FluoroGrip® F (HD-FEP) Teflon® is made from high molecular weight resin for applications where chemical resistance, high flex life and stress-crack-resistant performance are required.

Talc-filled polypropylene compounds have been tailored specifically to meet the requirements of each of the major automobile producers. Grades are available to meet FDA food and drug packaging requirements. These products have excellent mold detail and surface reproduction with fast set-up times. FloorGrain™ Medium SHP4080-1 is a thermoplastic high molecular weight polymer in fine particle powder form. These unique materials exhibit very high toughness. FloorGrain™ powders are well suited for use in structural paints and coating applications that require anti- slip characteristic, structural performance, or satin and matt finish effects.

NonSKID 5389 is a micronized, modified polypropylene wax. Shamrock’s NonSKID micropowders provide resistance to sliding forces. NonSKID 5389 is used in air dry, baked, and radiation coatings for aqueous, solvent, UV, and powder systems at 3-5% of total formula weight.

Glissamide 80010 is a micronized amide/polyethylene wax blend.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1043 is fine particle sized wax dispersion used to improve the surface qualities. It is available as aqueous dispersion of HDPE wax.

ECP 228 is based on special blends of magnetic additive compounded into a developed specially easy flow linear polyethylene formulation. The compound is designed to produce moldings of good rigidity combined with excellent impact resistance for use in the food processing industry where magnetic detectability in the food processing line is required. The polymer and flow properties of ECP 228 have been designed to give good mouldability over a wide processing window as well as optimizing magnetic properties during molding.

SAHARA C 440HT is a nucleated impact copolymer with antistatic agent used for injection molding applications. It combines a good impact/stiffness balance with a high fluidity. This product is designed with antistatic additives.

ULTRALUBE® GA 2042 is microdispersion used to improve the surface qualities. It is available as aqueous dispersion of HDPE wax.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1826 is wax dispersion used to improve the surface qualities. It is available as aqueous dispersion of HDPE wax.

ULTRALUBE® GA 2016 is micro dispersion used to improve the surface qualities. It is available as aqueous micro dispersion of HDPE wax.

Permanently anti-static dissipative colourable PP. Suitable for injection molding and extrusion. Compliant with ATEX requirements and BS IEC 61340-5-1:2007. It is an injection molding compound utilizing a special non-migratory additive system to give a permanently anti-static dissipative material. The material is specially designed for applications requiring static control such as electronic safe handling areas and hazardous environments.

HydroCER 7410 is a 45% aqueous dispersion of medium molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

S-394 MG is a fine particle size, polyethylene wax powder. S-394-MG is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C. S-394 MG provides excellent rub/abrasion resistance to liquid inks, paste inks and thin-film coatings.

SAHARA C 050 IM is a polypropylene impact copolymer with an optimized balance of stiffness and toughness, high impact strength at low temperature, low warpage and good thermal ageing stability.

EXTINITY® 0201-125 is a highly filled flame retardant concentrate that is designed to meet a variety of film flame retardant specifications including; MVSS-302, NFPA-701 Small Scale Test and UL-94 VTM-0 flame standards.EXTINITY® 0201-125 can be used in a variety of polyolefin base resin systems including LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and mixtures of PE. EXTINITY® 0201-125 contains a flame-retardant package that is very thermally stable, UV stable and does not bloom. The brominated fire retardant in 0201-125 is RoHS compliant.

Rainmaker Polymers RRCPMF07NA5 is a Copolymer Polypropylene.

Tasnee HD B1258 is a High Density Polyethylene with an excellent combination of stiffness and environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR). It is delivered in pellet form.

DISPARLON® 4200-10 is a flowable paste of polyolefin wax in xylene consisting of fine particles of 5 μ or less. This thixotropic agent can be post added to prevent pigment settling and hard-caking during storage or during coating application with little effect on viscosity.

SYNTRAN® WA 1001 is a hard and high melting polyethylene wax emulsion. This wax emulsion is specially designed for OPV, ink and coating applications. It can improve the friction resistance and anti-blocking properties of the surface. SYNTRAN® WA 1001 can be combined with various water-based polymer dispersions. PROPOLDER™ FPP4040 is polypropylene (PP) homopolymer in fine particle powder form. Unlike waxes, these higher molecular weight materials exhibit high toughness. PROPOLDER™ homopolymer PP materials are pure polypropylene with broad regulatory compliance and contain no residual chemicals or additives that may interfere with some application requirements.

Tasnee PP H3080 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of 8 g/10min. Tasnee PP H3080 is designed for cast polypropylene (CPP) film, both for metallization and general purpose applications with excellent processability characteristics. Cast film produced by Tasnee PP H3080 offers excellent transparency, gloss and high stiffness.
