KURARAY POVAL™ 28-99 LA by Kuraray is a water-soluble, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It exhibits high molecular weight, good cohesion and low ash (sodium acetate) content. It possesses good adhesion to fibers-, fillers- and pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ 28-99 LA is recommended for adhesive for flooring webs, PSA labels and also in remoistenable adhesives which are employed mainly in the paper processing industry and films applications.
