applications areas are agrochemical, agrobusiness, automotive, building and construction, composites, industrial sector, marine, mass transports etc.

Rhino Linings USA, Inc. 1314 Resin is a Marine Laminating, Low Viscosity Epoxy Resin/ Offsets:West 105. Used for marine applications such as laminates, adhesives, sealers and fairing compounds. Also used where a low viscosity, quick curing epoxy system is desired. Very low mixed viscosities quickly wet thick reinforcements. Exhibits very low exudation, allowing secondary bonding with minimal preparation.

Polynt Group 777-5405 - low color RTM resin with excellent cure and barcol hardness development; shrinkage in the molded parts is low and gives excellent cosmetic properties. Main applications areas are agrochemical, agrobusiness, automotive, building and construction, composites, industrial sector, marine, mass transports etc.

DISTITRON® 429 ESX20Q - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used to produce marine,boats,reinforced plastics,general purpose through hand lay up and spray up method.

Distitron® 412 V2 - resin for body, good mechanical properties. Main applications areas are agrochemical, agrobusiness, building and construction, industrial sector etc.

Norsodyne® 3338 has general purpose, good water resistance, promoted and non-waxed. Main applications areas are automotive, building and construction, industrial sector, marine etc.

Norsodyne® BN-595Y - excellent pearl dispersion and surface gloss, thin button. Main applications areas are leisure and clothing etc.

DISTITRON® 110 SXZ - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,DCPD. It is used to produce reinforced plastics,general purpose through hand lay up and spray up method.

Stypol® 040-8086 - pre-promoted unsaturated polyester laminating resin. Main applications areas are agrochemical, agrobusiness, automotive, building and construction, composites, industrial sector, marine, mass transports etc.

NORSODYNE® H 13239 - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used to produce pipes and tanks through hand lay up and spray up,filament winding method.

Polynt Group 787-0790 - toughened vinyl ester resin offers dramatically improved fracture toughness resistance over typical vinyl ester resins; unpromoted.
