HFGEL-120-0 is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay with high purity. This highly efficient Rheology Modifier is designed for low to medium to some part of high polarity organic systems. The proper solvent can be aliphatic hydrocarbon, esters, ketone, and benzene. If using the medium to high polarity solvent such as the xylene, xylene-esters (e.g. butyl acetate), or xylene-ketone (e.g. acetone), the HFGEL-120-0 organic bentonite can be added as a dry powder for in-situ dispersion and activation without the addition of activator. If using the low polarity solvent such as 200# solvent or white oil, the HFGEL-120-0 organic bentonite need the help of activator for fully dispersion and activation. The activator can be 95% alcohol, typical levels range between 30-40% activator based on organic bentonite weight. The performance of HFGEL-120-0 is similar to Claytone 40, Claytone HT, Tixogel VZ, Bentone 38, 34,57,1000.

Bernd Schwegmann BLISTER FREE 3 is a defoamer and deaerator for solvent borne and water-based coating systems, silicone-free. BLISTER FREE 3 can be used in solvent borne and water-based systems. In solvent borne systems BLISTER FREE 3 is particularly effective as deaerating and partially also as leveling additive. BLISTER FREE 3 is especially suitable for systems based on:Alkyd, Alkyd/polyester, Unsaturated polyester, PU, Acrylates. BLISTER FREE 3 is also very effective in water-based coating systems, particulary if they are based on:Alkyd/acrylics, Saturated polyesters, Epoxy systems.

SCHWEGO wett 6295 shows excellent dispersing properties, preferred application during dispersion of organic and inorganic pigments in high solid content or systems of high PVC. SCHWEGO wett 6295 is intended for use in all water-based air drying, stoving and 2K-systems. It is compatible with the following binders:Alkyd resins, PE-systems, Epoxy esters, Acrylates, Styrene acrylates, PU-systems. SCHWEGO wett 6295 maintains the moisture level and can therefore also be used as humactant (advantageous when using e.g. PEG 400).

HFGEL-120-B is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay with high purity, easily dispersible and self-activated. This highly efficient Rheology Modifier is designed for medium to some part of high polarity organic systems. The proper solvent can be aliphatic hydrocarbon, esters, ketone, and benzene. If using the medium to high polarity solvent such as the xylene, xylene-esters (e.g. butyl acetate), or xylene-ketone (e.g. acetone), the HFGEL-120-B can be added as a dry powder for in-situ dispersion and activation without the addition of activator. If using the low polarity solvent such as 200# solvent or white oil, the HFGEL-120-B needs the help of activator for fully dispersion and activation. The activator can be 95% alcohol, typical levels range between 30-40% activator based on organic bentonite weight. The performance of HFGEL-120-B is similar to Bentone SD-1, Claytone AF, Tixogel-MP100.

ADD-3777 is a silicone-free additive having high molecular weight and very broad compatibility. It is designed to reduce the surface tension of various resin systems at substrate interface, which will improve substrate wetting and leveling and prevent formation of craters without stabilizing foam. The additive provides “long wave” leveling performance and increases gloss of the coating system and does not cause any inter-coat adhesion problems. It is highly effective in the transportation coatings when combined with the silicone-based additive ADD-3031. ADD-3777 is suitable for coatings and printing inks.
