The product is a dry free flowing solid which physically breaks down upon compounding (Banbury, Henschel, etc. ) to release the active carboxy/ hydroxyl functional adhesion promoter.

Andisil® 142 Silane is an aqueous solution of an aminoalkyl siloxane. This alcohol-free siloxane significantly improves the adhesion and coupling between organic resins and inorganic surfaces. Andisil® 142 Silane silane is most often used in aqueous systems where the alcohol from hydrolysis causes instability of the formulation or where a high flash point additive is required. EBECRYL® 895 is a multifunctional monomer that undergoes polymerization when exposed to sources of free radicals. It primarily consists of the pentaacrylate and hexaacrylate esters of dipentaerythritol. This monomer is especially valuable in UV (ultraviolet) and EB (electron beam) curable inks and coatings where enhanced cure response, hardness, and scratch and abrasion resistance are desired. End uses for EBECRYL® 895 include radiation curable coating applications such as wood coatings and finishes, furniture coatings, and industrial coatings. Common application methods for this monomer include Gravure coating and roller application.

USI Chemical Silane USi-1301 functions as a surface modifier in fillers and pigments, where it improves the dispersibility of the filler and the mechanical properties - such as flexural strength, tensile strength and modulus of the composites. Tetra 2-Ethyl Hexyl Titanate, PUREti TEHT is a titanium tetrakis (2-ethylhexanolate) complex. PUREti TEHT is also less moisture sensitive when compared to tetra iso propyl titanates.

KURARAY POVAL™ 44-88 S2 by Kuraray is a fine powder polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. It is used as an adhesive promoter. It is suitable for modification of emulsion and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 44-88 S2 can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. It is used in postage stamps and labels. Its shelf life is 12 months. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC regulation.

PHOTOMER® 4173 is a proprietary UV/EB curable acrylate oligomer of low functionality and low viscosity. Designed primarily for use in etch-resist inks for printed circuit board manufacture, it can be readily formulated into a UV curable screen ink which exhibits good scratch resistance and improved stripping characteristics.

KURARAY POVAL™ L-508W by Kuraray is a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) specialty grade manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. Exhibits high molecular weight, good cohesion, good adhesion to fibers-, fillers- and pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ L-508W is recommended for adhesive and suspending agent for PVC suspension polymerization.
