PolyMirae
Metocene MF650Y
Polymer Name:
Polypropylene Homopolymer (HPP)
Processing Methods:
Compounding, Meltblown Nonwovens, Extrusion
Melt Flow Index:
1800.0 - 1800.0 g/10 min
Metocene MF650Y is a high melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer resin with very narrow molecular weight distribution. It is suitable for melt blown fibers as well as compounding extrusion applications. This material is available as a free-flowing, low dust granule resin. The very narrow molecular weight distribution and high degree of resin consistency promote finer fibers, enhanced fiber filament thread line continuity as well as reduced fly and lint in melt blown spinning processes. Its high melt flow rate allows reduced processing temperatures and energy savings. This is a low smoke, clean running resinwith good thermal and processing stability.
Regal Petrochemical
Regal Petrochemical RG 3200 MC
Polymer Name:
Polypropylene Random Copolymer (RCP)
Processing Methods:
Extrusion
Melt Flow Index:
8.0 - 8.0 g/10 min
RG 3200 MC is a Polypropylene Random Copolymer Without Film Processing Additives and Good Weld Strength. It is used in Stationary Films, Hygienic Applications, Food Packaging, Laminating Films
PolyMirae
Metocene MF650X
Polymer Name:
Polypropylene Homopolymer (HPP)
Processing Methods:
Compounding, Meltblown Nonwovens, Extrusion
Melt Flow Index:
1200.0 - 1200.0 g/10 min
Metocene MF650X is a high melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer resin with very narrow molecular weight distribution.
