This injection moldable grade carries UL94 flame ratings of 5VA at 2mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with a UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL NH7010 resin is an excellent candidate for applications such as electrical enclosures and solar/PV junction boxes. This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ EXL1494T polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is an injection molding grade with FDA and EU food contact compliance. This resin offers extreme low temperature (-40 C) ductility in combination with medium flow characteristics, improved release and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN™ EXL1494T resin is available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of food contact applications. NORYL NH7010HV resin is a higher flow version of NH7010 resin and offers a good balance of affordable high heat, flow, hydrolytic stability, excellent creep resistance, dimensional stability. This material is a good candidate for outdoor housings / enclosures and photovoltaic / solar junction box applications. GMS Composites EP – 620 prepreg is a special epoxy resin matrix system with long shelf life and high elongation. EP-620 is designed for composite applications requiring high energy absorption and impact resistance. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-620 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, aramid, s-glass, polyethylene or e-glass. The prepreg has good flow and the tack of EP-620 can be varied.
