Bio-Green Planet® Bacillus mucilaginosus makes phosphorus (P), potassium (K), and silica (Si) more available for plant uptake. The bacterial strain solubilizes and releases phosphorus and dissolves potassium-rich minerals in the soil. It releases silica into plant-available form by breaking down substances such as mica. B. mucilaginosus also increases micronutrient availability, including Ca, Su, Mg, Fe, and Zn. Through these mechanisms, B. mucilaginosus promotes root growth, increases fertilizer utilization, and promotes larger crop yields.

Bio-Green Planet® Bacillus megaterium is a common agricultural bacterium that is often used as a biofertilizer to increase phosphorus (P) availability in crops. The bacterial strain produces organic acids which release phosphorus ions from otherwise inaccessible substances in soil. These acids dissolve insoluble soil phosphates through chelation which increases the levels of phosphorus in soil that are available for root uptake.

Bio-Green Planet® Bacillus subtilis bacteria plays an important role in crop health by stimulating the plant immune system to fight off diseases, including powdery mildew. It also induces systemic resistance in plants to various other fungal pathogens and further enhances soil health by outcompeting pathogens for space.
