ADD-3777 is a silicone-free additive having high molecular weight and very broad compatibility. It is designed to reduce the surface tension of various resin systems at substrate interface, which will improve substrate wetting and leveling and prevent formation of craters without stabilizing foam. The additive provides “long wave” leveling performance and increases gloss of the coating system and does not cause any inter-coat adhesion problems. It is highly effective in the transportation coatings when combined with the silicone-based additive ADD-3031. ADD-3777 is suitable for coatings and printing inks.

Etna Tec Limited SCD 1040 is designed specifically for low VOC finishes. Wayncor™ 240 - Corrosion Inhibitor Pigment is a white Basic Zinc Molybdate anti-corrosive pigment which imparts good corrosion resistance to protective primers. It has a wide variety use in thermo set and thermo plastic systems. It can be used alone or in conjunction with other anti-corrosive additives. The typical use level for this product is between 3 – 7% based on total formula weight. It has a small particle size and narrow distribution which will permit it to be used in wash primers, DTM, or primer applications.

Talc MP 40-27 is designed for use in interior and exterior architectural coatings as well as industrial primers and topcoats. Talc’s chemically inert nature improves the weatherability of coatings containing talc. The hydrophobic nature of talc contributes to the rheological properties (anti-sag, leveling, and brushability) and gloss of the coating as well as providing sheen control. In addition, the softness of talc reduces wear on processing equipment.

Pigmentan PIGMENTAN EMX is a low cost, high performance, environmentally friendly, direct (1:1) substitute for basic Zinc Phosphate. It is suitable for use in primers for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Pigmentan MX is non toxic and contains no Zinc, Chrome, or other heavy metals, and does not require hazardous labeling.
