Deuteron® UV 1242 consists of solutions incorporating bis(dodecyl phenyl)-iodonium hexafluoroantimonate dissolved in reactive solvents. P.A.T Photoinitiator TPO is a phosphine oxide photoinitiator designed for UV-curable inks, coatings, and adhesives. It appears as a light yellow powder. This compound plays a crucial role in initiating the UV curing process, facilitating the rapid curing of the mentioned materials when exposed to ultraviolet light. The light yellow powder form makes it convenient for incorporation into various formulations where UV curing is desired.

EBECRYL® P104 is a clear liquid designed for various applications across the automotive, paints, coatings, and printing sectors. It aligns with certain labeling claims, such as being bisphenol A-free, having a low carbon footprint (PCF), being solvent-free, and being VOC-free.

EBECRYL® P39 is a polymeric benzophenone derivative, and functions as a photosensitizer in hydrogen abstraction-type radical photoinitiator systems. It is specifically designed for formulating UV coatings that exhibit minimal or no odor after curing. This product is well-suited for applications like overprint varnishes, where achieving low residual odor in the cured coatings is essential. The physical form of EBECRYL® P39 is a liquid.

EBECRYL® 7110 is an acrylated amine primarily employed as a hydrogen donor or photoactivator in ultraviolet light (UV)-curable coatings and inks. When combined with a photosensitizer like benzophenone, it facilitates a rapid UV cure response in the presence of air by counteracting the inhibitory effects of oxygen at the surface of the coating or ink. This compound also enhances adhesion to plastic substrates and lowers viscosity when utilized as a primary component in UV adhesives and coatings. It finds applications in various end uses, including inkjet ink, radiation-curable coatings, flexography ink, and varnishes.

Omnipol 2702 is a di-functional polymeric benzophenone derivative type II photoinitiator, specifically designed for use in inks and coatings requiring low migration and low volatility. Omnipol 2702 exhibits extremely low odor, low migration and good reactivity in comparison to other polymeric initiators

Omnirad 4MBZ Flakes is an effective Type II photoinitiator used, in combination with tertiary amine synergists, to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.

Esacure KIP 150 is an oligomeric polyfunctional α-hydroxyketone characterized by high reactivity and non-yellowing properties. It is particularly recommended when low VOC, low odor and low yellowing are required characteristic.

JRCure-1104 is white crystalline powder in appearance.

PHOTOMER® 5006 is a low viscosity, amine synergist with medium amine content. A co-polymerizable tertiary amine PHOTOMER® 5006 is used as a highly efficient co-initiator. In combination with UV acrylates it accelerates the cure of UV systems.

Omnirad EMK is a bimolecular photoinitiator, suitable for UV-polymerisation of mono- or multifunctional (meth)acrylates.

Chivacure® 300 is an oligomeric photoinitiator featuring transparent, ultrathin, non-yellowing, and non-migration properties. Equipped with a special “multi-warhead” structure, Chivacure® 300 is highly resistant to oxygen inhibition and can retain sufficient free radicals to initiate the UV curing reaction. Therefore Chivacure® 300 is particularly suitable for applications requiring ultrathin transparent coatings that are less than 5 μm thick (e.g., food or cigarette packaging, adhesive tapes, scratch-resistant glass and metal coatings).

Esacure TZT is particularly indicated for the photo polymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

Omnirad BCIM is a versatile highly effective photoinitiator for UV polymerisation of mono- or multifunctional (acrylate-) monomers.

Omnirad 2100 is a highly efficient liquid curing agent to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated resins after exposure to UV light such as those based on a prepolymer – e.g., acrylates and unsaturated polyesters – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers as reactive thinners. It is well suitable for formulations in which Omnirad TPO is used. Omnirad 2100 provides all the handling advantages of a liquid product. In thicker coatings Omnirad 2100 offers improved bottom curing compared with that of Omnirad TPO. It is especially suitable for white-pigmented formulations with minimal yellowing after curing and for coatings with low pigment volume concentration. Therefore Omnirad 2100 can be offered in almost all applications as a one-to-one replacement for Omnirad TPO with certain advantages.

Spectra Group Limited H-Nu 470 initiates both free-radical and cationic photopolymerization, using a different set of co-initiators depending on the polymerization process • Type II photoinitiator: H-Nu 470 acts as a light harvester, followed by energy or electron transfer to a co-initiator molecule; produced reactive species activate photopolymerization • Commercial photoinitiator (TSCA status: LVE), non-toxic (LD50>5000 mg/kg).

Spectra Group Limited H-Nu 815 can cure a wide range of acrylate resins via free-radical mechanism. It is a commercial photoinitiator with a broad absorbance range of 690 nm to 850 nm (λmax = 828nm in DMSO).

Omnipol BP is a difunctional benzophenone photoinitiator specifically designed for use in inks and coatings requiring low migration and low volatility. It is particularly suited to use in combination with amine synergists and non-pigmented coatings as an alternative to benzophenone.

Omnirad 500 is a highly effective liquid photoinitiator, used for UV-polymerisation of suitable resins. The low viscosity allows lower of the viscosity of the total formulation. Well suited for water-based formulation.

Esacure 1001 M is a difunctional Type II photoinitiator of the ketosulphone class. It is used to initiate radical polymerisation of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after UV exposure.

Omnirad 2959 is a highly efficient non-yellowing Type I photoinitiator for the UV curing of systems comprising of unsaturated monomers and prepolymers. It is especially suited where low odor is required and for use in water-borne systems based on acrylate or unsaturated polyester resins. The active hydroxy group can be reacted with suitable functionalized unsaturated resins

Omnirad TPO-L is a highly efficient, liquid, Type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates and unsaturated polyesters containing styrene, after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.

Omnirad 819 is a versatile photoinitiator for radical polymerization of unsaturated resins upon UV light exposure. It is especially suitable for white pigmented Formulations, the curing of glass-fiber-reinforced polyester/styrene systems and for clear coats for outdoor use in combinations with light stabilizers. Thick section curing is also possible with this photoinitiator.

Omnirad 819DW is a versatile photoinitiator for radical polymerization of unsaturated resins upon light exposure. It is especially suited for the curing of pigmented water-based dispersions (so-called polyurethane dispersions, PUDs, or acrylic dispersions), the daylight-curing of PUD-based clear coats and for use in combination with light stabilizers. Other possible uses include thick-section curing, emulsion-type and 100 % UV systems.

Omnipol BL 728 is polymeric photoinitiator blend which contains a high concentration of Omnipol TX in a polymeric carrier. Due to the choice of the components this blend can be easily handled and stored at room temperature.

Omnirad BDK is a highly efficient, type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.

Omnirad MBF is a highly efficient, liquid, Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates, after exposure to UV light. The use of amines is not recommended as this may lead to efficiency decrease, stability upon storage issues or stronger odor. It can be used in combination with mono or multi functional monomers as reactive diluents
