Juraperle 0,5-1,0 is a fine calcium carbonate granulate designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, paperboard, paper, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, and polishing mixtures. Juraperle 0.5-1 is similar to sand or gravel in appearance with a characteristic odor and is not flammable. This product has a grain size of 0.5-1.0.

SS-SIL 335 is micronized Silica (Gel Type ). It used as matting agent, anti-blocking agent and anti-cake agent.

Yildiz Kolor AB-SS/PE is an antiblock mastermatch group and Synthetic Silica additive.

SiSiB® FS-0250 Fumed Silica is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 250 m2/g. Hydrophilic fumed silica is manufactured by hydrolysing volatile chlorosilanes in an oxyhydrogen flame. In chemical terms, the loose white powder consists of highly pure amorphous silicon dioxide. Hydrophilic silica is wetted by water and can be dispersed in water. Hydrophobic silica is produced by the chemical reaction of hydrophilic silica with reactive silanes, e.g. chlorosilanes or hexamethyldisilazane. It has water-repellent properties and is no longer dispersible in water.

Ulmer Weiss 0,5-1,2 is a fine calcium carbonate granulate designed for use as a filler, pigment, mixing agent, or raw material in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, paperboard, paper, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, dyes, pigments, and polishing mixtures. Ulmer Weiss 0.5-1.2 is similar to sand or gravel in appearance with a characteristic odor and grain size of 0.5-1.2. This product does not flash and is non flammable.

KemituraSil® 120 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in many organic systems, i.e. unsaturated polyesters, coatings, paints and lacquers, printing inks, adhesives, composites, pharmacy and in cosmetics. KemituraSil® 120 is used as reinforcing filler in elastomers, like silicones. KemituraSil® 120 is also used as free flow additive in technical powders, in food and feed where even small amounts significantly improve the flow properties.

SS-SIL 250N is micronized Silica (Gel Type and wax coating). It used as matting agent, anti-blocking agent and anti-cake agent.

Aktisil VM 56 is a sillitin Z 86 coated with vinyl silane.

Xinyu South Wollastonite XYNFW-SA is a typical metamorphic mineral, which has primarily occurred in contact belt between acid rock and limestone, and sometimes occurred in deep metamorphic Calc schist, volcanic product and in some alkaline rock. Wollastonite is a thin plate-like crystal of triclinic crystal system whichbelongs to a chain silicate. Its aggregation is radial or fibrous. Its special crystal structure determines its properties, Wollastonite with the advantage of non-toxic, acid and alkali resistant, low hygroscopicity, low oil absorption, low conductivity, good insulation, high whiteness, thermal stability and dimensional stability good, excellent mechanical properties and electrical characteristics. Wollastonite is a natural green, low carbon emission and energy saving industrial mineral.

XYSIL® R120H is a fumed silica after treated with PDMS(Polydimethylsiloxane). It is based on a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 150m2/g.

ADDAPT SILSTAB L 100 is a solvent free, Potassium Silicate solution for aqueous systems such as Renders (Putz), Interior and Exterior primers and Textured Masonry Coatings. It is a stabilized Potassium Silicate solution in water.

Micro-sized Silica

XYSIL® R170H is a fumed silica after treated with DDS(Dimethyldichlorosilane). It is based on a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200m2/g.

AKTIFIT VM is a SILFIT Z 91 coated with vinyl functional silane.

Maskom masterbatch & Compound Technologies M 85011 is a PE SLIP / ANTIBLOCK. Applied at a rate of 1-3% to yield the collective combination of the slip and antiblock effect.

ANTIBLOCK MB 05(SV 91B005AB) is used for BOPP/TQPP FILM and it having advantage of Easy openability.

SILMIKRON® is for industrial use, mighty, workable silica sand deposits are of decisive importance. Nevertheless, chemical purity and constancy are not enough in order to apply silica directly as a raw material. In Quarzwerke plants silica sands are thoroughly prepared. The raw material has to pass exten-sive cleaning-, classification-, drying- and iron-free grinding processes in order to produce silica sands, flours and powders. For the production of silica flours and -powders with a defined grain size distribution separation processes are required in addition to iron-free grinding. Quarzwerke are able to produce silica powders with grain sizes down to 1 μm due to a fine-tuned combination of grind- and classification technology. Another refining step is the surface-treatment with silanes or silan-based substances which can be adjusted to the respective application.

Quartzene® is extremely porous and has excellent insulating properties. It is also environmentally friendly, cannot burn and can withstand very high temperatures without changing. Thus, Quartzene can improve the properties of most materials and products in insulation.

Köstrosol® 730 is a weak opalescent aqueous dispersion of amorphous silicon dioxide nanoparticles. This small-size colloidal silica has a negatively charged surface (anionic) which is stabilized by Alkaline (Na+). Köstrosol® 0730 is a pure colloidal silica without any organic additives.
