Efka® MI 6613 is a corrosion inhibitor designed for use in primers and one-coat paints based on binders drying by oxidation. Its chemical composition passivates rust residues after mechanical pre-treatment of the substrate and eliminates residual moisture from the paint film through a capillary effect.

ASCONIUM® 143 can replace mineral anti-corrosion pigments or improve their performance in waterborne or solventborne metal coatings. It is a hydrophobic agent that improves the water resistance of dry films. This ASCONIUM® grade can be used as the sole anti-corrosion additive in coatings or in conjunction with other anti-corrosion pigments to improve their performance. As a liquid-type additive, it is easy to incorporate into coating formulations and will not reduce the gloss of the coating’s dry film.

ASCOTRAN® HPB is a ready-to-use, liquid-form flash rust inhibitor for waterborne coatings. DYTEK® BHMT HP (bis-hexamethylene triamine) is a high purity (>95%) triamine that is used in applications where purity is critical such as phosphonate scavenger and flocculant in oil & gas applications and as a hardener in epoxy coating and adhesive applications.

Novinox®PAZ is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications, from DIY to more demanding ones such as coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PAZ is suitable with a wide range of resins, both solvent and water based. Novinox®PAZ is also an excellent alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings.

KRONPHOS PZA is a zinc aluminum orthophosphate with improved phosphate loading. This leads to a controlled increase of inhibiting water soluble content and thus a better formation of protective layers on the metal surface

Hybricor™ 204 - Hybrid Corrosion Inhibitor Pigment is an organic/inorganic hybrid corrosion inhibitor pigment, a proven effective replacement for Cr6+ in aerospace primer applications on aluminum and other non-ferrous substrates. The fine particle size of Hybricor™ 204 (7 Hegman) permits it to be easily incorporated into a coating using a high speed disperser. It is effective in primers, DTM and thin film (< 20 micron) applications. It does not affect pot life of 2K systems. Use level varies by intended application requirements.

Waynflash™ 115 is a liquid flash rust inhibitor that is based on WPC’s nitrite free chemistry. It is a highly effective inhibitor against flash rusting on ferrous substrates (such as galvanized steel) during the aqueous paint phase. Typical use levels range from 0.25 – 1.0% based upon total formula weight. It can be used in any water based primer or DTM system. Waynflash™ 115 exhibits good paint stability and can be incorporated at any stage of paint manufacturing. It is both HAPS and APEO free.

Delaphos® 2 is a pigment that will inhibit metal surface corrosion when properly incorporated in a wide variety of solvent based and water based paint primer systems.

RAYBO 60 NoRust is a versatile and extremely effective flash rust inhibitor. It contains both vapor phase and contact corrosion inhibitors. As a result, RAYBO 60 prevents flash rusting in latex systems intended for direct to metal application. It also provides corrosion protection to unlined cans.

PPG INHIBISIL® 75 anti-corrosion pigment is a calcium-oxide containing synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide designed for use where high film anti-corrosive protection is needed. High calcium oxide content, ease of dispersion and high Hegman value of 6.6 provides broad utility in many high film build anti-corrosion coatings.

AB RUST® CH4 is designed to offer a flash-rust inhibitor. It is easy to use with the largest compatibility with the traditional binders used in water based coatings, very efficient at low dosage (< 0.5% in acrylic based formulations), and usable everywhere in the world thanks to the listing of its components in the world chemical inventories.

NiCHEM No. 3 Strontium Chromate is a corrosion inhibiting pigment for use in solvent and water based primer systems.

NiCHEM No. 2 Basic Zinc Chromate is a corrosion inhibiting pigment with low solubility. It is especially suited for pretreatment primers (wash primers) and meets government specifications.
