PL-150 is oligo [ 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-[ 4-(1-methylvinyl) phenyl] propanone] and 2-Hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone. It is a very fast curing type-I photoinitiator soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers but insoluble in H2O.

Chivacure® 300 is an oligomeric photoinitiator featuring transparent, ultrathin, non-yellowing, and non-migration properties. Equipped with a special “multi-warhead” structure, Chivacure® 300 is highly resistant to oxygen inhibition and can retain sufficient free radicals to initiate the UV curing reaction. Therefore Chivacure® 300 is particularly suitable for applications requiring ultrathin transparent coatings that are less than 5 μm thick (e.g., food or cigarette packaging, adhesive tapes, scratch-resistant glass and metal coatings).

Omnicat 550 is a highly reactive odorless and benzene free photoinitiator designed for use in cationic curing inks and coatings. It is particularly suited to use in pigmented inks. Omnicat 550 has good solubility in the cycloaliphatic epoxides and oxetane diluents used in cationic UV curing formulations. Omnicat 550 is not sensitized by either hydroxyketone photoiniators, thioxanthones or anthracene derivatives.

Omnicat 270 is a photo initiator recommended for the cationic polymerization of formulations based on epoxies or oxetane. Omnicat 270 is a solid of a high-molecular-weight sulfonium salt free of heavy metals. Omnicat 270 develops very low odor during and after curing and shows very low migration properties which makes the product especially suitable for food packaging applications.

Omnirad 379 is a highly efficient UV-curing agent used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated prepolymers in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers. Omnirad 379 is especially suitable for pigmented UV-curable systems, photoresists and printing plates. Its excellent solubility (compared to Omnirad 369) makes it easy to incorporate into nearly all formulations.
