Crystic® Polyester Resin 702PAX is a pre-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin with low viscosity and controlled exotherm characteristics. It is designed for use in vacuum infusion processes. This product has Lloyd's approval and is suitable for use in marine, wind energy, building and construction, and transportation.

Crestafire® GCS 1001E is a non-accelerated, low-smoke, fire retardant intumescent polyester-based gel coat designed to be applied by spray in a thin layer of 500μm. Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.8500PA is a low-styrene emission, pre-accelerated, orthophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It is based on a high quality orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin and is suitable for all general molding requirements. The product is pigmented using a highly UV resistant grade of titanium dioxide.

Crystic® Polyester Resin R115PA is a general purpose thixotropic, pre-accelerated, orthophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin. It has a 10-minute gel time and is suitable for use in buidling and construction, transportation and industrial applications by hand lay up or by spray application for the production of most glass reinforced laminates.

Crystic® Fire Retardant Resin 1355PA is a pre-accelerated, filled, fire-retardant polyester resin that has been designed for contact molding applications. It has been formulated as an inexpensive resin and wets out the reinforcement rapidly. This product is supplied in a restricted range of colors.

StrongBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System is a high-strength, toughened, structural epoxy adhesive for the bonding of carbon fabrics to itself and many dissimilar materials. It is a two-phase (toughened) epoxy resin produced using a CTBN elastomer with a flexible epoxy resin backbone for maximum stress and fatigue resistance. StrongBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System with an immediate high tack consistency, a long working life, and a quick cure time. StrongBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System may be used at ambient temperature(s) ranging from 55°F(13°C) to 100°F (38°C). The working life at 100°F (38°C) is > 2 hours (working time increases with lower ambient temperatures), with full cures occurring between 6-12 hours depending on cure temperature. Unlike most epoxy adhesives, StrongBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System cured at ambient temperatures provides heat resistance well more than most engineering limits with an HDT of 85°C (185 °F). The material mixes at 2:1 by volume or 100:44 by weight (resin to hardener). The convenient color-coded components form a uniform color when properly mixed. StrongBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System is designed for high production meter/mix ram dispensing and although highly thixotropic, has very fast application rates. With low odor and toxicity, StrongBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System is solvent-free, and 100% solids.

Armorflex® 953 Base White gel coats are high performance, iso/npg products that display desirable high gloss buffback® qualities. While offering these benefits, the Armorflex® 953 series gel coats have retained the important construction application qualities expected from ccp gel coats, such as resistance to porosity, tearing, and color separation; sag resistance; consistent liquid properties; excellent patchability; and more. All of these properties contribute to the high quality appeal in FRP parts made from ccp high gloss Armorflex® buffback® gel coats. Gel coats in this series resist weathering and blistering because they are formulated to give high performance against water and certain chemicals, although blister resistance is best with gel coats in the 943 series. Gel coats in the 953 series are made with neopentyl glycol Npg and were primarily developed for sanitary and quality marine applications; however, they should be used in any FRP application where high performance characteristics are desired. 953 gel coats utilize this unique glycol to provide a gel coat that surpasses previous commercial gel coats in its resistance to blistering. They also contain isophthalic acid iso as a cocomponent rather than orthophthalic acid. The isophthalic functionality is used, rather than the orthophthalic to complement the NPG for better end use properties. These gel coats provide durable, reduced maintenance products. These gel coats have enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American national standard for plastic bathtubs, shower receptors and shower stalls, ANSI Z124.1, .2 and .3 –1995, sec. 6.1.1.

Surfitex™ is manufactured from 100 % polyester fibers, which are hydro-entangled with highpressure jets of water, with no chemicals added, which means there is no risk of chemical contamination of the resin. This material is highly suitable for pultrusion, filament winding, RTM, vacuum infusion and hand lay-up processes.

RESOLCOAT 7060 is an epoxy clear or pigmented Gelcoat. Which has improved UV resistance, room temperature cure & high gloss and choice of slow and fast hardeners. RESOLCOAT 7060 epoxy gelcoat is specially formulated for the production of structural composites parts or tools requiring high mechanical & abrasion properties and room temperature curing. Two versions are available depending on the pot life needed : 1h45min for large parts or 16min for high production outputs, with a very fast curing time in film for the fast version - closer to a polyester curing time than to a typical epoxy. In both cases, the gelcoat may be ordered in its clear version (mainly for parts) or colored version for tools or parts production.

VTFA400 (DF034) toughened epoxy adhesive film is design to cure between 65°C and 120°C, allowing flexibility in component manufacture.

Polynt Group 55, 55X is designed for interior application; meets particular flame-retardant requirements; not recommended for parts used under direct sun exposure or prolonged water immersion. It is generally used in composites applicatons.

Polynt Group 32X series are barriers type coatings developed for the composites and fiberglass industry. The 32X series have been formulated to reduce osmotic blistering, and as a print blockers, to provide a smoother gelcoat finish. This barrier coat was primarily developed for parts that are in conditions with prolonged contact with water and reduce the risk of water blistering. The 32X barrier coat are formulated to result with a fast cure, sagging resistant and ready-tospray after the addition of the proper amount of appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide catalyst. Normally, dark Colors help to detect and eliminate air bubbles. However, it also can affect the quality of the final product. Contact you representative to have more details on Colors available. Because these 32X series barrier coat are formulated with special additives they have a fair resistance to UV and are not recommended for direct sunlight exposure. It would result in rapid chalking and fading.
