Santicizer® 141 is a fast-fusing, non-halogen, fire retardant plasticizer used in multiple polymer systems. This plasticizer is recommended for applications where there is a need to reduce the risk of fire. In PVC, Santicizer® 141 acts as a high solvating plasticizer, offering performance, faster fusion and high plasticizing efficiency. APP‐202 is a product based on ammonium polyphosphate. The crystal modification is phase II. It is manufactured from APP‐201 by micro‐encapsulation with melamine resin according to own method. APP‐202 is a fine‐particle white powder with very low solubility in water, even at elevated temperatures. It is completely insoluble in organic solvents. The product is non‐hygroscopic and non‐flammable. APP 201 is used in Plastic(PP,PE,PA,PVC,PBT),PU, Rubber ,Paint and coating.

TBPA Diol is a reactive fire redardant, this product is mainly used for rigid polyurethane foam,adhesion agent and paint.

TBNPA is a reactive flame retardant containing appox. 73% aliphatic bromine. It combines a high bromine content with exceptional stability and is particularly suitable where thermal. hydrolytic and light stability are required. Major uses of it are as a reactive intermediate for high molecular weight flame retardants, particularly in combination with phosphorus. and as a reactive flame retardant for polyurethanes where its high solubi1ity in the system makes it especially useful. It reacts through its single hydroxyl function to form pendant urethane groups. Its high bromine content and good compatibility in CFC‐free PU systems enables high standards of fire retardancy to be reached together with good foam properties in both rigid and flexible PU.

FR‐504L is a chlorinated phosphate flame retardant which can be used in flexible polyurethane foams, and its superiority is demonstrated in low fogging and low scorch. It can readily be used to meet the standards such as California TB 117,FMVSS 302, UL 94 HF‐1, BS 5852, DIN 75200, CSE RF4 Class 1.

FR-245 is a brominated cyanurate is a proprietary, additive flame retardant. The combination of aromatic bromine and cyanurate provides high FR efficiency and good thermal stability. A major use in ABS and HIPS. It combines good UV, impact and flow properties. It is non blooming.

Zinc Stannate(ZS) is a white powder, insoluble in water, it is non‐toxic fire retardant and low heating rate of flame retardants, flame retardant and inhibit the double effect of the smoke. Suitable for use within the operating temperature below 570 °C material.

TBBP-DBPE is mainly used in PP, PE, PS and ABS.

APP‐205 is a non‐halogenated flame retardant based on APP‐201 which develops its effectiveness through phosphorus / nitrogen synergism. When incorporated into thermoplastics, it exhibits high processing stability. APP‐205 differs in its mode of action from chlorineor bromine‐containing flame retardants by achieving its effect through intumescence. The thermoplastic material foams on exposure to flame. The carbon foam layer so formed protects the polymer through its heat‐insulating effect, reduces fur‐ther oxygen access and prevents dripping of the thermoplastic. APP‐205 may be used in poly‐propylene, PP‐copolymers and PP‐blends.

FR‐31L is an additive flame retardant used in PVC, flexible polyurethane foams, plastics. whose superiority is demonstrated in very low scorch, low volatility, excellent hydrolytic stability, low fogging and processing characteristics.

Duhor® N-PL/S is a flame retardant and smoke suppressor. DUHOR® N-PL/S is surface untreated white powder of magnesium hydroxide with limited particle size distribution and specific morphological properties.

TBPA is used in polyester, unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin, as a reactive flame‐retardant; used in polystyrene, polypropylene, polyethylene and ABS resin, as a additive flame retardant; used in various engineering plastics to resist burning based on its excellent thermal stability.

MPP is mainly used in PA and PBT, especially PA6, PA66, glass fiber‐reinforced PA6,PA66.Nylon containing .MPP can be used in all kind of injection and extrusion process and meet all kind of processing demands of polyamide, glass fiber polyamide.

TBP is a 2,4,6‐Tribromophenol that is is reactive and additive with good thermal stability. It was mainly used in epoxy resin and polyurethane etc.

TDCPP is a general purpose chlorinated phosphate flame retardant used in polyurethane foams, whose superiority is demonstrated in low viscosity, excellent stability and low cost. It is recommended for polyurethane resins, epoxy resins, and phenolic resins. For polyurethane foams, it can easily meet the standards such as California TB 117, FMVSS 302, UL 94 HF‐1, BS 5852 Crib 5, DIN 75200 and CSE RF4 Class 1.

BDP is a halogen‐free bisphosphate flame retardant used in engineered resins, and its superiority is demonstrated in low volatility, excellent hydrolytic stability, and high thermal stability that can tolerate high processing temperature required for engineered resins. It is recommended for use in PC/ABS, mPPO, epoxy resins .

DBNPG is a thermosetting polyester resins. It can be formulated over a wide range of compositions to provide a broader selection of resin properties than those available with anhydride flame retardant. Resins formulated with it have high chemical and flame resistance minimal thermal discoloration and excellent light stability The high bromine content of it and its ready reaction into polyurethanes make it suitable for use in rigid polyurethane foams, UPE,PU rigid foams.

TBE is a reactive flame‐retardant, mainly used in foamed polystyrene, unsaturated polyester, foamed polyester and the like to resist burning, also used together with Hexabromocyclododecane, having a synergistic effect.

RDP is a halogen‐free phosphate ester flame retardant used in engineered resins, whose superiority is demonstrated in low volatility and high heat stability that that can tolerate high temperature processing required of many engineered resins. It can be recommended as flame retardant for PC/ABS, PPO/HIPS.

TPP is a non‐halogen flame retardant plasticizer for phenolic resin‐based, copper clad laminate, cellulose resin, vinyl resin and rubber, and some engineering plastics such as PPO.

PX220 is a powder type halogen‐free phosphate ester flame retardant, whose superiority is demonstrated in good processibility, unique self‐extinguishing flame retardant properties and good compatibility. It is recommended for use in PC, PC/ABS, PPO/HIPS and ABS.

FR-370 is an additive flame retardant developed for applications such as PP ,HIPS to reach class V‐2 according to the UL 94 standard, with outstanding UV and light stability. It is designed initially to provide an answer in the fast growing and developing field of PP, where the market was in need of a new more sophisticated flame retardant.The combination of both a high bromine content (70%) and phosphorous (3%) contributes to its excellent flame retardant efficiency.

MCA is a Melamine Cyanurate is a halogen‐free flame retardant for polyamide.Steadable color, good electrical property and environmentally friendly, Melamine Cyanurate has established itself as the flame retardant to achieve UL 94 V‐0 especially for polyamide 6 and 6,6. Addition of MCA gives PA6(66) good mechanical and electrical properties.

FR‐HF‐4 is an additive flame retardant used in flexible polyurethane foams,whose superiority is demonstrated in very low scorch, low volatility, excellent hydrolytic stability, low fogging and processing characteristics. Foams containing the product exhibit good compression set and IFD properties.

CEPPA is one kind of environment‐friendly fire retardant, it can be used permanent flame retarding modification of polyester, and the spinnability of flame retarding polyester is similar to PET, thus it can be used in all kinds of spinning system, with features as excellent thermal stability, no decompound during spinning and no smell. It can be used in all the application fields of PET to improve antistatic capacity of polyester. The dosage for copolymerization of PTA and EG is 2.5~4.5%, the phosphorus assay of flame retarding polyester sheet is 0.35‐0.60%, and the LOI of flame retarding products is 30~36%.

Ferroflam® PA 50 RP is a Halogen Free flame retardant Masterbatch based on microencapsulated and highly stabilized Red Phosphorus, developed for the production of glass fiber reinforced polyamide compounds for electrical applications where a good CTI and Glow Wire are required.

TCP is an additive flame retardant plasticizer used in flexible polyurethane foams, whose superiority is demonstrated in excellent hydrolysis stability, good electric insulation performance, superior mildew resistance and abrasion resistance. It can be recommended as flame retardant for synthetic rubber, PVC, polyester, polyolefin, and plasticizer or flame retardant plasticizer for vinyl resin, nitrocellulose, butyl rubber and chloroprene rubber.

FR-680 is an outstanding flame retardant for HIPS, ABS, polycarbonate, thermoplastic, elastomers, unsaturated polyesters, adhesives, coatings, and textiles. And it is especially efficient for applications in which thermal stability at high processing temperatures is important.
