MASCID® 1318 is composed of oleic acid and is recommended for use in the manufacturing of soap and detergents as well as an emulsifier, solubilizer, and stabilizer for food ingredients and pharmaceuticals. It can also be utilized as an emulsifier for metalworking fluids, resins, and surface coatings, an emollient or superfatting agent for cosmetics, and as an adhesive.

Cola®Liquid FACD is a fully biodegradable DEA-free fatty acid amido complex which is exceptionally soluble and stable in systems containing high concentrations of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium and potassium phosphates, sodium silicates and sodium carbonates. Cola®Liquid FACD offers excellent detergency and wetting properties, particularly silicate containing formulations. In most heavy-duty detergent systems, it offers superior performance and economy when compared to systems requiring the use of hydrotropes such as amphoterics and/or phosphate esters.Cola®Liquid FACD is a low to moderate foamer, producing lower and less stable foam than ethoxylated nonionics and significantly less foam than LAS. Straight aqueous solutions or alkaline solutions which contain up to 15% aqueous solutions of Cola®Liquid FACD show no appreciable increase in the viscosity, even under alkaline conditions.

Cola®Mine RA-26 has viscosity and suspension capabilities in alkaline cleaners such as  waterless hand cleaners and formulas containing pumice or calcium carbonate.

The sunflower is a plant in the Asteraceae family, which originates in North America. Sunflower oil is extracted from the plant’s seeds, which contain 40 to 65% oil. Sunflower oil is interesting because of its linoleic acid content (omega 6). This fatty acid is essential because the human body can not synthesize it. It is known for its important structural role within cell membranes. This oil reduces the transepidermal water loss by restoring the hydrolipidic film. It benefits from regenerating properties, allows an excellent hydration of the skin and to fight against its aging.

Shea olein is made by fractionating shea butter, a fat obtained from the fruit of the shea tree (Butyrospermum parkii). This wild tree from the Sapotaceae family can only be found in its natural state in Africa, in the regions of Sudan and the Sahel north of the Equator.

Hemp seed oil is uniquely rich in polyunsaturated essential fatty acids, including linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid., which are essential because the human body cannot synthesize them.

Macadamia oil is extracted from macadamia nuts from a tropical tree (Macadamia ternifolia) that grows in Australia, East Africa, and Central America. The macadamia nut contains a white kernel with an oil content of 65 to 75%.

Evening primrose is a wild plant in the Onagraceae family. At maturity, the flower’s capsules contain hundreds of tiny brown seeds. When dried, these seeds yield 12–30% oil. Evening primrose oil is highly rich in linoleic acids (omega-6) and gamma-linolenic acid (omega-6). These fatty acids are essential because the human body cannot synthesize them.
