Efka® FA 4600 is an anti-settling agent for non-aqueous coatings, preventing sedimentation and agglomeration of even heavy pigments. is in a colorless to yellowish/reddish liquid form, Efka® FA 4600 is easily applicable and contributes to maintaining the stability of coatings.

Pangel B40 is a powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for high-polarity systems. It is especially recommended for adding thixotropic, suspension, and sagging resistance properties to systems based on alcohol, glycol, and ketone solvents, as well as mixtures of those solvents with water.

Pangel OM8 is a rheological additive for low- to medium-polarity systems based upon highly purified bentonite clay. It is particularly recommended for systems based on resins such as polyurethanes, acrylics, polyesters, epoxy esters, and alkyds. Pangel OMD8 is an organobentonite that enhances thixotropic and pseudoplastic effects in systems with intermediate polarity.

Pangel B42 is an organically modified sepiolite powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for high polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on alcohol, glycol and ketone type solvents, as well as in mixtures of those with water.

Pangel W is an organically modified sepiolite in powder form used to improve the anti-sagging properties of aqueous systems as well as its anti-sedimentation performance during storage. This thickener is manufactured through organic modification of rheological sepiolite, mainly for aqueous systems. It improves rheological characteristics in the range of shear forces affecting sagging and sedimentation properties while controlling consistency.

Pangel OMD1 is a self-dispersing rheological additive for medium- to low-polarity systems. It is based on a highly purified bentonite clay and is recommended for both aliphatic solvents and mineral or synthetic oils. This product is an easy-to-disperse, self-activated organobentonite.

Pangel OM4 is a rheological additive for intermediate to low-polarity systems, based on a highly purified bentonite clay. Pangel OM4 shows particularly good performance in aliphatic and aromatic solvents. Pangel OM4 is recommended for both aliphatic solvents and mineral or synthetic oils.

RheoFal™ 102 is an easy dispersing organically modified bentonite clay. It is especially suited for medium to high polarity solvent-based paints and coatings. It provides excellent viscosity build, sag control and anti-settling properties in these coating systems.

RheoFal™ 101 is an easy dispersing organically modified bentonite clay. It is especially suited for low to medium polarity solvent-based paints and coatings. It provides excellent viscosity build, sag control and anti-settling properties in these coating systems.

K-STAY® 555 is a metal overbased sulfonate rheology control additive for pigmented solventborne applications. It is an easy to use, pourable liquid that is highly efficient in improving pigment suspension and sag control.

DISPARLON® 6700 is a powder polyamide which, through heat activation, develops a strong thixotropic network, providing excellent anti-sag properties particularly for high build epoxies.

DISPARLON® 6650 is a powder polyamide which, through heat activation, develops a strong thixotropic network, providing excellent anti-sag properties and improved recoatability to coatings while being cost effective.

DISPARLON® 6500 is a unique non-reactive polyamide thixotrope supplied as a powder. Through heat activation a strong thixotropic network provides strong anti-sagging and Anti-slumping without seeding or loss of effectiveness on aging. It is effective in caotings, sealants and adhesives formulations.

K-STAY® 511 is a liquid thixotrope for pigmented solventborne applications. It is a pourable liquid which makes for ease of use in production.

DISPARLON® 4200-10 is a flowable paste of polyolefin wax in xylene consisting of fine particles of 5 μ or less. This thixotropic agent can be post added to prevent pigment settling and hard-caking during storage or during coating application with little effect on viscosity.

DISPARLON® 6300 is a hybrid powdered thixotropic agent based on amide wax. Low activation temperature is required to build a strong thixotropic network which provides excellent anti-sag properties along with good recoatability and minimal viscosity increase. It is especially effective in epoxy coatings and adhesives.

DISPARLON® F-9030 is a thixotropic agent based on a fatty acid amide wax pre-activated in benzyl alcohol and is effective for increasing viscosity. Provides anti-sagging/anti-settling in non-solvent systems.

LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ ED2 is a newhigh performing, highly effective rheological additive for solvent-borne systems of moderate to high polarity. that provides thixotropic effect, sag control, excellent leveling and prevents pigments from long-term storage settling. The nature of LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ ED2 is a highly purified bentonite clay, organically modified with a quaternary alkylammonium compound. Unlike most of the other conventional organoclays, LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ ED2 is selfactivating and easily dispersible, hence simple and convenient to use.

LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ S7 is a new high performing, highly effective rheological additive for solvent-borne systems of medium to high polarity. In a typical coating system (paints and printing inks), LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ S7 gives thixotropic effect, sag control, excellent leveling and prevents pigments from long-term storage settling. The nature of LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ S7 is a highly purified bentonite clay, organically modified with a quaternary alkylammonium compound.

TACKIFIER 71 is an acrylic aqueous dispersion. Tg = -46°C (approx).

HFGEL-120-B is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay with high purity, easily dispersible and self-activated. This highly efficient Rheology Modifier is designed for medium to some part of high polarity organic systems. The proper solvent can be aliphatic hydrocarbon, esters, ketone, and benzene. If using the medium to high polarity solvent such as the xylene, xylene-esters (e.g. butyl acetate), or xylene-ketone (e.g. acetone), the HFGEL-120-B can be added as a dry powder for in-situ dispersion and activation without the addition of activator. If using the low polarity solvent such as 200# solvent or white oil, the HFGEL-120-B needs the help of activator for fully dispersion and activation. The activator can be 95% alcohol, typical levels range between 30-40% activator based on organic bentonite weight. The performance of HFGEL-120-B is similar to Bentone SD-1, Claytone AF, Tixogel-MP100.

HFGEL-120-E is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay. This rheological additive is designed for medium to high polarity organic system, such as xylene-butyl acetate and xylene-butanol. The performance of HFGEL-120-E is similar to Bentone 27.

Deuteron ND 953 helps to prevent the uncontrollable increase in viscosity which can arise in presence of certain pigments and fillers in heavily-filled aqueous systems. The required rheological properties of the paint or coating material can be obtained just through the character of the used binder or by addition of a suitable thickener.The presence of Deuteron ND 953 improves the storage stability. Unwelcome thickening during storage will be avoided or limited.Deuteron ND 953 is used in aqueous paints and coating materials, e.g. masonry paints, fillers, aqueous primers, water-based bituminous emulsions. The product is also suitable for use in water-based pigment preparations. It is most effective in presence of inorganic pigments and fillers. back

LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ XDS is a new high performing, highly effective rheological additive for solvent-borne systems of low to medium polarity. That provides thixotropic effect, sag control, excellent leveling and prevents pigments from long-term storage settling. Viscogel XDS disperses very easily even under low shear conditions. The nature of LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ XDS is a highly purified bentonite clay, organically modified with a quaternary alkylammonium compound. Unlike most of the other conventional organoclays, LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ XDS is selfactivating and easily dispersible, hence can be used at any point in the paint manufacturing process and can be used for post-correction.

The product is a multifunctional bio-based additive which can be widely used in waterborne coatings, Inks, adhesives to provide unique rheological and physical properties.
