Tinuvin® 292 HP is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer developed for color-sensitive coating applications. It demonstrates excellent compatibility with a wide variety of coating systems.

Tinuvin® 479-DW (N) is an aqueous triazine-based UV absorber dispersion designed for applications in coatings, overprint varnishes, adhesives, and sealants. Its function primarily lies in UV absorption. This dispersion appears as a slightly yellowish liquid. Its end uses encompass 2K (2-component) coatings, radiation-curable coatings, varnishes, and waterborne coatings. Notable features include thermal resistance, non-migrating properties, high performance, and excellent photopermanence.

Efka® FL 3741 functions as a silicone- and solvent-free flow and leveling agent with excellent air release properties for various reactive resin systems. It modifies the surface tension, eliminating or reducing peeling, and improves flow, dispersion, and floating behavior. Additionally, it prevents air entrapment and optimizes substrate wetting in reactive resin systems.

Efka® SI 2721 serves as a defoamer, demonstrating excellence in the production stage and during application without causing curtain rupture in curtain coatings. Specially developed for UV- or electron-beam-curable systems, its chemical nature involves a solution of defoaming substances. In its physical form, it is a clear, colorless liquid.

Hydropalat® WE 3220 is a silicone surfactant that improves substrate wetting in aqueous systems. It exhibits excellent wetting properties in aqueous industrial, wood, automotive, and exterior paints and coatings, with a strong reduction of surface tension and no increase in surface slip. It has a minor impact on inter-coat adhesion and recoatability, and it is solvent-free.

Tinuvin® 292is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) developed specifically for coatings. It comprises an almost pure mixture of two active ingredients, allowing it to remain in liquid form, unlike the tendency of pure diester to solidify, even at room temperature. The efficiency of Tinuvin 292 significantly prolongs the lifetime of coatings by reducing paint defects such as cracking and loss of gloss. Efka® SL 3210 is a slip and leveling agent, a very effective additive to increase substrate wetting, slip, surface smoothness, and gloss. It has good compatibility with a broad range of printing ink systems and is relatively insensitive to pin-holing, even at high dosage. The chemical nature is organically modified polysiloxane.

Efka® SL 3258 is a solvent-free, 100% active, polyether-modified polysiloxane serving as a non-reactive slip modifier, leveling agent, and substrate wetting agent for printing inks, paints, and coatings. Its chemical nature involves an organo-modified polysiloxane. It is suitable for UV, solvent-borne, and water-borne applications, achieving excellent surface tension reduction in UV systems, leading to an improved gloss level.

Tinuvin® 5248 is a liquid light stabilizer blend incorporating a triazine-based UV absorber and a basic hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) for coatings, adhesives, and sealants. Formulated to address the high performance and durability needs of exterior solvent-based automotive, industrial, architectural, and decorative coatings, including energy-curable systems (UV, electron beam). FoamStar® ST 2454 is a defoamer highly recommended for systems based on PU-emulsions, amine-neutralized resins, and aqueous 2-pack PU coatings. It is especially efficient in PU emulsions, hybrid systems, and PE solutions, typically without causing a reduction of gloss or transparency. It can be used in clear and top coats.

VISIOMER® BDGMA (butyl diglycol methacrylate) is a monofunctional and label-free methacrylate monomer that contains ether functionality. SYNTHOLUX 432 PAA is a radition-curing, amine-modified, low-viscosity polyether acrylate. It is recommended to use it as a sole, highly reactive binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, automotive OEM coatings, and other printing applications. 

SYNTHOLUX 1014 W is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion that is physically drying and UV-curable. It does not contain emulsifiers or co-solvents. It is recommended to use it as a coating for wooden substrates that show high elasticity and good chemical resistance. SYNTHOLUX 271 UA is a radiation-curing, aliphatic urethane acrylate dissolved in a reactive thinner. It is recommended to use it as a coating wood and paper. SYNTHOLUX BW 2096 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with very excellent mattability and good chemical resistance already after physically drying. It is suitable for waterborne wood application with very good grain enhancement and very good matting behavior. Surfaces are re-emulsifiable before UV curing. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other printing, and packaging applications.

SYNTHOLUX 197 PE is an aadiation-curing, low-viscosity polyester acrylate resin that is solvent-free. It is used in UV- and electron beam-curing primers and top coats for wood, paper, plastics, and printing inks. It has applications in construction adhesives, industrial adhesives and sealants, wood coatings, and finishes.

SYNTHOLUX 475 PE is a radiation-curing, fatty acid-modified polyester acrylate. It is used as a sole binder or combined with other radiation-curing binders for use in UV-curing printing inks. The resin is distinguished by its good pigment wetting. It has applications in furniture coatings, industrial coatings, wood flooring, and other printing and packaging applications.

AFCONA 3280 is a special modified polysiloxane that is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and ketones, but insoluble in water. It offers slip, defoaming, and improvement of surface characteristics without hurting intercoat adhesion. Additionally, it offers better hot water resistance than other polyether modified polysiloxanes.

AFCONA 4595 is a wetting and dispersing additive for water-based coatings and pigment concentrates. It improves storage stability and prevents negative flocculation effects, such as flooding and floating. It is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant designed for deflocculation of pigments in water-based decorative and industrial paints.

AFCONA 4017 is a polymeric dispersant mainly used for co-grinding. AFCONA 4017 is a polymeric dispersant mainly developed for co-grinding purposes for coil and can coating, heat cured polyester and acrylic, and epoxy, as well as polyurethane. This product does not depend on polarity and performs well in almost all resin systems, especially when co-grinding dark colors.

AFCONA 4071 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of all types of pigments. It is the result of an innovative concept of polyurethane dispersants. This technology is based on a newly-developed intermediate monomer and anchoring groups. AFCONA 4071 has excellent performance dispersing carbon black. It gives very good blue undertones with high jetness.

AFCONA 3670 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3670 is an improved version of AFCONA 3777 on managing surface control of coatings. It has lower surface tension than AFCONA 3777. The combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance is highly recommended.

AFCONA 2024 is a strong defoamer with leveling performance for all solvent-based coatings. It is a unique defoamer. It has very strong defoaming and anti-foam performances with additional good leveling. This is in contrary with most of the other defoamers, which influence the leveling performance negatively.

AFCONA 3777 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is the 1st generation of fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend a combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance.

AFCONA 3585 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion. It is an organically modified polysiloxane for aqueous systems. AFCONA 3585 offers very strong surface tension reduction and good compatibility performance.

Lo-Vel® 2018 belongs to PPG's synthetic precipitated silica product line, which reduces the gloss of coatings, varnishes, and other finishes. It offers high flatting efficiency, compatibility with various coating systems, and ease of redispersion. This product line delivers a balance of clarity and flatting for overprint varnish and topcoats. It can be used in solvent- or water-based coatings, high-solids, 100%-solids, and 2K systems, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of applications.

AFCONA 4570 is a highly effective polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments, as well as carbon blacks. It exhibits excellent stability due to its steric hindrance and electron repulsion characteristics, making it suitable for use with all types of pigments. It is a high molecular weight dispersant, promoting good color acceptance and resin-free pigment concentrate preparation. This modified polyacrylate polymer is an ideal solution for a wide range of applications.

AFCONA 4530 is a high molecular weight, ph-independent polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of pigments in water-based decorative as well as industrial paints. It is a polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments in water-based systems. Through effective steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion an excellent stability performance on all type of pigments is given.
