Hydropalat® WE 3220 is a silicone surfactant that improves substrate wetting in aqueous systems. It has a minor impact on inter-coat adhesion and recoatability, and it is solvent-free.

Efka® PX 4733 is an advanced polymeric dispersant with a core-shell structure. It is a 100% active, liquid dispersant with high pigment loading at low mill base viscosity. Particularly effective in UV-curable and mild-solvent ink-jet systems, it is suitable for use in UV-curable ink systems, including flexographic, lithographic, and screen inks.

AFCONA 3750 is a silicone-based leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not impact inter-coating adhesion. It is a highly fluorocarbon-modified acrylic polymer with very low surface tension, allowing it to substitute and perform as silicones without the side effects of silicones.

AFCONA 3700 is a wetting, leveling and flow control agent for solvent-free and solvent-based coatings with excellent anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3585 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion. It is an organically modified polysiloxane for aqueous systems. AFCONA 3585 offers very strong surface tension reduction and good compatibility performance.

AFCONA 4071 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of all types of pigments. It is the result of an innovative concept of polyurethane dispersants. This technology is based on a newly-developed intermediate monomer and anchoring groups. AFCONA 4071 has excellent performance dispersing carbon black. It gives very good blue undertones with high jetness.

AFCONA 4017 is a polymeric dispersant mainly used for co-grinding. AFCONA 3777 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is the 1st generation of fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend a combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance.

AFCONA 3670 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3670 is an improved version of AFCONA 3777 on managing surface control of coatings. It has lower surface tension than AFCONA 3777. The combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance is highly recommended.

AFCONA 5065 is very effective, offering performance close to that of a high molecular weight dispersant. It is recommended for medium to high polarity systems, such as PU, UPE, UV, NC, heat-cured paints, and acid-cured systems. This product is also widely used in printing inks. However, it is not recommended for air-drying alkyds due to potential incompatibility with these systems.

This product also offers low foam stabilization. AFCONA 3522 is recommended for use in all types of waterbased coatings.

AFCONA 5210 helps to wet and disperse inorganic pigments, mainly TiO2 and extenders. It is specially designed as an effective dispersant for TiO2 and recommended for use in pure white systems. However, if the white base needs to be tinted with other colors later, AFCONA 4010 is a better choice.
