VISIOMER® HEMA-P 70 M is a monofunctional methacrylate with a phosphate group in the side chain. It is supplied in 30% methyl methacrylate, which gives it a low viscosity and makes it easy to handle. This monomer provides superior adhesion to polar surfaces such as metals, glass, ceramics, and concrete. In direct-to-metal coatings, it enhances corrosion resistance and improves film strength. Visiomer® HEMA-P 70M can be used as a functional co-monomer in acrylic emulsions for coating resins, as well as an adhesion promoter in adhesive formulations.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-3615 is a Dar-Tech Hauthane polyurethane dispersion that provides tough, chemically resistant, glossy coatings. The product has excellent flexibility and gloss retention characteristics. It may be applied to a variety of substrates, including concrete, metals, plastics, and wood materials. It is mainly used in architectural coatings, DIY brush varnishes, and wood furniture.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-6000 is a polyester-based, hydroxyl-functional, aliphatic, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It was developed for use with water-dispersible isocyanate crosslinkers such as Bayer’s Bayhydur 302 or Perstrop’s Easaqua X D 401 and M 501. The product, when crosslinked, provides tough, chemically resistant, glossy coatings that may be applied to a variety of substrates, including concrete, metals, plastics, and wood materials. Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-4669 is a hard, co-solvent-free, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. It was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood. This grade can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, dip, or rotogravure applications. It may be thickened with associative thickeners for alternative application methods.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-4675 is a hard, co-solvent-free, aliphatic polyester polyurethane dispersion. It was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood. This grade can be used as supplied or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, dip, or rotogravure applications. It can be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-rolling or similar methods.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2125 is a hard, chemically resistant, polyester-based, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion. It was developed for use on flexible and rigid PVC and other plastic substrates. It may also be formulated to provide gloss topcoats on cementitious, metal, and wood substrates. This product exhibits superior chemical resistance properties while maintaining excellent flexibility and gloss retention characteristics.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2117 is an extremely hard, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with exceptional chemical and early water-resistance properties. AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® FE-45000 is a water emulsion product developed to enable formulators to meet VOC and HAPS regulations on many solvents in the US. This product has low hydroxyl functionality and is designed for use in single-component coatings. Like other LUMIFLON® resins, it is used to produce coatings with high gloss and excellent weatherability. This product can also be used in blends with standard acrylic resins to substantially improve weathering of these conventional products. LUMIFLON® polymers consist of alternating fluoroethylene and alkyl vinyl ether segments (FEVE). AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® FE4300 - FEVE Waterborne Resin Polyol is a fluoroethylene vinyl ether waterborne resin used in applications requiring outstanding exterior durability. It is used as a blending resin for coatings that need high performance at a low VOC. It has a high molecular weight for 1K coatings with excellent resistance properties. Markets include light duty industrial coatings, architectural coatings, aerospace coatings, automotive coatings, and coatings for concrete.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® FD1000 - FEVE Waterborne Resin Polyol is a fluoroethylene vinyl ether waterborne resin used in applications requiring outstanding exterior durability. It is a polyol used in 2K polyurethane coatings and may be used as a blending resin in 1K systems. It has a low molecular weight combined with a high hydroxyl value for creating 2K waterbased polyurethane coatings with a high crosslink density. This waterborne polyol is classified as a dispersion as it is synthesized without emulsifier. This unique, emulsifier-free technology allows for the formulation of waterbased 2K polyurethane coatings with the same performance as traditional solventbased 2K coatings.
