Lenstar® Plus Graphic Gloss is a new material for use in print and packaging applications that is easy on the environment. Utilizing easily recyclable materials and new technologies, printers can realize greater efficiency, lower production costs, reduced waste, and lower full-cycle carbon emissions.

Danimer 2272 resin is a PHA based resin designed for extrusion applications and is produced using Danimer’s proprietary reactive extrusion process. The resin is suitable for a range of profile extrusion applications, such as drinking straws. It is designed to meet the TUV standards for compostability and biodegradation.

SP-EAGLE (TS-55NIP50) is a saturated polyester resin with reactivity, adhesion to aluminum, sterilization resistance and good flexibility. It is used in Can Coating : Aerosol Cans and collapsable tube coating.

Relpet® G5761 is a bottle grade PET resin manufactured using Du Pont’s technology. All Relpet grades are formulated to offer good downstream processability.

EBECRYL® 570 is a chlorine-free polyester resin diluted with EBECRYL® 40, showcasing excellent adhesion to plastic substrates. The cured films of EBECRYL® 570, under ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB), present a low odor, making them an ideal choice for sensitive applications like food packaging. EBECRYL® 446 is a modified chlorinated polyester resin diluted in TMPTA (32%), designed primarily for grinding in lithographic ink formulations. This product exhibits excellent pigment wetting and dispersion characteristics. The end uses of EBECRYL® 446 include radiation-curable coatings. It features a range of advantages, such as low energy consumption, a good balance of properties, improved flexibility, long pot life, multi-substrate adhesion, high gloss, faster cycle time, and low-temperature curing. Furthermore, EBECRYL® 446 adheres to labeling claims such as low carbon footprint (PCF), solvent-free, and VOC-free, making it an environmentally friendly choice.

EBECRYL® 525 is a modified polyester resin expertly diluted with 40% tripropyleneglycol diacrylate. This product is particularly well-suited for applications in laminating adhesives, contributing to effective bonding between materials like paper/aluminum, paper/LDPE, and paper/polypropylene, among others. Additionally, EBECRYL® 525 finds recommendations for use in screen ink vehicles, providing good inter-coat adhesion, and as an adherable primer coating on metals. Its attributes include faster cycle time, low-temperature curing, low energy consumption, and long pot life, making it a good choice for radiation-curable coatings.

Danimer 2513 is a Nodax® PHA based resin designed for extrusion applications and is produced using Danimer’s proprietary reactive extrusion process. EBECRYL® 875 is a UV or EB curable polyester acrylate designed for wet or dry offset printing on plastic substrates. Inks formulated with EBECRYL® 875 achieve excellent adhesion to calendered vinyl, polystyrene, polyolefins, polycarbonate, and PVC. The water balance of this product allows inks to be run on a press with low amounts of fountain solution, a crucial factor for printing on non-absorbent substrates. Additionally, EBECRYL® 875 exhibits a low odor. Its features include high pigment loading, faster cycle time, low-temperature curing, low energy consumption, a good balance of properties, and long pot life. The labeling claims include being bisphenol A-free, having a low carbon footprint (PCF), being solvent-free, and being VOC-free.

EBECRYL® 546, crafted by CASE Ingredients, is a radiation-curable coating characterized by its bisphenol-A-free formulation and environmentally friendly features like low carbon footprint (PCF). This liquid coating is tailored for the paints and coatings and printing and packaging sectors, specifically for packaging coatings and gravure printing applications. It is compatible with substrates such as metal and plastic and is applied using methods like flexography, offset, and screen coating.

Danimer 2205 is a bio-based resin produced using Danimer Scientific’s proprietary reactive extrusion process.

Danimer 1927 is Danimer Scientific’s compostable resin that is manufactured from partially bio-based materials using Danimer’s proprietary reactive extrusion process. Danimer 1927 has been designed to meet the ASTM D6400 standard of compostability.

EBECRYL® 452, by CASE Ingredients, is a bisphenol A-free, low-carbon footprint (PCF) radiation-curable coating tailored for the paints and coatings and printing and packaging sectors. Specifically designed for packaging coatings, it excels in can coatings, film and foil coatings, overprint varnishes, primers, and lacquers. This liquid formulation is optimized for radiation cure applications, complementing both flexography and inkjet printing with its clear, dark appearance.

Danimer 2198 is a bio-based resin designed for extrusion applications and is produced using Danimer Scientific’s proprietary reactive extrusion process.

SP-EAGLE (TS-50N60) is a saturated polyester resin with flexibility & sterilization resistance. It is used in Can Coating : White base coat for general line.

Pacur® HT Copolyester Sheet is an amorphous copolyester that combines excellent clarity and toughness with outstanding heat and chemical resistance. This new generation copolyester can be thermoformed with a wide processing window that allows for product designs that reflect intricate detail. The HT product is suitable for use with most forms of sterilization including ethylene oxide, gamma, electron beam, and gas plasma methods. It is NOT suitable for autoclave/steam sterilization. Pacur HT does not contain Bisphenol A (BPA). It is FDA and USDA approved for use in medical, pharmaceutical, and food packaging applications.

Relpet® Green B80 is widely used to make bottles, APET sheets, strappings and monofilaments.

Danimer 2759 is a Nodax® PHA based resin designed for cast film or blown film applications and is produced using Danimer’s proprietary reactive extrusion process. This resin is suitable for a range of film applications such as food packaging, shopping bags, produce bags, garbage bags and T-shirt bags.

Danimer 2688 is a bio-based resin designed for injection molding applications and is produced using Danimer’s proprietary reactive extrusion process.

Gianeco PLA FILAMENT polylactic acid is used in extrusion, injection, fiber, 3D printing, filament and thermoforming.

Koksan PET K. 084 resin is a general purpose food grade PET copolymer resin that is suitable for a wide variety of application like containers and films. Koksan Pet Resin offers an excellent strength characteristics like dimensional stability and mechanical properties.

AROPLAZ® 15-143 is an oil free saturated polyester resin recommended to formulate coil and can coatings and industrial finishing.

SP 236is a chlorinated polyester acrylate oligomer with TMPTA developed for UV/EB cure coating applications good pigment wetting, excellent wet lithographic and good adhesion on metal and paper properties.

Plastiverd Plastiverd Global is a copolymer of PET (Polyethylene-Terephthalate), delivered in resin pellets. It is suitable for stretch blow molding in one or two stage processes, extrusion and film applications.

Grunstoff Kunststoff-Recycling PET (Polyethylenterephthalat) became known through beverages bottles. In the early 1970s, PET-bottles started to be used for soft drinks. Unlike glass bottles, PET does not break, weighs less, and is easier to handle. PET fibers are now manufactured from recycled PET bottles. The material meets the stringent legal criteria as a packaging material for food and drinks. The lion’s share of PET bottles produced in Germany are sent to China after use where they are turned into polyester fibers for fleece materials. In the textile industry, the latter is truly crucial: Several million tons of recycled PET are processed globally each year.
