FluoroSLIP® 533 is a blend of hydrophilic synthetic wax and PTFE where the synthetic wax shows a uniform melting range peaking at 97°C.

FluoroSLIP® 893-A is a stir-in powder blend of spherical micronized polyethylene (PE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

S-381-N5 is a modified, micronized blend of natural and synthetic wax that has a uniform melting range peaking at 91°C. Shamrock's product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

SST®-1MG is a friable grade of PTFE powder which can be reduced to an average particle size of 1 – 2 microns.

S-395-SP5 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 120°C, good crystallinity, and the high onset of melt. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

S-379-H is a synthetic wax with a DSC peak melt around 100°C and corresponding low onset of melting. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

HydroCER 605 is a 50% active blend of high molecular weight polyethylene (PE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersed in water.

SST®-2 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 8 µm. SST®-2 products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST® products are used for their ability to produce slip, nonstick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

CeraSPERSE 87NS is a polymeric compound for non-skid applications. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. Michem® Emulsion 67235 - A phenol free additive best used in water based coatings where improved slip, rub resistance, hardness and/or block resistance is needed. It has proven very effective for mar resistance in floor polish formulations, as well as mar resistance and shine in car polish formulations.

Michem® Glide 37 provides mar, abrasion, slip and high temperature resistance for a variety of applications within the paint and coating industries.

Michem® Guard 7140 - A water-based dispersion provides block, rub, and abrasion resistance, and matting in pigmented and semi-gloss coatings, inks, and overprint varnishes. It also produces smooth satin finishes at a 5-10% addition rate.

LUBA-print® 552/A is a wax dispersion / wachsdispersion product.This product is based on waterbased paint- systems and printing inks, to improve matting with good rub resistance. Our high quality wax emulsions and dispersions are a necessity for all customers who prefer working with ready-made emulsions or dispersions in contrast to a dry wax. The ease of incorporation is the key benefit of liquid products.

Michem® Guard 1350 is water based one micron dispersion which improves rub and abrasion resistance in pigmented and semi-gloss coatings, and inks and overprint varnishes at very low addition rates with little effect on gloss.
