Esacure TZM is a liquid mixture of Benzophenone (50%) and 4-Methylbenzophenone (50%). It is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

Cinilex® Yellow SY2T is suitable for both solvent-borne and water-borne ink systems, are an ideal choice for lamination, UV systems and inkjet inks where excellent lightfastness, weathering fastness and food contact are required. Our Cinilex portfolio of high performance organic pigments consists of a range of high quality and highly durable products for use in a wide range of coating and paint applications. This focused range are characterized by high chroma, high color strength and high opacity in conjunction with outstanding weather fastness and light fastness. PHOTOMER® 4017 (HDDA) is a low viscosity diluent for UV and EB radiation curable lacquers and pigmented coatings, used in paper and board coatings, wood finishes vinyl flooring and flexible vinyl.

Esacure KIP 100F is a liquid mixture of Esacure KIP 150 (70% ) and Omnirad 1173 (30%) and is particularly recommended for high reactivity, low odor and color stability.

Photomer® 4184 is a monofunctional urethane acrylate which can be used as a reactive diluent for radiation curable coatings, inks and adhesives. It is non-yellowing with a low odor and offers improved flexibility and adhesion to plastics. It exhibit of low shrinkage and high elongation and stress at break with a Tg of - 3°C.

Lumicure® 15-1516 is UVEB curable designed for high end applications with good hardness, flexibility and chemical resistance.

Solvent-free colorants designed for use in powder coatings and UV and EB cured applications. They are based on a proprietary dispersing vehicle which provides exceptional compatibility, light fastness and heat resistance. Available in a wide range of colors for most tinting and masstone applications, our unique manufacturing process insures that the pigments have been dispersed to an exceptionally fine particle size for optimum color strength and transparency. Ultrafine™ 1W A is a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder used to improve surface properties of printing inks and coatings. Ultrafine 1W A is designed for lubricity, abrasion and heat resistance and may be used in combination with other waxes for the most effective balance of cost and performance. Recommended usage level is 1 to 4%.

Omnirad TPO-L is a highly efficient, liquid, Type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates and unsaturated polyesters containing styrene, after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.

DCL Corporation 5352 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:2 is an alpha, red shade phthalocyanine blue treated to provide crystal stability and flocculation resistance. 5352 is FDA Approved (Section 178.3297).

MPD Industries UVP 0815 99 is difunctional low viscosity acrylated polyester oligomer. It has good pigment wetting properties. It exhibits excellent water balance and good color for development in offset printing application. It is recommended for plastic substrates especially PVC polystyrene and polyolefins.

PanTINT 12 Colorants are based on a unique modified thermoplastic acrylic resin with exceptionally broad compatibility. Pigments used in the PanTINT 12 Series have been selected to meet the durability and transparency requirements of most high performance applications.

Omnipol BP is a difunctional benzophenone photoinitiator specifically designed for use in inks and coatings requiring low migration and low volatility. It is particularly suited to use in combination with amine synergists and non-pigmented coatings as an alternative to benzophenone.

MPD Industries UVP 0225 99 is a aliphatic urethane diacrylate oligomer. Films of UVP 0225 cured by ultraviolet light exhibit good flexibility light color and good adhesion to various substrates. It has excellent resistence to polar solvent and has good chemical resistence.

ADD-4047 is a high molecular weight wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based coatings and solvent-based printing inks. It prevents reflocculation of pigments through steric hindrance and therefore stabilizes the color strength and hue of pigments in paints and pigment concentrates. ADD-4047 is preferably used in automotive coatings and high performance solvent-based coatings. It can be used in all kinds of solvent-based coatings as well as pigment concentrates.

Hangzhou Chrome Pigment Lithol Rubine BK is a Bluish Red pigment.

Special modified Polysiloxane for slip, defoaming and improvement of surface characteristics

Esacure 1187 is a modified sulphonium salt hexafluorophosphate diluted in 25% propylene carbonate, which does not release any benzene upon cure.

x-bond® M 9028 is a methacrylate modified silicon dioxide and zirconia based high solid binder. Exhibits hardness, high abrasion, scratch stability with high chemical resistance (solvents, acids and bases). The coatings can be cross-linked by UV or electron beam curing. Thermal curing is also possible. It is a transparent or translucent inorganic-organic high solid binder. Suitable to formulate spraying, dipping and brushing paints and coatings for coil applications. Recommended for use in varnishes also.

Photomer® 4061 (TPGDA) is a difunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low odor and moderate skin irritancy. A reactive monomer with good cure response, it forms films that are flexible, hard and glossy. Photomer® 4061 exhibits good solvency and viscosity reducing characteristics with typical radiation curable oligomers and prepolymers.

Dynoadd® F-810 is Flow and leveling additive for solvent borne coatings for promoting adhesion of UV curing inks and top-coats, Strongly improves adhesion to UV curing inks, Excellent flow and leveling, Eliminates craters and pinholes, Silicone free.

Pergopak® M4 is used as a matting and effects agent for the coatings industry imparting high matting efficiency, low impact on rheology, improved scratch and abrasion resistance, improvement of adhesion and elasticity, excellent weather resistance and gloss retention.

Ningbo Precise Color Fast Yellow H2G is a greenish yellow powder, which has easy-dispersion ability, excellent heat resistance, good light fastness and high color strength. Used as standard middle yellow color. Its equivalence is fast yellow HG, Novoperm yellow P-HG, which are allowed to be used in PP, PE, ABS, PVC, plastics, printing and coating, BCF yarn and PP fiber. Esacure ONE is a difunctional alpha-hydroxy ketone photoinitiator. It is a highly reactive difunctional photoinitiator particularly suitable for clear systems. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low VOC, low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).
