PHENODUR® VPM 1150/50EPAC, a crosslinking agent designed specifically for use in coil and package coatings in industrial coating applications. This liquid product functions as a co-curing resin when mixed with high molecular-weight epoxide resins. PHENODUR® VPM 1150/50EPAC speeds up curing. Because of their sterilization resistance, the cured films can be used as foil lacquers, stamping enamels, and chemical-resistant primers, among other things.

K-STAY® 555 is a metal overbased sulfonate rheology control additive for pigmented solventborne applications. It is an easy to use, pourable liquid that is highly efficient in improving pigment suspension and sag control.

Bomar BR-202, an aromatic polyether urethane dimethacrylate, finds use in a diverse number of UV coating applications. BR-202 is valued for its strong bond strength, its affinity for glass, steel, and a variety of plastic substrates, and for its excellent elongation. BR-202 is also of value for its low initial color (despite its aromatic nature).

BECKOPOX™ EP 301/75X, an epoxy and epoxy derivatives-based binder and resin by CASE Ingredients, offers corrosion-resistant properties. Targeted for paints and coatings and printing and packaging markets, this liquid coating excels in various applications such as industrial coatings, metal coatings, and packaging coatings. SYNTRAN® AC 9034 is a self-crosslinking multiphase acrylic polymer, a multipurpose binder with excellent all-round properties and for coatings with high performance and for less coloring (light color) on "dark oak" substrates. SYNTRAN® AC 4102 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution. SYNTRAN® AC 4102 is recommended for stain-blocking paints and primers. Rovene 4009 is a carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion that has a medium hand with above average strength properties. This latex has the ability to be crosslinked with external crosslinking agents. Rovene 4009 can be compounded into highly water and grease resistant paper and board coatings. It exhibits an excellent balance of water resistance, grease and oil resistance, and low moisture vapor transmission. Rovene 4009 is recommended for applications in specialty paper coatings where water, grease and oil resistance is needed.

SYNPRINT AC 4120 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution. SYNPRINT AC 4120 is recommended for primers with excellent adhesion on paper/paperboards and labels. Moreover, films formulated with SYNPRINT AC 4120 work as a receptive layer for water-based anionic inks. DISPARLON® 6650 is a powder polyamide which, through heat activation, develops a strong thixotropic network, providing excellent anti-sag properties and improved recoatability to coatings while being cost effective.

This is realized by a specific delaminating process which creates the optimal lamellar structure without breaking the plates in smaller parts. SYNTRAN® AC 4005 is a water-based cationic acrylic copolymer solution and a softer version of SYNTRAN® AC 4006. It is recommended for metal passivation with good adhesion and good compatibility with cationic PUDs and some metal salts or other low-pH ingredients. SYNTRAN® AC 4005 is also very suitable for use in stain-blocking paints and primers. It shows excellent performance in blocking wood and cork extractives, nicotine, graffiti, soot and water stains. Vinyl-functional coupling agent, It is very easy to dissolve in water as well because of its ether structure. Silanes are used in a variety of industrial applications. Organofunctional Silanes have an organic functional end group and an alkoxy functional end group which allow the silane to act as a bridge between organic materials and inorganic substrates. The organic functional group is matched to the resin system while the alkoxy group provides the reactive site for crosslinking. These materials are useful as adhesion promoters, crosslinking agents, surface modifiers and hydrophobizing agents.

The StanoStat CPM range are deep blue colored antimony tin oxides with a unique set of properties. CPM oxides in bulk are aggregates, consisting of nano-sized, spherical primary particles. This allows the products to be micronised in a variety of aqueous and organic solvents to nano-dispersions, which can be integrated into highly transparent, nearly colorless coatings. CPM oxides provide a high electrical conductivity and an excellent absorption of infrared light.

SYNPRINT AC 7056 is an alkali-soluble acrylic copolymer. It has good adhesion on metallised foil with good dry wrinkle behavior. SYNTRAN® DR 7060 is based on our polymeric surfactant technology. This technology was designed to improve wetting and incorporation of pigments or additives into water-based coatings. SYNPRINT AC 5111 is an acrylic non-film-forming polymer based on a multiphase technology free of alpha- methyl-styrene. This is a proprietary process that combines two different types of polymers in the same polymer network. It allows a balanced combination of the different polymer properties and an overall improvement of the physical properties of both polymers. It is recommended to be used in combination with another resin such as SYNPRINT AC 5121 or similar. USI Chemical Silane USi-2301 improves both adhesion to the substrate and mechanical properties such as flexural strength, tensile strength and modulus of elasticity.

PHENODUR® PR 263/70B serves as a curable phenolic resin designed as a binder for shop- and washprimers, particularly excelling in pigment wetting properties. It functions as a crosslinking agent and finds applications in clearcoat and primer formulations. Notably, it is labeled as Bisphenol A-free and boasts features such as good pigment wetting, improved gap-filling properties, and the enhancement of coating hiding power, all while maintaining low viscosity.

NACURE® 155 is a hydrophobic sulfonic acid catalyst based on dinonylnaphthalene disulfonic acid supplied as a 55% concentrate in isobutanol. Its primary use is as a catalyst for promoting the cure of hydroxy, carboxy and amide functional polymers with melamine and urea-formaldehyde crosslinking agents.

PHENODUR® EP 560 is a bisphenol A-free product designed for paints and coatings, as well as the printing and packaging markets.
