Joncryl® 586 caters to the paints and coatings market, specifically in printing and packaging applications. It is utilized in packaging coatings and overprint varnishes for printing and packaging purposes. Additionally, it is suitable for waterborne ink of the ink and toner type. This variant of Joncryl® 586 is available in a solid physical form.

Syntran® 1950C is based on Interpolymer Corporation's unique styrenated acrylic technology. This technology creates a film with a very high gloss and fast dry times. This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This milky dispersion is used in floor finishes, household, label, board, and packaging coatings (OPV).

Synprint AC 7150 is a water-based, alkali-solubilized styrene-acrylic copolymer used as an alkali-soluble resin in inks and overprint varnishes to improve gloss and leveling. It can also be used in pigment dispersions to improve color development and pigment dispersion gloss.

Texicryl® 13-813 is a modified styrene acrylic copolymer designed for use in off-set overprinting varnishes. It has been formulated to give excellent gloss over print and superior holdout over unprinted areas. It may also be used for certain graphic arts applications to non-absorbent substrates.

Texicryl® S-02 is a low-molecular-weight, alkali-soluble styrene acrylic resin developed for water-based coatings and inks. The resin is supplied in solid form and is designed to impart gloss and resolubility to water-based coatings within the graphic arts. It is readily let down at elevated temperatures in water in the presence of ammonia or other suitable amines.

Texicryl® S-12 is a styrene acrylic resin soluble in alkalis, developed for water-based coatings and inks. It comes in solid form and enhances the gloss and resolubility of water-based coatings for the graphic arts industry. Optimum pigment grinding is achieved by making resin solutions at 30 - 35% solids content, while clear coatings require maximum solids for the highest achievable film build.

Texicryl® 13-819 is a styrene acrylate based vehicle designed for high gloss heat resistant overprint varnishes. It has been designed for use in hard polymers normally used in the formulating of overprint varnishes, and it can be blended into OPV’s to partially replace the hard polymer and enhance the gloss level. The product is free from APEO based surfactants.

Texicryl® S-09 is an alkali-soluble styrene acrylic resin developed for water-based coatings and inks. The resin is supplied in solid form and is designed to impart gloss and resolubility to water-based coatings in the graphic arts market. It is easily dissolved in water at elevated temperatures in the presence of ammonia or other suitable amines. Solutions of the resin must be kept above pH 7 to prevent the resin from reverting back to its solid form.

Texicryl® 13-809 is a styrene acrylic emulsion polymer designed for high gloss, water-based overprint varnishes and heat resistant inks. This styrene acrylic binder has been designed to provide superb clarity, water resistance, heat resistance, gloss etc. It can be used as deblocking modifier.

Texicryl® 13-814 is a styrene acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersion with excellent flexibility and adhesion properties. It is suitable for use as the main binder in flexo or gravure inks and has good clarity so is suitable for offset overprint. This acrylic dispersion will also be suitable to compound into barrier coatings, as it exhibits very low MVTR and Cobb values.

Flycryl 668 is a water-based styrene-acrylic copolymer developed by a special technology that eliminates the introduction of organic solvent. It is a good substitute for JONCRYL 678 from BASF. This mid-range molecular-weight acrylic resin is used in industries such as: Water-based inks Pigment dispersions Overprint varnishes Emulsions

Flycryl 612 is a water-based styrene-acrylic copolymer developed by a special technology that eliminates the introduction of organic solvent. It is a good substitute for S-120 from HANWHA. This product is used in industries such as: Water-based inks Pigment dispersions Overprint varnishes Emulsions

Rovene 6202 is a solution version of Rovene 6201 solid styrene-acrylic resin neutralized with ammonia hydroxide. Rovene 6202 is a general use resin solution that is used as a grinding resin to produce pigment dispersions. The solution can also be used as an additive to modify certain properties of an ink or overprint varnish. The addition of Rovene 6202 will increase gloss, increase block resistance and improve resolubility on press. The solution can also be crosslinked due to the carboxyl functionality of the styrene-acrylic resin.

Rovene 6204 is a 34% solids solution version of Rovene 6201 styrene-acrylic resin neutralized with ammonia hydroxide. It can be used as a pigment dispersant resin and as a modifying additive in inks or overprint varnishes. Rovene 6204 is a general use resin solution that is used as a grinding resin to produce pigment dispersions. The solution can also be used as an additive to modify certain properties of an ink or overprint varnish. The addition of Rovene 6204 will increase gloss, increase block resistance and improve resolubility on press. The solution can also be crosslinked due to the carboxyl funcationality of the styrene-acrylic resin.

Rovene 6103 is a soft, film forming vehicle that provides good water and rub resistance for flexographic and gravure inks and overprint varnishes. Rovene 6103 can be used as the film forming component in overprint varnish formulations or as the sole vehicle for inks and overprint varnishes providing excellent gloss. The emulsion can also be used as the nonskid component in formulations. Because of the low glass transition temperature, Rovene 6103 has good adhesion to treated flexible films. Inks and overprint varnishes formulated with Rovene 6103 can be formulated with graphic arts industry standard products and additives.

Rovene 6201 is an alkali soluble styrene-acrylic resin with a mid-range molecular weight supplied in a clear pellet form. Rovene 6201 is a general use resin for overprint varnishes, water based inks and pigment dispersions. Rovene 6201 provides excellent ink transfer and printability with high gloss.

Rovene 6104 is a very soft, film forming vehicle that provides good water and rub resistance for flexographic and gravure inks and overprint varnishes. Rovene 6104 can be used as the film forming component in overprint varnish formulations or as the sole vehicle for inks and overprint varnishes providing good gloss. The emulsion can also be used as the non-skid component in formulations. Because of the low glass transition temperature, Rovene 6104 has good adhesion to treated flexible films. Inks and overprint varnishes formulated with Rovene 6104 can be formulated with graphic arts industry standard products and additives.

Rovene 6106 is a low viscosity but high solids letdown emulsion for paper and paper board substrates. The combination of the polymer design and high solids give inks formulated with Rovene 6106 very fast drying and excellent printability. The high solids, low viscosity, and fast drying characteristics are well suited for high speed gravure printing as well as flexographic printing.

Rovene 6115 is a hard, non-film forming vehicle that is neutralized with sodium hydroxide for flexographic and gravure inks and overprint varnishes primarily for use on paper and paperboard substrates. Inks formulated with this emulsion exhibit excellent ink transfer as well as exceptional resolubility on press with low odor. Inks and overprint varnishes formulated with Rovene 6115 dry fast, clean up easily on press, and can be easily formulated with graphic arts industry standard products and additives.

Inks formulated witht this emulsion exhibit excellent ink transfer and resolubility on press. Rovene 6112 is a hard, film forming, low glycol and VOC vehicle with a moderately low glass transition temperature for flexographic and gravure inks and overprint varnishes. Rovene 6112 exhibits good water and grease resistance. This polymer allows formulating for film integrity and flexibility without adversely affecting the blocking resistance of the inks and overprint varnishes. Inks and overprint varnishes formulated with Rovene 6112 can be easily formulated with graphic arts industry standard products and additives.

SYNPRINT AC 1107 is a styrene-modified acrylic copolymer emulsion for high-gloss aqueous varnishes as well as flexographic and gravure inks. SYNTRAN® DR 7101 is a water-based alkali-solubilised styrene-acrylic copolymer based on our polymeric surfactant technology.
