CS series™ XPF0100S is a cross-linked polystyrene in highly spherical fine powder form. These cross-linked polystyrene particle materials exhibit high clarity, hardness, heat resistance and dimensional stability. S-400-N1 is micronized EBS (ethylene bisstearamide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 99 – 147°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Micral® 632 is a mechanically produced ATH product designed for plastic and rubber applications requiring a fine particle size. The high surface area of Micral 632 provides a low cost approach to flame retardance and smoke suppression in applications such as urethane foams, vinyl, SBR belting, EPDM, EPR, adhesives, coatings, ABS, polyolefins and XPLE.

Solvent-free colorants designed for use in powder coatings and UV and EB cured applications. They are based on a proprietary dispersing vehicle which provides exceptional compatibility, light fastness and heat resistance. Available in a wide range of colors for most tinting and masstone applications, our unique manufacturing process insures that the pigments have been dispersed to an exceptionally fine particle size for optimum color strength and transparency. These dispersions are granulated for ease of handling and incorporation with minimal dusting, remain stable under normal ambient conditions and will not sinter or deteriorate with aging.

Pergopak-matting agents are suitable as exclusive matting agents for water-borne, solvent-borne and solvent-free systems, air-drying as well as stoving. They can also be used in printing inks, wood lacquers, UV-curing coatings, coil-coatings, lacquers on foils, aqueous wood- and furniture varnishes.The finer types are suitable where particularly thin dry films are applied or where very smooth surfaces have to be realized. The combination with inorganic matting agents is possible and leads to improved mechanical resistances. Scratch resistance and resistance against polishing will be increased.Deuteron MK matting agents are micro-ground resp. micronized powders. The fineness enables Pergopak M-products to be used in a wide field of applications for producing satin-flat and satin-gloss coatings. The small binder demand of Pergopak M only leads to a nonessential viscosity influence, which is important for UV-curing lacquers. Cales De Llierca Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (Pcc) is a precipitated calcium carbonate with scalenohedral morphology. Its particular structure, purity and size distribution curve enable increased whiteness and opacity when it is used as filler in paper.

Versal® YELLOW 2GS Pigment Yellow 168

Kish Company Barium Sulfate Precipitated Grade is a high brightness, low oil absorption, inert extender that is well suited for a variety of application including powder coatings, thermoplastics, elastomers, fiber, paper, ink and pigment preparations. Precipitated Barium Sulfate has a Mohs hardness of 3 and is very low in abrasion. It exhibits a continuous, high diffuse reflectance of light, not only in the visible range, but also far into the UV and IR ranges. It is the ideal extender of colored systems. In coatings, Precipitated Barium Sulfate is recommended in high gloss, acid-resistant formulations. Precipitated Barium Sulfate is inert, resistant to light and weathering, and insoluble in water, acids, alkali and organic media.

Tallicin® P-10 is designed to promote effective pigment dispersion for both inorganic and organic pigments in powder coating formulations. Proper use of Tallicin® P-10 allows the formulator to produce more consistent color.

Wax additive concentrate for powder coatings

MicroDyne™ 105 is a free flowing powdered material that easily disperses in many substrates (e.g., plastic resins, adhesives, sealants, coatings) and can provide significant cost savings while providing the same or improved performance. Its fine particle size provides a smooth surface appearance on finished products and is a “green” material made from end-of-life tires. A free flowing black powder produced from recycled rubber material as defined by ASTM D 5603-01 Grades 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Radglo® GFS-18 is UV Blue in color with daylight and ultra-violet responsive fluorescent soluble toner for solvent-based formulations. A dyed/pigmented thermoplastic glycol-uril- sulphonamide- paraformaldehyde resin.

Bakelite® PF 7365 LP resins serve as excellent crosslinking agents for epoxy, polyester, alkyd and other resin systems to form coatings with good adhesion and chemical resistance properties. Crosslinking takes place either under high temperature (-180°C) or via acid catalysts. They are used with epoxy and polyester resins to produce chemically resistant coatings for food contact and anti-corrosion coatings.

BLUE 10C595 is an bright blue powder produced by high temperature calcination. This pigment has good UV and visible opacity, is chemically inert, heat resistant, and stable to ultraviolet light. It is non-bleeding and non-migratory. It has exceptional durability and hiding power and is generally used in applications where resistance to heat, light, and weather along with IR reflectivity are needed. It is compatible with most resin systems and polymers, and is non-warping. Typical applications (non inclusive) are liquid and powder coatings, inks, dispersions, concrete, plastics, and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used. It has very low surface area for low resin demand and high gloss.

Araldite® GT 7074 N is a Solid Epoxy Resin. Unmodified Bisphenol A based solid epoxy resin from type 5½ “characterized by higher” melt viscosity.

Deuteron ST texturing agents can be used in both solvent-based and water-based coating systems. Potential applications include coil-coating systems and coatings for plastic surfaces. Deuteron ST-x can be used to customize the haptical and optical surface properties. They can also be used as a functional additive to reduce the coefficient of sliding friction.Deuteron ST texturing agents are powders. They give coatings a surface texture. The nature and degree of texturing depends on the applied film thickness and the ratio of texturing agent to binder.The texturing agents have different particle size distributions. The coarser grade induces more intense texturing with good maintenance of gloss. The finer grade gives finer texturing. Depending on the specific formulation this can lead to a reduction in the degree of gloss. The coarser fractions are responsible for the texturing, whilst the finer particles can lead to matting. back

Ningbo Precise Color Fast Yellow H2G is a greenish yellow powder, which has easy-dispersion ability, excellent heat resistance, good light fastness and high color strength. Used as standard middle yellow color. Its equivalence is fast yellow HG, Novoperm yellow P-HG, which are allowed to be used in PP, PE, ABS, PVC, plastics, printing and coating, BCF yarn and PP fiber. Xysil® 150 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 150m2/g, and it is synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica, produced via flame hydrolysis.

Long Kou Windstar Chemical H0903 has heat resistance value of > 300 C and oil Absorption value between 30-40. This product is recommended for use in printing inks, paints, and powder coatings.

Rutile TiO2 HTR-616 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment with alumina and organic surface treatment, with advantages of blue color and gloss, high scattering power, high durability and excellent dispersibility. It exhibits outstanding covering power and brightness and is useful to retain the mechanical properties of the finished products. Recommend in PVC, ABS, PS master-batche. PVC Pipes, powder coatings and solvent based paint.

Novacite® L-337 is finer than L-207A Novacite®. Normally the product will disperse to a 7 Hegman Grind. All particles are individually platey with few clusters. 98% of the particles will fall between one and ten microns. L-337 as fine as it is still has the uniqueness of low binder demand with superior flow properties.

T Comet Blue 60 is a daylight fluorescent pigment for inks, paints, aerosols, plastisols and organosol coatings.

The AMPARMOR® 2000 series is a uniquely engineered microcapsule containing a patented blend of healing agent based on epoxy functionalized polymers, co-crosslinking agents/enhancers and adhesion promoters.
