Micron Silica 100S is a uniquely designed product with uniform size and engineered particle size distribution to achieve excellent flowability with better durability in floor coating to self leveling application. It helps in uniform spreading of for floor coating material with less resin consumption due to elimination of dust particles from the product.

Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These sub-micron sized spheres can be used to improve physical and mechanical properties including reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, impact resistance, and enhanced surface qualities such as hardness, mar and scratch resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. When vermiculite is subjected to thermal shock, vermiculite has the unusual property of being expanded or expanded, due to the generation of steam from inter-lamellar spaces. They are homogeneous special mixtures for the production of reaction resin bonded filling compounds. Thanks to the optimized combination of grain fractions based on different raw materials and additives they offer excellent processing properties. Simultaneously the binder quantity is reduced. The maximum filling degree and the curing time depend on the used resin system. Depending on the layer thickness of the product, whether smooth pigmented or sprinkled with colored silica, the resin-filler-ratio can be adjusted at 1:2 to approx. 1:3.
