Hydropalat® WE 3650 is a low-foaming wetting agent with key benefits including highly effective wetting for water-based coatings and ink applications, excellent dynamic surface tension reduction in combination with low foam stabilization, and suitability for lacquers or inks experiencing substrate wetting or cratering issues. Dispex® Ultra PX 4290 is a high molecular weight dispersing agent, designed to stabilize inorganic and organic pigments in aqueous formulations.

Hydropalat® WE 3437 serves as a wetting agent and emulsifier, offering excellent substrate wetting, emulsification capabilities, gloss improvement, and pigment wetting. It serves as an effective low-foaming wetting agent for emulsion paints and fountain solutions, showcasing excellent stability in both alkali and acidic environments, along with good water solubility. Recommended for use in formulating aqueous paints and printing inks, Hydropalat® WE 3120 also demonstrates proficient antifoam properties across various applications.

HDK® H15 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H15 is commonly utilized as a thickening and thixotropic agent in coatings, printing inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and other applications. Additionally, it serves as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone elastomers. Moreover, HDK® H15 functions as a free flow additive in the production of technical powders.

HDK® N20 is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. DCL 7019 Quinacridone Red Violet, PV.19 is a high-performance pigment developed for use in industrial coatings, automotive refinishing, and coil coatings. This reddish-violet shade is also suitable for plastic and ink applications, and is a close match to Clariant Red E5B. It is used in various high-end paint and plastic applications where excellent fastness properties are required, and is also FDA-approved.

DCL 1319 Quinacridone Red Violet, PV.19 (E3B-70 type), is a high-quality pigment known for its outstanding fastness, heat stability, and resistance properties. This opaque, yellow-shaded quinacridone is slightly more opaque and yellower than the 1219 Quinacridone Red Violet 19 grade.

DCL 3777 Phthalocyanine Green, PG.7 (blue shade) is a bright, blue-shaded phthalocyanine with excellent overall properties. The product is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297) and recommended for various applications in inks, coatings, and plastics. It can be easily dispersed in plastics, coatings, and water-based flexo inks.

DCL 1070 Naphthol Red, PR.170 is a very brilliant, opaque, strong, bright yellow shade of naphthol red pigment. It exhibits very good lightfastness, chemical resistance and flow properties. This makes it a highly reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of inks and coating applications.

DCL 1319 Quinacridone Red Violet, PV.19 (E3B type) is an opaque, yellow-shaded quinacridone with excellent fastness properties. It is slightly yellower and more opaque than our 1219 Quinacridone Red Violet 19, and is widely used for high-grade industrial and automotive coatings as well as water- and solvent-based inks.

DCL 7254 DPP Red, PR.254 (BO type) is a medium red shade DPP pigment that offers excellent masstone weather fastness, heat stability, acid, alkali and solvent resistance. It is recommended for high-end coatings and high-end plastics applications, especially exterior uses where excellent fastness properties are required. Moreover, this pigment is FDA-approved.

DCL 3017-A Phthalocyanine Green, PG.7 is a strong, medium-shade phthalocyanine green pigment that is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297). It exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, weather fastness, and heat stability. DCL 7354 DPP Red, PR.254 is a yellow-shaded DPP that offers excellent opacity, high color saturation, weather resistance, heat stability, acid, alkali, and solvent resistance. It is recommended for high-end coatings and high-end plastics applications, and is FDA compliant for indirect food contact plastic applications.

DCL 1354 DPP Red, PR.254 (2030 type) is a very opaque, bright medium shade red pigment, coloristically yellower and cleaner than the 1254 grade. It exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, weather fastness, and heat stability. This makes it a reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of plastics, inks, rubber and coating applications.

DCL 1222 Quinacridone Magenta, PR.122 (Yellow shade), is a high-performance pigment that retains all the typical properties of quinacridone pigments, while offering a more yellowish and brighter masstone and a noticeably yellower, brighter, and stronger tint compared to the 1229 grade.

DCL 3136 Phthalocyanine Green, PG.36 is a strong, yellow-shaded, fully brominated phthalocyanine green pigment of excellent value, tinting strength, and color purity. 3136 has excellent overall properties. It is recommended to be used in a wide range of plastic, ink, and coating applications.

DCL 5051 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:1 is an alpha crystal form of a red-shaded phthalocyanine blue that is rendered solvent stable. 5051 is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297), and is recommended for applications such as general industrial paints, various coatings, printing inks, plastics, rubber, floor coverings, and textile printing.

DCL 1233 Carbazole Violet, PV.23 is a high-performance pigment with a bluish-violet color and high tint strength. It exhibits excellent fastness to light and weathering in most applications and is only slightly affected by reductions with titanium dioxide.

AFCONA 6225 is a dispersant and emulsifier for universal colorants, color acceptance additive. AFCONA 6225 is an updated version of AFCONA 6220. It offers better dispersing performance as well as better color acceptance in decorative paints. emulsify water into solvent-based coatings. DCL 1836 Azo Orange, PO.36 is an opaque grade of PO.36 that exhibits a reddish-shaded orange color with excellent light and weather fastness characteristics. 1836 provides high opacity and good flow properties in a variety of plastics, coatings, and inks.

Borchi® Gen 0851 is a Wetting and Dispersing Agent for Organic Pigments / Color Development / High Jetness in Carbon Black Pigments. Carbon black and organic pigments are difficult to disperse in water-based formulations. Borchi® Gen 0851 is a non-ionic wetting and dispersing agent, designed to efficiently achieve maximum color generation and high jetness in aqueous compositions. The dispersing agent is high molecular weight and VOC-free. Borchi® Gen 0451 dispersant works well in solvent-based coatings. Borchi® Gen 0851 is a high molecular weight non-ionic and VOC-free dispersant for organic pigments and carbon black in water-based coatings.

Hydrocer 257 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax dispersion.

SPP-40 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent.

DISPARLON® AQ-7120 is designed as general purpose wetting & leveling agent based on acrylic-silicone polymers and easily dispersed into waterborne systems with excellent recoatability.

FluoroSLIP® 533 is a blend of hydrophilic synthetic wax and PTFE where the synthetic wax shows a uniform melting range peaking at 97°C.

HydroCER 7410 is a 45% aqueous dispersion of medium molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

Hydrocer 7112 is a stable, aqueous synthetic wax dispersion. Keep the lid tight on the container to avoid separation. If this product has separated, simple mixing with paddle or propeller mixer is all that will be required. The Hydrocer products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

DISPARLON® AQ-7533N is a general purpose defoaming/anti-popping agent based on a blend of vinyl copolymer, surfactant and hydrocarbons for waterborne systems, designed to disperse uniformly in the paint.

CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

SST®-2 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 8 µm. SST®-2 products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST® products are used for their ability to produce slip, nonstick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

Hydrocer 357 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous spherical synthetic wax dispersion. The Hydrocer products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.
