Deuteron® UV 1242 consists of solutions incorporating bis(dodecyl phenyl)-iodonium hexafluoroantimonate dissolved in reactive solvents. The solution utilizes C12/C14 glycidyl ether as a reactive thinner and contains antimony. Notably, it ensures minimal benzene emissions and maintains a low-odor characteristic. This solution presents itself as a brownish, viscous liquid suitable for various applications within the specified context.

Deuteron® UV 3100 is designed to facilitate the hardening process of binder systems that undergo cationic polymerization upon UV exposure. This solution is soluble in various binder systems, including common solvents and reactive diluents. It employs C12/C14 glycidilether as a reactive thinner and is characterized by minimal benzene emission and a low-odor profile, contributing to more environmentally conscious and user-friendly applications.

EBECRYL® 7100, crafted by CASE Ingredients, is a radiation-curable coating characterized by its bisphenol A-free composition and a low carbon footprint (PCF), ensuring it remains solvent-free and VOC-free. Tailored for the automotive and transportation paints and coatings, as well as the printing and packaging markets, this clear liquid finds its application in automotive OEM coatings, wood finishes, industrial coatings, and specialized printing inks like flexography and inkjet. Compatible with substrates such as paper, plastics, and wood, it can be applied using methods like curtain coating, dip coating, gravure coating, roller, and slot-die.

Omnirad 2959 is a highly efficient non-yellowing Type I photoinitiator for the UV curing of systems comprising of unsaturated monomers and prepolymers. It is especially suited where low odor is required and for use in water-borne systems based on acrylate or unsaturated polyester resins. The active hydroxy group can be reacted with suitable functionalized unsaturated resins

Omnirad BP Flakes is a highly effective Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.

Esacure KT 55 is a liquid mixture of Esacure TZT (50%) and Esacure KIP 150 (50%). IT is used in combination with a co initiator and is particularly suitable when high reactivity and low yellowing are required.

Omnirad 127 D is a highly efficient Type I Photoinitiator that may be used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated pre-polymers like acrylates – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers. Omnirad 127 D is especially suitable for all types of pigmented UV inks (offset, screen, flexo and inkjet) and clear coatings, particularly in thin coatings (such as overprint varnishes) but also in a variety of coating applications.

Omnirad MBF is a highly efficient, liquid, Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It forms free radicals through an intramolecular hydrogen abstraction process. The use of amines is not recommended as this may lead to efficiency decrease, stability upon storage issues or stronger odor. It can be used in combination with mono or multi functional monomers as reactive diluents

Omnirad 500 is a highly effective liquid photoinitiator, used for UV-polymerisation of suitable resins. The low viscosity allows lower of the viscosity of the total formulation. Well suited for water-based formulation.

PL-150 is oligo [ 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-[ 4-(1-methylvinyl) phenyl] propanone] and 2-Hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone. It is a very fast curing type-I photoinitiator soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers but insoluble in H2O.

Esacure TZT is particularly indicated for the photo polymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

Chivacure® 300 is an oligomeric photoinitiator featuring transparent, ultrathin, non-yellowing, and non-migration properties. Equipped with a special “multi-warhead” structure, Chivacure® 300 is highly resistant to oxygen inhibition and can retain sufficient free radicals to initiate the UV curing reaction. Therefore Chivacure® 300 is particularly suitable for applications requiring ultrathin transparent coatings that are less than 5 μm thick (e.g., food or cigarette packaging, adhesive tapes, scratch-resistant glass and metal coatings).

Cationic Photoinitiator

Omnirad EMK is a bimolecular photoinitiator, suitable for UV-polymerisation of mono- or multifunctional (meth)acrylates.

Esacure KIP 100F is a liquid mixture of Esacure KIP 150 (70% ) and Omnirad 1173 (30%) and is particularly recommended for high reactivity, low odor and color stability.

Omnirad 81 is a eutectic photoinitiator blend of benzophenone and 4-Methylbenzophenone. Omnirad 81 is liquid at room temperature and has excellent solubility characteristics. The high photochemical efficiency of omnirad 81 makes it an ideal photo-catalyst for UV initiated formulations

Omnirad 907 is a highly efficient photoinitiator which is used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated prepolymers, e.g., acrylates, in combination with mono- or multifunctional vinyl monomers.

Omnirad BDK is a highly efficient, type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.

Omnirad 819 is a versatile photoinitiator for radical polymerization of unsaturated resins upon UV light exposure. It is especially suitable for white pigmented Formulations, the curing of glass-fiber-reinforced polyester/styrene systems and for clear coats for outdoor use in combinations with light stabilizers. Thick section curing is also possible with this photoinitiator.

Omnirad 819DW is a versatile photoinitiator for radical polymerization of unsaturated resins upon light exposure. It is especially suited for the curing of pigmented water-based dispersions (so-called polyurethane dispersions, PUDs, or acrylic dispersions), the daylight-curing of PUD-based clear coats and for use in combination with light stabilizers. Other possible uses include thick-section curing, emulsion-type and 100 % UV systems.

Esacure KIP 75 LT is a liquid mixture of Esacure KIP 150 (75%) and Tripropyleneglycoldiacrylate(25%). It is an oligomeric polyfunctional α-hydroxyketone characterized by high reactivity and non-yellowing properties. It is particularly recommended when low odor is a required characteristic.

Cationic Photoinitiator

Esacure TZM is a liquid mixture of Benzophenone (50%) and 4-Methylbenzophenone (50%). It is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. Omnirad DETX is a highly effective Type II photoinitiator. In conjunction with tertiary amine synergists it is used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi functional monomers as reactive diluents.

Omnirad 4PBZ is an effective Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.

Omnirad 73 is a highly efficient, low yellowing, Type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi functional monomers as reactive diluents.

Omnipol TX is a difunctional thioxanthone photoinitiator specifically designed for use in inks requiring low migration and low volatility. It is particularly suited to use in offset printing inks as an alternative to Omnirad ITX (Isopropyl thioxanthone) in combination with other photoinitiators and amine synergists.

Esacure ONE is a difunctional alpha-hydroxy ketone photoinitiator. It is a highly reactive difunctional photoinitiator particularly suitable for clear systems. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low VOC, low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).

Omnirad 2022 is a highly efficient liquid curing agent that is used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated resins after exposure to UV light. Omnirad 2022 is the first choice for use in pigmented formulations of all colors, for curing of thick sections or for UV-stabilized clear coatings. Unsaturated resins that are particularly suitable are those based on a prepolymer – e.g., acrylates or unsaturated polyesters – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers as reactive diluents. Omnirad 2022 is a photoinitiator mixture with well-balanced surface and through cure.

Omnirad BL 724 is a photo initiator blend for curing pigmented systems for UV and UV LED Lamps at 365 - 385 nm.

Omnirad TPO-L is a highly efficient, liquid, Type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates and unsaturated polyesters containing styrene, after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.

Omnirad 2100 is a highly efficient liquid curing agent to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated resins after exposure to UV light such as those based on a prepolymer – e.g., acrylates and unsaturated polyesters – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers as reactive thinners. It is well suitable for formulations in which Omnirad TPO is used. Omnirad 2100 provides all the handling advantages of a liquid product. In thicker coatings Omnirad 2100 offers improved bottom curing compared with that of Omnirad TPO. It is especially suitable for white-pigmented formulations with minimal yellowing after curing and for coatings with low pigment volume concentration. Therefore Omnirad 2100 can be offered in almost all applications as a one-to-one replacement for Omnirad TPO with certain advantages.

PL-6992 is a mixed aryl sulfonium salt cationic photoinitiator. It is very fast curing and easy to work with. It is soluble in most cycloaliphatic epoxies as well as vinyl ethers and other vinyl terminated monomers but insoluble in H2O.
