Deuteron® OG 8670 consists of fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in water. These dispersions are well-suited for a broad range of water-borne systems. Preferred applications for the Deuteron® OG 8670 include inks, wood coatings, can coatings, and metal coatings.

Deuteron® UV 1250 is a photoinitiator with 50.0% active content. In a liquid form, it serves various end uses such as radiation-curable adhesive, flexography ink, varnishes, screen printing ink, and laminating adhesive. The product presents itself as a brownish, viscous liquid, providing versatility in applications requiring photoinitiation properties.

Deuteron® UV 3100 is designed to facilitate the hardening process of binder systems that undergo cationic polymerization upon UV exposure. This solution is soluble in various binder systems, including common solvents and reactive diluents. It employs C12/C14 glycidilether as a reactive thinner and is characterized by minimal benzene emission and a low-odor profile, contributing to more environmentally conscious and user-friendly applications.

Deuteron® WAX PP2 is a micronized modified polypropylene wax with well-balanced properties and an attractive economic profile. It's a versatile product suitable for various applications such as solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (like UV curable), and powder coatings. This wax provides an elegant surface feel, good matting, and excellent mechanical stability. When used with silica, it enhances the polishing resistance and settling properties of heavy materials. In powder coatings, Deuteron® WAX PP2 contributes to good degassing properties.

Deuteron® Wax PE is a micronized polyethylene wax recognized for its well-balanced performance characteristics. PE waxes stand out as cost-effective materials known for positively impacting mechanical stability and visual appearance. Utilizing Deuteron® Wax PE enhances abrasion and scratch resistance, offering a pleasing matte effect and a pleasant surface feel.

Deuteron® WAX TF is a micronized PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)-modified polyolefin with a fine particle size distribution and excellent ease of dispersion. PTFE imparts coatings with superior mar resistance and anti-blocking properties. Given the high cost of pure PTFE powders, this product provides a cost-effective solution by combining PTFE with polyolefin, offering many of the outstanding properties of pure PTFE.

Hauthane HD-2125 is a hard, chemical-resistant, polyester-based, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion. Features: Superior adhesion to PVC. Excellent UV resistance. Exceptional alcohol resistance. Humidity resistance. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone co-solvent.

Hauthane HD-4669 is a hard, co-solvent free, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. Features: Contains no co-solvent. Extreme toughness, abrasion and mar resistance. Outstanding water and chemical resistance. High melting point. Can be crosslinked to enhance performance.

Crestakyd® 30-5071 exhibits rapid drying characteristics and fast hardness development. It has very good weather resistance, excellent film build and attractive gloss. It can be used for NC finishes, acid hardening finishes and in combination with low reactivity melamine resins for industrial stoving enamels and automotive finishes.

Hauthane HD-2503 is a polycarbonate-based, aliphatic, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. Features: Excellent exterior weathering durability. Excellent humidity resistance. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone co-solvent.

Hauthane HD-4675 is a hard, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion. Features: Contains no co-solvent. Produces clear, durable films with low levels of co-solvent (<100 g/l). Excellent non-yellowing properties. Good water and chemical resistance. Produces tough, abrasion and mar resistant films.

Crestakyd® 30-5067 is a fast drying short oil alkyd supplied in xylene for use in airdry and force-dry primers and topcoats. It is recommended for use in air-dry and force-dry primers and topcoats in a variety of general industrial metal coating applications.

Crestacryl® 71-9078 is a high quality thermoplastic acrylic resin, which gives rapid solvent release, very good elasticity, excellent adhesion on various metallic substrates and very good alkali and water resistance. Crestakyd® 30-9502 is a short oil, high solids, chain-stopped alkyd based upon linoleic-rich fatty acids, supplied in a 3:2 w/w blend of xylene / methoxy propanol. The high solids allow this product to be formulated in VOC compliant topcoats (max. 420 g/l) and DTM primers, both displaying excellent salt spray resistance.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® FE-45000 is a water emulsion product developed to enable formulators to meet VOC and HAPS regulations on many solvents in the US. This product has low hydroxyl functionality and is designed for use in single-component coatings. Like other LUMIFLON® resins, it is used to produce coatings with high gloss and excellent weatherability. This product can also be used in blends with standard acrylic resins to substantially improve weathering of these conventional products. LUMIFLON® polymers consist of alternating fluoroethylene and alkyl vinyl ether segments (FEVE). The fluorinated segments provide outstanding UV stability, weather resistance, and chemical resistance, while the vinyl ether segments provide solvent compatibility and crosslinking sites. These resins are used to make ultra-weatherable coatings for architectural, aerospace, automotive, and industrial maintenance markets.

Crestakyd® 41-6010 is a universally employed resin in primers, enamels and hammer finishes. It is suitable for air dry, low bake and general purpose stoving industrial paints. The resin is compatible with urea and melamine formaldehyde resins and is therefore suitable for stoving finishes.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® FE4300 - FEVE Waterborne Resin Polyol is a fluoroethylene vinyl ether waterborne resin used in applications requiring outstanding exterior durability.
