Pangel® B20 is a rheological additive derived from sepiolite (hydrated magnesium silicate), with its particle surface organically modified to ensure compatibility with medium and low polarity systems or solvents. It forms a three-dimensional network of particles, enhancing the viscosity and thixotropy of the end product. In epoxy coatings, Pangel® B20 offers the option for partial or complete substitution of fumed silicas and organophilic bentonites typically used as rheological additives, presenting additional cost-effective benefits in formulations.

McNAMEE® Clay is a low cost air-floated kaolin reinforcer and inert filler. It is also used in crack fillers, caulking compounds, and elastomers.

Cardolite® NC - 558 is a low viscosity, solvent, and benzyl alcohol-free phenalkamine curing agent designed for epoxy coating applications protecting metal and concrete substrates. It offers rapid cure properties, excellent chemical resistance, adhesion on wet or unprepared surfaces, and outstanding water resistance and corrosion protection. It is suitable for heavy-duty industrial, marine, protective, floor, and potable water contact coatings.

Afcona - 5285 is a wetting and dispersing additive tailored for solvent-based paints.

DIXIE CLAY® Filler is an air-floated fine particle size kaolin clay that can be used as a reinforcing filler in all types of coatings, adhesives, elastomers and latexes.

Afcona - 5054 is a wetting and dispersing additive formulated to prevent sedimentation and flooding of pigments.

Cardolite® NX - 5454 is a low viscosity, solvent and benzyl alcohol-free phenalkamine curing agent designed for epoxy coatings. It offers rapid cure properties, excellent chemical resistance, adhesion on various surfaces, and outstanding water resistance and corrosion protection.

BILT-PLATES® 156 Filler is a fine particle size (4 Hegman fineness) air-floated kaolin clay. It is used as a reinforcing filler in all types of coatings, adhesives, elastomers and latexes. It can be used as a TiO2 spacer in coatings that do not require a high brightness filler.

Polidene® 37-0065 is a premium binder for water-based metal protection primers.  This product is suitable for industrial and automotive OEM, aftermarket, and under-the-hood applications. Polidene® 37-0065 provides superior corrosion protection and water resistance compared to other water-based binder technologies.  This solution can be used in direct-to-metal primers, rust conversion coatings, and other anti-corrosive primer applications.  Manufactured in Kentucky, Polidene® 37-0065 PVDC binder is readily available.

Rovene 4100 is a styrene-butadiene emulsion polymer recommended for use for boxboard coating, in some publication grade papers and in the adhesive industry. Rovene 4100 may be used in adhesive and paper coating applications where FDA clearance is needed. Regulatory Status Detailed FDA 21 CFR compliances are available upon request.

Rovene 4076 is a medium-firm, carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion recommended for use in architectural coatings and interior primers for dry wall application where low perm ratings are required. Rovene 4076 is designed to exhibit tight, continuous films providing the following performance advantages: moisture vapor barrier properties, superior cold temperature coalescence, and ASTM E-96 perm ratings of ~0.5.

LPR76® is a uniquely processed film forming polysaccharide resin. It is a coactive resin, which will emulsify and stabilize water in solvent-based alkyd enamels, stains, and primers. LPR76® is Lorama’s most versatile polysaccharide resin and has been used in a number of patented and innovative products.

LPR® 221 is the next generation of Polysaccharide Resin Technology. RheoFal™ 101 is an easy dispersing organically modified bentonite clay. It is especially suited for low to medium polarity solvent-based paints and coatings. It provides excellent viscosity build, sag control and anti-settling properties in these coating systems.

SYNPRINT AC 4110 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution. SYNPRINT AC 4110 is recommended for primers with excellent adhesion on critical substrates such as metallised foil. Moreover, films formulated with SYNPRINT AC 4110 form a receptive layer for water-based anionic inks. The low minimum film-forming temperature allows the formulation of low-VOC formulations. SYNTRAN® DR 7011 is based on our polymeric surfactant technology. This technology was designed to improve wetting and incorporation of pigments or additives into water-based pigment concentrates and coatings. Used as a grinding resin in pigment dispersions, it improves color development of organic pigments and carbon black. Depending on the application and the objective, SYNTRAN® DR 7011 is typically used in concentrations between 10% and 30%. DISPARLON® F-9030 is a thixotropic agent based on a fatty acid amide wax pre-activated in benzyl alcohol and is effective for increasing viscosity. Provides anti-sagging/anti-settling in non-solvent systems.

SYNTRAN® AC 9131 is based on self-crosslinking technology substantially increasing the chemical resistance, household stain resistance and water resistance. This technology was designed for the self-crosslinking mechanism to fully cure at room temperature while maintaining long-term shelf stability. SYNTRAN® AC 9131 provides excellent adhesion to multiple substrates and is an excellent let down binder for pigmented coatings. It has a very low particle size with good penetration into porous substrates like concrete or wood. Easy to formulate, for Zero VOC formulations. Rovene 4009 is a carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion that has a medium hand with above average strength properties. This latex has the ability to be crosslinked with external crosslinking agents. Rovene 4009 can be compounded into highly water and grease resistant paper and board coatings. It exhibits an excellent balance of water resistance, grease and oil resistance, and low moisture vapor transmission. Rovene 4009 is recommended for applications in specialty paper coatings where water, grease and oil resistance is needed.
