ERS-Ecothane Basecoat is a coating system made up of high solids, moisture-catalyzed, single component, polyurethane components. The system consists of ERS-Ecothane Basecoat (an aromatic polyurethane) and ERS-Ecothane Topcoat, a UV-resistant, 100% aliphatic polyurethane. This combination provides an excellent balance of tensile strength, elongation and hardness, resulting in long term flexibility and impact resistance. High abrasion resistance results in protection from maintenance traffic and severe weather conditions. Non-migrating fire retardant chemicals are permanently locked into the coating, ensuring long-term fire retardance. The ERS-Ecothane System is a permanently flexible “breathing” membrane, allowing moisture vapor from within the substrate or building interior to escape though the coating, while remaining impervious to mass water penetration from the exterior. The ERS-Ecothane products are single-component elastomers, which are catalyzed through exposure to moisture in the air. They are designed for application through standard airless spray equipment, as well as by brush or roller.

APP All Remove B.V. HD A Easy-To-Clean is water based acryl co-polymer for the protection of all porous mineral surfaces. These treatments magically convert porous substrate from absorbent (hydrophilic) to liquid repellent (hydrophobic) surfaces while completely preserving the natural look and feel of these surfaces. E-Bond 100 Penetrating Sealer is a very low viscosity, two component epoxy specially formulated to penetrate and seal concrete, masonry, rusted steel and most chalky coatings. It is available in amber clear and non-opaque off-white. When used as recommended, it is 100% solids, zero VOC, and will not shrink or entrap solvent upon curing.

Aquaban 100F is a two component flexible cementitious coating and reactive waterproofing for concrete or masonry surfaces, interior or exterior, above or below grade. AQUABAN 100F penetrates surface pores and interacts with free lime to create an integral mechanical and chemical bond and a dense waterproof coating. Once applied, its unique chemical action forms insoluble complex polysilicates from the soluble salts found in cementitious materials. As this integral bonding takes place within the pores of the substrate, a waterproof shield is formed which seals the inner structure of the treated surface. The dense flexible plaster like coating remaining on the surface of the substrate acts as an additional water barrier. AQUABAN 100F prevents intrusion of water, yet allows entrapped moisture to be released.

Ultra-Shield Dampproofing is a water based foundation coating suitable for brush, spray or roller application over masonry and concrete surfaces.

CH Polymers CHP 557 is an Acrylic Polymer containing 60% solid which has high flexibility and is MIT Free.

Pilgrim Permocoat B2 Primer is a new technology waterborne epoxy primer for use over properly prepared masonary surfaces. B2 Primer is designed as a primer over dry and damp concrete surfaces prior to the application of epoxy and urethane topcoats. Can also be used alone as a protective concrete sealer. It is no longer necessary to endure the odor, toxicity exposure and fire hazards of typical solvent-borne 2 pack epoxy finishes to obtain the unique performance characteristics of such finishes. Through the use of B-2 Primer, the combination of high performance and low hazard application can now be achieved.

Permalac NT Christmas Gold Matte is an air-dry, transparent, gold-colored acrylic lacquer for interior and exterior use.

Kamicryl 76 is an aqueous polymer emulsion specially designed for cementitious compositions. Cement mortars modified with Kamicryl-76 are hard, tough and durable. Compared with unmodified mortars, Kamicryl-76 modified mortars have superior flexural, compressive, adhesive and impact strength, as well as excellent abrasion resistance. They are especially useful where thin sections are desirable and where excessive vibration and heavy traffic are encountered.

ULTRAMER NS 485 is used as versatile antifoam, particularly suitable for the production of masonry paints & coatings (for indoor and outdoor), water based inks, latex adhesive systems, detergent & cleaning materials and etc. Due to its highly effective antifoam properties, ULTRAMER NS 485 should be added to the system anytime during the process. It should be easily dispersed in water and not cause any decomposition or flocculation on the surface. Besides that, ULTRAMER NS 485 can be applied as antifoam/defoaming agent during the textile and leather production processes where silicone based antifoams are not suitable to use. Since it is self-dispersible, it can be safely used as a defoamer in jet applications where there is a risk of having stain. These self-dispersing and effective antifoam/defoaming features also make ULTRAMER NS 485 suitable for waste water treatment processes.

QC SURPRO WB Matte is the most durable, chemical-resistant barrier coating of the QC sealers, without the odor typically found in solvent-borne sealers. Abocoat 8501-1™ is a Coating with Exceptionally High Resistance To Acids, Alkalis, Solvents, Acetone, Alcohol, & Gasohol. High Solids 2-Component, Fast-Setting Epoxy System.

AQUASEAL™ HI RISE X3 is a unique elastomer that expands approximately 300% of its original volume duringthe spray application. In place yield is ±50 mils per gallon per 100 sq. ft. when sprayed through a SPI LOCK N LOADTMgun. As X3 rises, it bridges substrate imperfections to virtually eliminate blowholes and pinholes when applied toporous surfaces such as vertical poured concrete and concrete masonry units (cmu). X3 is formulated with the “ULTRABONDTM” molecule therefore is self-priming in most instances.

This product has been approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

CoatMasters® 2007 NSC-AG is a Siloxane/Silane low VOC formulation, designed for use as a Non-Sacrificial Coating for AntiGraffiti, with an impregnating or penetrating type characteristic. It also functions as a water repellant for treating masonry surfaces. This water-based system, made up of advanced oligomeric silicone-based emulsion mixtures, is suitable for use on various grades of alkaline mineral substrates. This is ideal for treating porous and non-porous building materials of various type surfaces, newly constructed, rehabilitated, or restored type conditions. The product can be applied on precast concrete, clay roof tiles, exterior plaster, calcium silicate brick, light concrete, natural stone, clay brick, and terracotta. CM 2007 NSC-AG is breathable and provides water vapor permeability with resistance to staining and/or color deterioration. Additional benefits include excellent water repellency, minimized spalling, and a low odor for ease of application by brush, roll, flow, and/or spray. Before completely using and applying the product, we recommend checking and evaluating the final color and appearance from a sample substrate for approval. A change in color and sheen may slightly occur, due to the actual porosity of the surface. CM 2007 NSC-AG can be power washed for graffiti removal, please see additional instructions for recommended graffiti removal using power washing equipment. Recommended pressure will depend on the nature of the surface (porous and non-porous) and degree of graffiti to be removed. The results may vary during the cleaning process. If formulated properly, the products made with NEVOSIL® R 540 are characterized by superior qualities such as high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low soiling tendency, a mineral like appearance and longer life.

Davlin Coatings Butylseal 572 Primer is a waterborne butyl type emulsion sealer developed in 1983 to provide a firm foundation on masonry or wood surfaces on which to apply a finish coat. It possesses excellent sealing and drying properties over chalky or porous surfaces while maintaining flexibility and a suitable after tack to provide better adhesion for a top coat.
