EBECRYL® 8894 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate, diluted in butyl acetate. It is specifically designed for applications requiring high humidity and abrasion resistance. Films of EBECRYL® 8894 cured by exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent exterior durability, good toughness, flexibility, and non-yellowing properties typical of an aliphatic urethane. This resin is suitable for various applications, including automotive OEM coatings, wood coatings and finishes, and industrial coatings. It is formulated to provide enhanced resistance to abrasion and maintain its haptic effect, making it a valuable choice for coatings that require durability and a soft touch.

EBECRYL® 246/20 HEMA is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate diluted with 20 parts HEMA. It distinguishes itself by excluding intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals, or quinones. While acknowledging the presence of quinones in some raw materials, the overall content is reduced, but not zero. Films cured by electron beam (EB) or ultraviolet light (UV) display impressive attributes such as excellent abrasion resistance, toughness, flexibility, and resistance to yellowing. This product is further characterized by its water resistance, long pot life, faster cycle time, improved flexibility, low-temperature curing, and low energy consumption, making it a versatile and reliable choice for various coating formulations.

SR3604-28A is an aqueous version of the SR3604 (NEP solvent) series of aromatic polyamide-imide resins, enabling further dilutions with water.This product is produced at our plant in Dayton, TN.

EBECRYL® 8602 is a radiation-curable coating tailored for the automotive, transportation, paints, and coatings sectors. With a bisphenol A-free formulation, it emphasizes a low carbon footprint (PCF) and is both solvent-free and voc-free. Specifically designed for automotive OEM coatings, building and construction paints, wood coatings and finishes, and various industrial coatings, it offers application versatility through brush, dip coating, gravure coating, and slot-die methods on wood substrates.

KURARAY POVAL™ 20-98 by Kuraray is an odorless, fully saponified polyvinyl alcohol. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. It provides high cohesion & toughness, low electrostatic charging and re-dissolving capacity of the dried film in water. Its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, setting speed and rheology. Caplinq DK15-02 Brown is an epoxy-based coating powder developed as an epoxy resin binder when making powdered iron core or pot-core type reactors or induction devices.

The single products differ in the degree of decolorization and yield transparent solutions of different color shade in various solvent systems. Ready for use solutions of the product are available. The Tigerlac 5056 are Flaked Shellac manufacturing process guarantees careful treatment of the natural raw materials (seedlac) upon refining. The final products are high quality materials with excellent binding and film forming properties. They are physiologically harmless and biodegradable.

MPD Industries UVP 0600 99 is a difunctional Bisphenol A epoxy acrylate. This product is characterized by its light color and high reactivity.It is mainly contributed by the epoxy resin backbone consisting of Bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin reaction product. The two acrylic groups contribute the excellent UV and EB curing properties.

Respin RLP is a flaked thermoplastic natural resin used in solvent-based coating formulations for the foundry industry. This plant-based raw material is obtained from a native Brazillian tree of the pine family, the Parana Pine. Our product has physical and chemical properties similar to the Indian resin Shellac, thus placing Respin RLP in the favored position of cost-effective substitute or compatible extender for Shellac in formulations for foundry coatings.
