AO 3114 is a kind of tri‐function group phenolic antioxidant, without pollution and coloring up. Dependent on high molecular weight and melting point, it has low volatility, low transferring, and good water extraction resistance, while equips plastics with resistance to thermo‐oxidation and light‐oxidation. 3114 suits for PE, PP, PS, ABS, nylon, PVC, PU, cellulose and synthetic rubber, especially effective for polyolefin. When used with UV absorbent and phosphite ester, a synergistic effect can be reached, thus enhancing the thermo‐stability and light stability.

GCH Technology 1176 effectively reduces oxidative degradation of most polymeric substances during processing and end-use applications. 1176 is an excellent stabilizer for polyolefins, impact modified styrenics, block co-polymers, elastomers, adhesives, PVC and polyurethanes.

China Star Materials 4,4'-Bis(α,α-dimethylbenzyl) diphenylamine is one of the few kinds of antioxidant, which is non-toxic, tasteless, light colored. Widely apply in each kind of elastomer. It can be used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and other plastic masterbatch. EVERNOX-76 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant with a highly effective, non-discoloring, odorless, good compatibility with most substrates and high resistance to extraction. EVERNOX-76 can be applied in polyolefins, such as PE, PP and well as in other polymers such as styrenics and styrene homo and copolymers such as IPS, ABS, MBS and engineering plastics such as PBT, PET and PUR, elastomers like SBS, SBR, BR, adhesives and other organic substrates. EVERNOX-76 can be combined with other additives such as costabilizer (e.g. thioesters, phosphites, phosphonites), light stabilizer and other functional stabilizers. The synergistic blends of EVERNOX-76 with EVERFOS-168 are extreme performance in polymers stabilization.

New GP Black is a carbon black based masterbatch with antioxidants containing 30% of the effective substance in PE carrier resin.

AL1508 is Masterbatch containing specially agent suitable for film, also coextruded, where the wrinkles and other surface defects, damagent the perfect adhesion of the layers. The masterbatch is able to keep cleaned the extruder machine.

BNX 1010 (6683-19-8)is a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant that provides excellent processing and long term thermal stability in a wide variety of organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, oils, and fats.

JYANOX 245 Antioxidant is a kind of high-effective asymmetric phenolic antioxidant.

ADK STAB 1500 also called 439 is applied in ABS, PVC and also contains features such as excellent thermal and color stability.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Antioxidant SG-R 405 is one kind of highly effective, odorless, nontoxic general rubber antioxidant, and has small pollution among the amine antioxidants. Applied to natural rubber and chloroprene, SBR, isoprene, NBR, and so on, it can effectively protect from aging caused by heat, light, ozone, flex-fatigue and cracking. It has a good synergetics with sulfur-containing antioxidant. Therefore, it is the ideal substitute of the antioxidant A, antioxidant D,, RD, 264, 4010, SP, WH-02, and the recommended dosage amount is 0.5-2%.

Gabriel Chemie HP79720AO is easy usage, applicable for films, tapes, boards, profiles, pipes, polymer foams, cable isolation, as well as for injection molding. It is Antioxidant for polyolefins to increase stability during processing as well as for recycling processes and used for freezing mixtures.

KINOX 34 is for long-term stabilization of polypropylene fiber, molding grades and mineral/glass filled systems, white crystalline powder/ granules.

AO 1076 is a nonpolluting nontoxic Antioxidant with good heat‐resisting and water‐extracting performance. Widely applied to polyolefine, polyamide, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, ABS resin，synthesize rubber and petroleum product, often used with DLTP for promoting the antioxidative effect.

EVERNOX-1098 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant of highly effective, non-discoloring stabilization for organic materials. It protects these materials against thermo-oxidative degradation. EVERNOX-1098 is especially recommended for use in polyamide molded parts, fibers, and films. It can also be used with various polymers such as polyacetals, polyesters, polyurethanes, adhesives, elastomers as well as other organic substrates. EVERNOX-1098 has good compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility. It provides excellent processing and long-term thermal stability as well as superior initial resin color. It can be used in combination with other additives such as costabilizers (e.g. phosphites, thioesters), light stabilizer (e.g. UV absorbers, hindered amines), and other functional stabilizers. The synergistic blends of EVERNOX-1098 with EVERFOS-168 (also called EVERNOX-B1171) provide a great performance in polymer stabilization.

Wells Plastics Stabilizers - Antioxidants interfere with the oxidative cycle, thereby inhibiting the oxidative degradation process.

ADK STAB 1178 also called TNPP can be applied in polyolefins, ABS, PS, and engineering plastics.

Plaox 3114 is one kind of multi-functional antioxidant, with multiple functional groups. It is of low toxicity and can be used in food packing. Plaox-3114 is used in ABS resin, polyester, Nylon, PE, PS, PVC, PU, cellulose plastic and rubber. It has synergistic effect with UV adsorbent or phosphite ester to improve the stability. The dosage is recommended to be 0.1 ~ 0.25 phr.

KINOX 30 is a stabilizer for polypropylene film and tape application requiring low water carry over, white crystalline powder/granules.

Most polymers go through oxidative degradation processes during manufacturing and subsequent compounding and processing. Oxidation and heat aging are major causes of degradation of plastics. Exposure to heat and oxygen causes a chain reaction involving the formation of free-radicals, which inevitably leads to cleavage of the main chains in the polymer and degradation of the plastic. This is manifested in many difference ways including loss of shine and transparency, yellowing, surface cracking and odors. Oxidation can also result in loss of mechanical properties such as impact resistance, elongation and tensile strength.

SUNOX® 1010 - a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant-is a highly effective, non discolor- ing stabilizer for organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, oils and fats. It protects these substrates against thermo-oxidative degradation.

KINOX 98 is a nylon, PU & engineering plastics like polyacetal, white to off-white crystalline powder/ granules.

AO 2246 is a high‐efficiency nonpolluting Antioxidant , applicable to the manufacture of synthetic rubber, latex and natural rubber, being one of excellent phenol Antioxidants. It is applicable to light colored or colored rubber product. In plastic industry, this product can prevent the thermal aging and light aging of polyester chlornamee,polystyrene,ABS resin, polyoxymethylene and cellulose resin with the dosage of 0.5‐1%.

Cromex PE-AO 5080 is used in film bottles for content protection, high temperature submitted parts, stop machines and products with long cycles of processes.

Makrostab® Thermo 2069 are masterbatches containing antioxidants intended to improve the processing, long-term heat or other, special, thermooxidative stability of the polymer.
