Efka® PX 4733 is an advanced polymeric dispersant with a core-shell structure. It is a 100% active, liquid dispersant with high pigment loading at low mill base viscosity. Particularly effective in UV-curable and mild-solvent ink-jet systems, it is suitable for use in UV-curable ink systems, including flexographic, lithographic, and screen inks.

AFCONA 2020 is a very strong defoamer suitable for most solvent-based coatings, printing inks, and thermosetting resin systems. It eliminates foam and blistering, regardless of the source of the air bubbles. However, it is not suitable for transparent, high-gloss clear topcoats.

Lo-Vel® 6200 belongs to PPG's synthetic precipitated silica product line, which reduces the gloss of coatings, varnishes, and other finishes. It offers high flatting efficiency, compatibility with various coating systems, and ease of redispersion. This product line delivers a balance of clarity and flatting for overprint varnish and topcoats. SST®-4 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 3-4 µm. SST® products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST® products are used for their ability to provide slip, non-stick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

FluoroSLIP® 731 MG is a combination of a high melting synthetic wax, carnauba wax, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) where the wax blend shows a melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C.

MODAFLOW® 2100 is a clear to light yellow coating primarily designed for the automotive, transportation, and paints and coatings sectors. CPM oxides provide a high electrical conductivity and an excellent absorption of infrared light.

CeraSPERSE 321BG is a compound of waxes and PTFE in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides improved compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

SST®-4P is an off-white to light gray low MW PTFE powder with a particle size mean value of 3 µm.

KaMin® 90 is a high brightness, fine particle size, general-purpose filler with moderate water demand. KaMin® 90 is ideally suited for solvent and water-borne paint, ink and adhesive applications where high gloss, holdout and controlled rheology are important.
