Omnipol TX is a difunctional thioxanthone photoinitiator specifically designed for use in inks requiring low migration and low volatility. It is particularly suited to use in offset printing inks as an alternative to Omnirad ITX (Isopropyl thioxanthone) in combination with other photoinitiators and amine synergists.

Yellow 1804 is a Colorant for Plastic, Paint, Ink and Stationery.

Fast Scarlet 259 is Pigment for Coatings, Plastics and Inks.

Supreme Chemical Industries (Supreme Group) Suprplus Violet 802301 is a high performance dioxazine pigment. Exhibits excellent light fastness in full tone, good tint tone light fastness and excellent overspray fastness. Offers excellent resistance to ethanol, water, xylene and mineral turpentine. Provides excellent methyl ethyl ketone-, ethyl acetate-, acid- and alkali resistance. Recommended for industrial powder & coil coatings, silk screen inks, metal deco inks, heatset, coldset and sheetfed paste inks. Suprplus Violet 802301 complies with REACH regulation.

Orange 2591 is a Colorant for Plastic and Paint.

Photomer® 4039 is a monofunctional aromatic acrylate of low viscosity, low odor, moderate cure speed and classified as a mild skin irritant. Due to modification of its aromatic backbone, it has been found useful as a flexibilizer and is suggested for UV curable litho, screen and flexographic inks, clear litho coatings, and lacquers.

Quindo Red 1171 (Lily Group) is Pigment for Inks and Coatings.

Omnipol 910 is a polymeric Type I photoinitiator, based on piperazino based compounds of the aminoalkylphenone photoinitiator class. The low level of photolysis product migration and low odor, make the product suitable for use in demanding applications such as food packaging inks. The strong UV Chromophore in the UV-B region makes the Omnipol 910 particularly useful in pigmented printing inks.

Omnirad BP Flakes is a highly effective Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.

PHOTOMER® 4149 TF is an aliphatic trifunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low skin irritancy and excellent crosslinking reactivity. In comparison to other trifunctional acrylates, it is an unusually effective reactive diluent with excellent solvency and viscosity reducing characteristics in radiation curable formulations based on epoxy, polyurethane, and polyester oligomers.

Omnirad 127 D is a highly efficient Type I Photoinitiator that may be used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated pre-polymers like acrylates – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers. Omnirad 127 D is especially suitable for all types of pigmented UV inks (offset, screen, flexo and inkjet) and clear coatings, particularly in thin coatings (such as overprint varnishes) but also in a variety of coating applications.

Epoxy Acrylate Oligomers

AMI Chemical Corporation COAG-40 is an additive that controls sag and pigment settling in PVC plastisol coatings and sealants with a Thixotropic effect by creating a more shear-thinning rheological behavior. This means that the flow and ease of application are not affected. COAG-40 can simply be stirred into the formulation. The gel structure is not broken down by heat, giving sag control at all temperatures, even during the gelation process. Stable viscosity is reached in minutes, not hours or days as can be the case with other products such as precipitated and fumed silicas.

Omnirad EDB is a highly efficient tertiary amine synergist which, when used in conjunction with Type II photoinitiators generates free radicals that initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi functional monomers as reactive diluents.

Omnipol 9210 is a photo-initiator with high reactivity, good compatibility, low odor and migration, and with low fragments releasing after curing. It is especially designed for use in inks and coatings requiring low migration and low volatiles.

Esacure KTO 46 is a stable liquid mixture of Trimethylbenzoyldiphenylphosphineoxide and - hydroxy ketones and Benzophenone derivatives.It is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of UV curable pigmented systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required.

Epoxy Acrylate Oligomers

Photomer® 4035 is a monofunctional aromatic acrylate of low viscosity, moderate odor and good cure speed. Due to the Monofunctional character of its backbone, it has been found useful as a flexibilizer and as an adhesion promoter. Photomer® 4035 is recommended for use in UV/EB curable screen, flexographic inks, clear coatings and lacquers.

PHOTOMER® 6010 is a proprietary, non-yellowing aliphatic urethane developed for radiation curable systems. This premium oligomer of low viscosity eliminates the need to melt the oligomer prior to use. An excellent film former, it exhibits excellent light stability and weatherability for outdoor applications and outstanding haze, scratch and abrasion resistance.

CERETAN® ME 0825 WD is a spherical, micronized, surface-modified Polyethylene wax and have uses in Paints and coatings and Printing Inks. SP 220 is a modified polyester resin diluted with 40% of tripropyleneglycol diacrylate (TPGDA). This resin is characterized by light color and high acid number. Films of SP 220 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) are soft and flexible, with good adhesion to paper, plastics and metals, making this product especially suited for use in laminating adhesives.

ADD-2021 is a silicone-free defoamer with leveling properties for various solvent-based resin systems. ADD-2021 functions well during the application of paints and lacquers, and also prevents the entrapment of air during processing steps such as stirring and pumping. ADD-2021 can be used in coatings and printing inks.
