HALOX® 570 is an organic corrosion inhibitor designed for use in waterborne industrial and decorative coatings to provide flash rust and long-term corrosion protection on metal surfaces. HALOX® 570 is especially effective along weld seams and, in some cases, can also be used in solvent-based coatings and UV-cured systems. HALOX® 570 may be used in formulations based on waterborne acrylic latexes and co-polymers, styrene/acrylic latexes, acrylate epoxy esters, 2-pack epoxy systems, alkyds, alkyd/acrylic blends, and 1 or 2-pack polyurethane. HALOX® 570 may be used in both waterborne primers and direct-to-metal topcoats. In direct-to-metal coatings, HALOX® 570 has a minimal effect on gloss reduction.

HALOX® 570 LS is a ready-to-use liquid version of our popular organic corrosion inhibitor, HALOX® 570, which requires no dilution. LIOPUR PFL 3046 is an aqueous aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on an oleochemical polyester that is surfactant- and TEA-free. It does not need any co-solvents for film formation. Coatings based on this product form tack-free, transparent films with medium surface hardness after air drying with good flexibility. It also exhibits very good water resistance and good ethanol resistance. It has applications in furniture coatings, wood coatings and finishes, architectural coatings, metal coatings, and also in other consumer applications.

LIOPUR PFL 2392 is an aqueous, aliphatic modified polyurethane dispersion based on polyester that is solvent- and triethylamin-free and free of surfactants. Crestakyd® 30-9502 is a short oil, high solids, chain-stopped alkyd based upon linoleic-rich fatty acids, supplied in a 3:2 w/w blend of xylene / methoxy propanol.
