Micronized Fischer-Tropsch wax

Water based emulsion of a micro-sized Polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE)

IRM Synthetic waxes are produced by the Fischer-Tropsch process. This process converts natural gas, coal or other carbon rich stock into long chain paraffins. Fischer-Tropsch waxes are very hard, high melting, and white products, free of any aromatic impurities. They consist mainly of saturated, long straight-chain hydrocarbons with only a small number of iso-alkanes (methyl branches). Their high linearity and sharp carbon distribution produce a narrow melt range, making these waxes highly versatile for wax formulation. The oil content of synthetic waxes is very low and consists mainly of short-chain paraffins.

King Honor International Micronized Solvent-Base Wax KH PEW-0205B is suitable for solvent flexographic inks and solvent gravure inks. It can greatly improve the wear resistance of solvent-based inks, reduce the friction coefficient of inks. It has good adaptability to benzene-soluble inks, alcohol-soluble inks, and ester-soluble inks. To improve the wear resistance and scratch resistance of various surface coatings. King Honor International KH FT WAX 120 is the coal-based Fischer-Tropsch wax. It has a higher melting point and the lower penetration. KH FT wax 120 is suitable to be used in road marking paints. Non polar Polypropylene wax

Kemfluid 224 is a polyethylene wax, used in rigid PVC extrusion. Gives good shine. Non-transparent rigid polymers.

LUBA-print® WX 9825 is a water based solvent and non ionic emulsifier-system and Wax dispersion / Wachsdispersion.It is also used as aqueous lacquers and paints, aqueous flexo- and gravure printing inks to improve antiblocking, scratch- and rub resistance.

Microcrystalline waxes are elastic and often "sticky" or "tacky". This is because of the high proportion of multi-branched hydrocarbon chains (iso-paraffins) as opposed to straight-branched chains (normals). While normal paraffins form large crystals, iso-normal paraffins form micro-crystals. These small crystals give an amorphous structure to the product making our Indramic products very flexible in contrast to the brittle nature of normal paraffins.

LUBA-print® SEB 0820 ET is a Wax dispersion / Wachsdispersion. It is used as Flexographic printing inks for an extraordinary rub resistance.

CERETAN® MX 9620 is a Spherical, micronized functional blend, based on Polyethylene and Amide wax. This Product is used as a very good scratch and abrasion resistance, matting agent in wood coatings, excellent slip, good antiblocking and hot blocking, very good degassing agent in powder coatings.
