FoamStar® SI 2217 is a highly active defoamer designed for water-based systems and pigment concentrates, preserving gloss development. Tinuvin® 5248 is a liquid light stabilizer blend incorporating a triazine-based UV absorber and a basic hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) for coatings, adhesives, and sealants. Formulated to address the high performance and durability needs of exterior solvent-based automotive, industrial, architectural, and decorative coatings, including energy-curable systems (UV, electron beam). Key features and benefits include high thermal stability and photo permanence, containing a basic multipurpose HALS, a UV absorber insensitive to metal ions and amines, preventing the formation of colored complexes, and a synergistic combination providing superior coating protection against gloss reduction, cracking, blistering, delamination, or color change, ensuring comprehensive substrate protection.

FoamStar® ST 2454 is a defoamer highly recommended for systems based on PU-emulsions, amine-neutralized resins, and aqueous 2-pack PU coatings. It is especially efficient in PU emulsions, hybrid systems, and PE solutions, typically without causing a reduction of gloss or transparency. It can be used in clear and top coats.

AFCONA 4595 is a wetting and dispersing additive for water-based coatings and pigment concentrates. It improves storage stability and prevents negative flocculation effects, such as flooding and floating. It is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant designed for deflocculation of pigments in water-based decorative and industrial paints.

AFCONA 3670 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3670 is an improved version of AFCONA 3777 on managing surface control of coatings. It has lower surface tension than AFCONA 3777. The combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance is highly recommended.

AFCONA 2024 is a strong defoamer with leveling performance for all solvent-based coatings. It is a unique defoamer. It has very strong defoaming and anti-foam performances with additional good leveling. This is in contrary with most of the other defoamers, which influence the leveling performance negatively.

AFCONA 3585 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion. It is an organically modified polysiloxane for aqueous systems. AFCONA 3585 offers very strong surface tension reduction and good compatibility performance.

AFCONA 3233 is a slip and leveling additive for solvent- and water-based systems. It is recommended as a slip and leveling agent for all solvent-based coatings to prevent Bénard Cells, provide leveling, and prevent craters. AFCONA 3233 can be used as leveling and anti-crater agent in both water- and solvent- based applications. However, this product may stabilize foam in water-based coatings.

AFCONA 3034 is an additive designed to reduce surface tension, improve substrate wetting, and provide anti-crater performance and leveling, including vertical leveling. Its fluorocarbon modification gives it a very low surface tension, further enhancing its performance in anti-crater properties, substrate wetting, and leveling.

AFCONA 3030 is a slip and leveling additive for both solvent and water-based systems. It is a polyether-modified polysiloxane and is recommended as a slip and leveling agent to prevent Bénard Cells and provide leveling and prevent craters. It can be used in both water- and solvent-based applications, though it may stabilize foam in water-based coatings.

Minex® 14 belongs to the Minex® range of functional fillers and extenders, which are proven performance enhancers in a broad range of paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and inks. With its use, excellent brightness, tint retention, and weatherability can be achieved in exterior paints. In interior paint formulations, it improves color, sheen uniformity, chemical and stain resistance, and durability. This product is easily dispersed in all conventional vehicle systems. Its low oil absorption permits high loadings in adhesives, sealants, and aqueous- and alkyd-based paints.

AFCONA 3239 is an additive designed as a slip and leveling agent that also offers defoaming. It is a very suitable leveling agent for epoxies, and will not stabilize foam, but instead act as an effective defoamer in such systems.

AFCONA 2038 is a highly compatible defoamer that does not cause in-can haziness. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based wood finishes. This defoamer has excellent compatibility properties, making it especially suitable for use in clear coatings and high gloss coatings. Additionally, it is suitable for use in applications where dry film transparency is essential, such as when applying thick clear coatings by conventional spraying.

AFCONA 2040 is a moderate defoamer with minimal side effects that prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It offers a combination of good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by spray and brush, and is particularly suitable for systems ranging from low polarity to high polarity. AFCONA 2035 is recommended for brush and conventional spray applications.

AFCONA 2035 is a moderate defoamer that minimizes side effects, prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application, and offers good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by brush and conventional spray methods, and is suitable for systems ranging from low to high polarity.

AFCONA 3758 is a leveling and flow control agent for solvent-based coatings with anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3758 is a special modified polyacrylic polymer. It reduces drastically surface tension of organic coating systems. This, together with good compatibility in most solvent-based systems and with minimal foam stabilizing effect, makes it very effective as an anti-crater and flow control agent for all solvent-based coatings.

AFCONA 4011 is a polymeric dispersant mainly for inorganic pigments and some organic pigments. It is an improved version of AFCONA 4010, offering a better balance between price and performance. Principally developed for stabilizing inorganic pigments such as TiO2, iron oxides and matting agents, AFCONA 4011 is compatible with almost all resin used in coatings and can be used in most solvent-based coating systems.

AFCONA 2502 is a defoamer for water-based applications that undergo high shear forces during preparation, including pigment pastes and other high-solid systems. AFCONA 2502 is a defoamer for water-based applications. It is suitable for applications like coatings and inks as well as for pigment concentrate preparations.

AFCONA 2524 is an effective water-based defoamer for PU and acrylic-based emulsions. It is a silicone-based defoamer suitable for all types of water-based systems, including those with PVC concentrations of up to 25%. It is also suitable for emulsions based on a combination of acrylic and polyurethane.

AFCONA 2720 is an anti-foam and de-aeration additive for use in unsaturated polyesters, coil and can coatings, epoxies and PVC-compounds. It supports the quick deaeration of thermosetting resin systems, allowing for the production of foam-free and blister-free self-leveling compounds and laminates. Additionally, AFCONA 2720 is suitable for use in can and coil coatings, where it is less likely to cause side effects such as inconsistent craters in the line.

AFCONA 3031 is a polyether modified polysiloxane slip and leveling additive used primarily in metal and UV coatings. It provides a very good slip performance, which is characterized by an "oily" or "wet look" appearance that can visually enhance film thickness. AFCONA 3031 is used in metal coatings, such as industrial heat-cured systems, car refinish polyurethane clear topcoats, and other vehicle paint.

AFCONA 4560 is a polymeric dispersant that provides excellent stability for inorganic and organic pigments in water-based systems. It is a high molecular weight, pH-independent polymeric dispersant that is specifically designed to deflocculate pigments in decorative and industrial paints. It is a modified polyacrylate polymer that offers steric hindrance and electron repulsion for superior performance.

AFCONA 4201 is a polyurethane dispersant that has been developed using an innovative concept, which is based on a newly developed intermediate monomer and anchoring groups. It has a high molecular weight and is capable of deflocculating all types of pigments. It is a modified polyurethane polymer.

AFCONA 2045 is a silicone-based defoamer used to prevent the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application of solvent-based coatings, including polyurethane clear coats. It is effective even in difficult situations such as airless spray, brush, and roller application, and has strong defoaming properties with a very good transparent appearance.

AFCONA 3580 is a silicone-based leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion. AFCONA 3580 is an organically modified polysiloxane with very short chain repeatable units of siloxane. These small molecules allow it to move very quickly to an area of defects. This offers very good anti-crater properties without causing intercoat adhesion problems.

AFCONA 4063 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for the deflocculation of all types of pigments. AFCONA 4063 is an effective polymeric dispersant used to stabilize inorganic and organic pigments, as well as carbon blacks. Steric hindrance gives it very good stability performance with all type of pigments, especially in organic red, yellow and violet pigments.

AFCONA 5585 is an effective dispersing agent for the preparation of solvent- and water-based pigment concentrates in industrial and architectural coatings. This is a high molecular weight dispersing agent which stabilizes pigments through steric hindrance, making it suitable for all types of pigments.

AFCONA 2503 is a waterbased defoamer and anti-foam agent with leveling properties that is especially useful in high shear applications such as pigment concentrates.
