HALOX® 520 is a liquid organic corrosion inhibitor primarily designed for use in water-borne coating systems. It contains dual functionality as a corrosion inhibitor and an adhesion promoter. HALOX® 520 may be used in waterborne formulations such as 2 pack epoxy systems, 1 and 2 pack polyurethanes, acrylics (especially epoxy/amine-functionalized), and hybrid systems. It may also be used as a metal pretreatment additive.

ASCONIUM® 142DA can replace mineral anti-corrosion pigments or improve their performance in waterborne or solventborne metal coatings. It is a hydrophobic agent that improves the water resistance of dry films.
