DAOTAN® TW 6450/30WA is a waterborne coating featuring polycarbonate and polyurethanes. As a sustainable and VOC-free binder, it excels in automotive OEM coatings, decorative finishes, and packaging applications. This aqueous, whitish, cloudy dispersion ensures excellent adhesion, water resistance, and flexibility and is primarily suited for plastics through spray application.

UCECOAT® 2806 include exceptional mechanical qualities, colloidal stability, great reactivity, and easy water redispersibility. This product guarantees minimal energy usage and an extended potlife because to its low temperature-curing, sticky properties, and faster cycle time. UCECOAT® 2806 is specifically designed for use in food and beverage packaging as well as packaging coatings, overprint varnishes, and printing inks.

UCECOAT® 2805 has low temperature-curing, strong mechanical qualities, great colloidal stability, and low water re-dispersibility prior to cure. This product has a very low mean particle size, enhanced flexibility, and easy product filterability due to its low viscosity and strong reactivity. Its uses include radiation-curable coatings, inkjet inks, labels, waterborne coatings, flexography inks, varnishes, and clearcoats, among other printing and packaging requirements. UCECOAT® 2805 is designed specifically for food and beverage packaging, although it can also be used for overprint varnishes and packaging coatings.

UROTUF® L512 is a fully reacted, aliphatic, thermoplastic, urethane resin dispersed in a blend of water, n methylpyrrolidone, and amines and is suitable for both air dry and force dry applications. It is similar to UROTUF® L51 in many properties, but gives better chemical and stain resistance when used alone or when blended with acrylic emulsions.

Cell-Flex® HD is a very high density polyurethane foam. featuring a density range of Density 8-12 lbs per cubic ft.

Texalan® W295A product has high hydrolysis resistance, solvent resistance, good hand feeling, and high recycling rate. Also has high strength, excellent processing performance.

Silpak RU-470 is a liquid, two-component, 100% solids Urethane Elastomer RTV that is easily processed. This system provides a firm, semi-flexible, durable and abrasion resistant rubber compound. Used for a variety of applications including molds, concrete texture stamps and form liners, and rubber parts. Molds are used to cast concrete, wax, and plaster parts.

C.B.Frost & Co. CBF516 polyurethane is a low density open cell foam that is used in a variety of applications, for packaging (cushioning), vibration dampening and sealing applications. Depending on its thickness and density, Polyurethane is an excellent acoustic and thermal conductive material, due to its cell structure. It can also be supplied in a variety of specialist grades offering conductive, static dissipative and flame-retardant material solutions.

JFoam™ BX-735 is a two component water-blown polyurethane foam system which can be used for structural core applications and specialized void filling. BX-735 passes all requirements of MIL-F-83671 Class1.

Silpak RU-365 is a liquid, two-component, 100% solid Urethane RTV Elastomer that provides firm rubber part with excellent tear strength and abrasion resistance. Its simple 1 to 1 mix ratio and low viscosity allows for easy processing. This firm, yet flexible, urethane RTV is used for texture and concrete stamp pads, firm rubber molds and parts, concrete form liners, prototype rubber parts or any application where a firm rubber part is required.

American Polyfilm Polyester TPU Film is the workhorse of polyurethane films. It offers excellent strength and long-term stability.
