Ertalyte® Sterra™ PET is an unreinforced, semi-crystalline grade that is produced from proprietary resin grades made by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials. Characterized by its excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction, high strength, and resistance to moderately acidic solutions, this grade is capable of sustaining high loads and retains more of its original strength up to 180°F (85°C) than nylons or acetals. Due to these characteristics, Ertalyte® Sterra™ PET components are a favored solution for bearing and structural applications throughout the pharmaceutical, food processing and packaging, and oil and gas industries. As part of the Sterra™ product portfolio, this material contains recycled content and exhibits a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to similar materials derived from non-recycled feedstocks.

Relpet® H7761 is a bottle grade PET resin manufactured using Du Pont’s technology. All Relpet grades are formulated to offer good downstream processability.

Relpet® Green S80 is widely used to make bottles, APET sheets, strappings and monofilaments.

Relpet® QH5821 is with special fast reheat characteristics manufactured using Du Pont’s technology. All Relpet grades are formulated to offer good downstream processability.

Pacur® PETG Copolyester Sheet is extruded from copolyester resin. It is a remarkably clear and tough material, making it ideally suited for use as a blister packaging material. It is both FDA and USDA approved for use in medical device, pharmaceutical, and food packaging applications. It will withstand ethylene oxide, gamma, electron beam, and gas plasma sterilization. Other end uses include general purpose blister packaging, graphic applications, and stationary supplies.

Pacur® APET Polyester Sheet is extruded from polyester resin. It is an exceptionally clear FDA approved material for use in food applications. In comparison to the copolyesters, it offers a better oxygen permeability barrier for packaging of oxygen sensitive products. It offers excellent resistance to many chemicals and solvents and is also an electrical insulator.

Relpet® G5761 is a bottle grade PET resin manufactured using Du Pont’s technology. All Relpet grades are formulated to offer good downstream processability.

Pacur® PETG FLEX is engineered for use in 0.003” to 0.009” gage applications and is extruded from PETG copolyester resin. PETG FLEX is an exceptionally tough material making it ideal for label and thermoforming applications.

Pacur® RPETG Copolyester Sheet is extruded from a mixture of Pacur’s internally-generated PETG recyclable material and regrind (scrap) material obtained from outside sources. Material obtained from the outside sources has wide variations of quality level. This material is intended for use in “utility” non-FDA applications.
