Corodur® PR 02 is underlay one-component polyurethane paint with iron mica content designed to create an intermediate layer between the basic anti-corrosion paint (eg Corodur) and the top enamel. The primer must be dry and clean before applying the substrate. The formed paint film creates an effective barrier against the penetration of aggressive components of the atmosphere. Cures with air humidity. The paint is combined with top coats (enamels) and anti-corrosion primers. In the coating system, a suitable composition is designed especially for heavy corrosion exposure.

RARPOLYOL AP-1608 XL is a excellent fast drying acrylic polyol resin with very good weathering resistance and excellent mechanical & adhesion properties.

The Fine Zinc Powder 4P/32 grade is highly recommended for Paints and Plating.

RiteThane RT103 RAL 1033 Yellow DTMU is a high build acrylic urethane for industrial exterior direct to metal applications requiring excellent weathering, corrosion and chemical resistance. Sufficient film build can be achieved with a single coat application. Typical uses include; railcar exteriors, watertowers, storage tanks, and structural steel.

Anchor Paint Manufacturing Anco Rust Inhibitive Primers 1730 is a penetrating oil/alkyd rust inhibitive primer.

Royal RC-12 is the next generation in a high performance waterbased sucker rod coating. Formulated using Royal’s proprietary polymer technology coating integrity can withstand the coldest of winters and the hottest of summers. In addition to its outstanding protection properties, it significantly reduces the hazards of working with volatile compounds found in other VOC coatings. RC-12 cannot ignite and because it does not create any toxic vapors, the odor, headaches, and nausea often associated with other coatings are completely eliminated. Royal RC-12 provides greater corrosion resistance for rods and greater health protection for workers.

Rayston Silver 1k is a top coat and primer coating, single pack moisture curing polyurethane coating filled with aluminum pigment. It provides excellent resistance to atmospheric influence and abrasion, to UV and color stability and improves anticorrosion and barrier properties. It can be applied as single layer coating.

RiteThane RT109 Spectrum Gray DTMU is a high build acrylic urethane for industrial exterior direct to metal applications requiring excellent weathering, corrosion and chemical resistance. A 100% solids, two component Cycloaliphatic Epoxy Coating. PC-591 provides very low permeability along with excellent impact and abrasion resistance. Formulated with a unique moisture insensitive polymer, PC-591 may be applied on wet surfaces, or underwater without effect on cure. A special resin modification produces a low modulus, flexible film, making PC-591 ideal for painting over existing sound paint without “lifting”. Recommended for steel and concrete surfaces. PC-591 is a lower viscosity version of PC-590. PC-591 wet surface epoxy can be rolled without any solvent.

EpoxyGrip® 2000 is used as an intermediate or topcoat over zinc rich primers for highly corrosive environments. Where exterior color fastness is required EpoxyGrip 2000 may be top-coated with polyurethane finishes. Used on structural steel, steel tanks, offshore platforms, barges, refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, railcars, pulp & paper mills, masonry surfaces and other areas as recommended. EpoxyGrip 2000 may be used as a surface tolerant single coat system in mild duty applications.

CERTESS® NITRO SD is a boron doped titanium nitride coating to increase hardness and maximum operating temperature with optimized density to limit columnar growth.

Polyglass Coatings EP Sandable Low VOC Primer is a medium solids, medium build, two-component, epoxy primer providing excellent adhesion, hardness and corrosion resistance.

INHIBISPHERES® A is submicron ceramic particles that can provide specific functionalities to classic coating formulations. INHIBISPHERES® A is porous silica particles containing encapsulated corrosion inhibitors. INHIBISPHERES® A is metal-free. INHIBISPHERES® A is added at different levels extend the duration of corrosion protection in the coating.

Waynflash™ 115 is a liquid flash rust inhibitor that is based on WPC’s nitrite free chemistry. It is a highly effective inhibitor against flash rusting on ferrous substrates (such as galvanized steel) during the aqueous paint phase. Typical use levels range from 0.25 – 1.0% based upon total formula weight. It can be used in any water based primer or DTM system. Waynflash™ 115 exhibits good paint stability and can be incorporated at any stage of paint manufacturing. It is both HAPS and APEO free.

UTHANE® 55R-J031 Fire Engine Red Gloss High Solids 2K is a two component VOC compliant polyurethane with excellent hardness, and mar resistance The coating can be cured by air dry or forced dried.

EpoxyGrip® 2300 is used as a universal primer over marginally prepared steel substrates and as a bonding (tie) coat over old existing, aged coatings. The outstanding wetting characteristics of EpoxyGrip 2300 allows the coating to penetrate tightly adherent rust and voids in existing coatings to yield a sound base for a wide variety of fresh topcoats. Being solvent free, edges of existing coatings are not lifted thus reducing undercutting and peeling of the existing coating. Excellent for use as a tie coat over existing coatings, as well as over rusted and pitted steel surfaces. Excellent for use on structural steel, steel tanks, barges, water tanks, refineries petrochemical plants, power plants, railcars, pulp & paper mills and others as recommended. Acceptable as a primer for drywall substrates.

CHEM-WET 2 is a two component, 100% solids, high modulus, medium viscosity, moisture insensitive epoxy system. This product meets ASTM C-881.

Zinchem Zinc Dust - Micron 4 Type I uses a uniquely designed Zinc Dust plant (world-wide patents pending) to produce a range of zinc dust with the highest purity and a finely, uniformly controlled particle size. The range complies with the ASTM D520 standard.The zinc dust is suitable for both organic and inorganic primers. Has exceptional chemical and solvent resistance for an air cured system. Designed for use in splash and spillage of 98% Sulfuric Acid and 37% HCL. This product is used as a Finish Coat on steel, concrete and polymer materials.

Glyptal® 7920 PEARL GRAY PRIMER has been designed as a fast air-drying primer for use on metal. This primer has excellent oil and humidity resistance and is recommended as a primer coat under enamels and lacquers.

ProHere® E 00017 is developed for anti-corrosion primers and pre-treatment sealers for metallic substrates providing excellent adhesion to various metallic substrates like steel, electroplated steel and aluminum. In addition, it provides excellent water resistance and chemical resistance to acids and many solvents.
