Wacker Chemie Print Aid E 100 AS is a non-ionic emulsion of a medium-viscosity dimethyl silicone fluid, specifically developed as a processing aid for the offset printing industry. Its low viscosity enables easy pumpability and in-line dilution. The product is compatible with various additives commonly used in the print industry. It offers excellent slip, lubrication, and antiblocking properties while also providing effective antistatic properties.

SST®-1MG is a friable grade of PTFE powder which can be reduced to an average particle size of 1 – 2 microns.

FluoroSLIP® 533 is a blend of hydrophilic synthetic wax and PTFE where the synthetic wax shows a uniform melting range peaking at 97°C.

FluoroSLIP® 893-A is a stir-in powder blend of spherical micronized polyethylene (PE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

HydroCER 7410 is a 45% aqueous dispersion of medium molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

S-NAUBA 5021 is a concentrated blend of carnauba and synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Hydrocer 7112 is a stable, aqueous synthetic wax dispersion. Keep the lid tight on the container to avoid separation. If this product has separated, simple mixing with paddle or propeller mixer is all that will be required. The Hydrocer products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

CeraSPERSE 174 is synthetic wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) compounded in refined linseed oil. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

S-483 is a spherical synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C. It has good onset of melting and low crystallinity. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. S-375 is a synthetic wax with a DSC peak melt around 100°C and the corresponding low onset of melting. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. S-400-Q is a micronized EBS (ethylene bissteramide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 108 – 146°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. SST®-2 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 8 µm. SST®-2 products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST® products are used for their ability to produce slip, nonstick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.
